Première chambre attribuée très très petite Bar fermé

J'avais sélectionné cet hôtel parce qu’il était indiqué "Parking assuré". MENSONGE ! En effet les palaces de stationnement payant étaient toute occupées et la voie d'accès à l'entrée de l'hôtel fermée par des barrières et plots. La seule solution présentée par l'hôtesse d'accueil fut le Parking Vieux Port Sud à un prix exorbitant malgré le contrat avec l'hôtel. A cela s'ajoute un trajet piétonnier peu agréable avec valises et par le temps pluvieux régnant. Je note que l'hôtesse, à ce sujet du parking a purement donné l'impression de nous prendre, mon épouse et moi-même pour des "ploucs". Ce qui est passablement désobligeant pour quelqu'un qui a fait de nombreux voyages et le tour du Monde avec une multitude d'escales. Nous avons noté également le manque de pression d'eau au troisième étage, tant au lavabo que pour la douche. L'absence de ventilation ou son non fonctionnement occasionne beaucoup de buée dans une salle de bain sans fenêtre, ce qui est gênant. Il conviendrait de demander à la mairie de retirer les plots et barrières ainsi que les minables arbustes en boîte dans la rue. Cela permettrait d'accéder en voiture pour déposer les bagages à l'entrée de l'hôtel et d'aller se garer ensuite "gratuitement" à un parking dédié à la Fabrique. Cette situation et anomalie sont d'autant regrettables lorsque l'on voit l'accès au parking IBIS en face de votre hôtel. Le surcoût du parking place très mal La Fabrique sur le rapport qualité /prix. Je regrette mon choix de La Fabrique

Hôtel bien situé au cœur de la ville, pas de parking à proximité mais un grand parking payant à 10 minutes à pied. Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner continental très bien. Chambre literie très bien. Déco hôtel sympa 👍

La situation dans la ville est très bien ; Compte tenu des photos présentées sur le site, je m'attendais à profiter d'un espace bar convivial et d'une chambre spacieuse ... l'espace en question était pris par un cours de danse et la chambre confortable mais assez petite avec une magnifique vue sur un mur. Je suis donc assez déçue.

Accès en voiture à l'hôtel et parking compliqués. J'avoue que je n'avais pas lu le message envoyé avant l'arrivée.

The Parking available? Definitely NOT ! Impossible to approach the hotel by car because of the one-way streets all around the hotel. Prepare to find a parking first and then carry all your luggage to the hotel. The staff wasn’t very helpful to find a solution. After a long and stressful trip, to be confronted with a guy at the desk who didn’t seem to know a solution to my problem or didn’t want to help, was very upsetting. The shower was not well made, so the water ran to the bathroom floor instead of in the drain. The cover of the toilet seat was broken and remained broken during our 3 days stay. 3 stars.

The parking was the only difficulty - finding the actual car park, and organising the parking permit. Better info should have been sent via Hotels,com. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, and dealt with all other issues effectively.

Charming little hotel close to the harbour. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. We were really pleased with our stay.

This hotel is an old factory that has been converted into a stunning hotel. The room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The location could not have been better, two minutes walk from the many restaurants and bars. Wonderful.

Location and cleanliness perfect for a short stay in the lovely port of La Rochelle

Hotel is well located , close to centre - no parking so you will have to pay each day - our room was tiny - bed was 1 foot from toilet and shower room . Close to all restaurants and shops , big wheel etc etc

La Fabrique is well situated in La Rochelle with many dining and sightseeing options a stones throw away, and walkable to the Encan conference facility. The staff was enthusiastic and helpful. Our only issue was a leaky AC unit that dripped constantly and which was apparently not fixable by the staff. A reasonable price for the great location.

Arrivée tardive sans soucis nous avons vu le velux en se disant qu’il devait y avoir un système pour occulter la lumière du jour …. Mais non donc réveil 6:30 sans pouvoir nous rendormir malheureusement. L’autre point négatif est l’absence de porte entre la salle de bain ( plus précisément les toilettes) et la chambre, sans fenêtre qu’on puisse ouvrir. Le lit était confortable. Cordialement

Hôtel à la décoration atypique très bien situé malheureusement les chambres doubles sont ridiculement petites. Donc à moins d’ailée les cages à lapin on ne peut séjourner qu’une nuit uniquement

We had a family room wuth onr large double bed and two singles. The beds were extremely comfortable. The sher was a walk-in shower which was ideal fir people with motility issues and the contintal breakast as an extra was good vale fir money and a gpod selection of cheeses and cold meats.

Shower are too slippery, no moisturizer provided, ac is right in your face as you sleep, small window that open to a small court yard with everyone else , so no privacy if you want to open windows , can smell people smoking thru the windows

La salle de bains sans portes c’est un manque d’intimité. Il faut le signaler comme ça on a l’info au moment de la réservation. Et le quartier il est certes hyper central et très sympa mais tous les nuits il y a trop de bruit dehors, soit des jeunes fêtards soit des disputes de SDF.

Hotel très bien situé près delà gare et du port à pieds. Accueil réception très bien et efficace. Chambre donnant sur la rue: animation nocturne perturbante due à des personnes ivres à plusieurs reprises… Séjour très agréable.

Dommage que la climatisation soit si bruyante. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec un très grand choix. Un peu froid dans la salle des petits déjeuners.

Only issue was that the directions issued did not take me to the hotel! Apart from that, a great place to stay with excellent access to the port and surrounding areas. Staff at reception really helpful too.

Peu de luminosité dans la chambre . Mauvaise isolation avec l’extérieur . Le container à verre est juste devant l’hôtel et les bars jettent leurs bouteilles à 3 h du matin .
