DEVA Hotel Kaiserblick

Graziosa struttura in un paesino montano.

The suite was clean,though dated, spacious and the views from the balcony are great. The bathroom is really nice. Unfortunately, the description misrepresented the conditions of the room. The suite is presented as two rooms, but both beds are in the same room, which was a problem for us since we are a couple with a teenage child, and we need two separate rooms. Also, the kitchen was a problem. The microwave was broken, the tea kettle was dirty. Most of all, the staff at the hotel was terrible. They did not alert us that the check in time is only before 9 pm, and there was no one there at 9:10. The person who came out by chance (he was talking out trash) scolded us for being late even though it wasn't our falt. He then told us to pick up the key at the reception which was in a different building, but didn't explain that the door to our room was separated from the main hotel door. We then spent an hour in the dark looking for the door. I tried calling the hotel's phone number, but no one answered. It was a complete disaster, the worst hotel check in in my life.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und lecker. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
