Cosy Wood House

Qui dit chambres d'hôtes,doit au moins intégrer un accueil, absent,qui plus est nous avons joué d'un quiproquo sur la chambre,un deuxième nous est parvenu qq mm avt notre arrivée sur site,un autre couple avec enfants est arrivé,en attente d'un message, était en train d'appeler l'hébergeur pour lui demander les codes d'accès dans la boîte à clés,qui était le même que nous. A peine installé nous avons dû remballer nos affaires et se digérer vers une autre chambre. Un accueil comme proposé eut été le bienvenu. Difficultés majeures aux ouvertures de portes et des baies de chambre.

Clean and modern

We really enjoyed our brief stay at Cosy Wood House. Although it has shared facilities, we were there as a family of 4 for most of the time on our own (with only one other person who arrived late in the evening when we were in bed!) Our family room was spacious and the bathroom incredibly clean. The property is modern and very well kept. The shared kitchen is well equipped, with a good range of utensils and crockery. There is also an oven, hob, microwave and huge fridge. It is situated in a very quiet location, with just a few neighbouring houses. The continental breakfast provided to those who choose this option is plentiful and filling - with fresh bread, croissants, coffee, cake and juice. Although it is not possible to walk to shops, they are only a short 10 minute drive away on the outskirts of Troyes. The property had WiFi, TV and a table football which kept us well entertained. The host was very friendly and spoke good English. The keys to the property were in a lock box so we could collect them conveniently.

Fab stay with easy access and accommodating host

Beautiful property had the house to myself, was really peaceful, beautifully decorated and a very comfy bed. Was my last night on a trip around Europe and was one of the best places I’ve stayed, thank you to the hosts A
