Alcuni l'hanno trovata difficile da individuare in auto e la posizione può essere meno comoda senza un'auto, con parcheggio in loco limitato o a pagamento. La spa privata e la terrazza panoramica sono i punti di forza, anche se per la spa è necessaria una prenotazione a pagamento con orario stabilito. Ideale per i viaggiatori che cercano una base tranquilla vicino a Como e che si sentono a proprio agio a camminare o a pianificare i trasporti.

The property itself was very nice. The rooms comfortable, the amenities great. The staff were very accommodating and friendly remembering us after the first day. I have nothing but praise for the staff. The property was not in the most convenient location. Without a car there were not a lot of restaurants or activities nearby. The property is not car friendly providing enough parking for their guests - on property parking is a premium and at a premium expense.

Ingen skilting til Villa Liberty. Tok sjansen og kjørte inn en enveiskjøring og fant ingen parkering. Måtte ut av bile og lete til jeg fant porten med Villa Liberty. Fikk kontakt på calling, mens mannen måtte komme seg bort fra veien som han sperret. Det var tilslutt mulig å kjøre inn porten og parkere på området. Dårlig start, men hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Dusjhjørne og fuger trenger skrubb, ta litt spindelvev rundtomkring og tørka støv bak tv. Ellers veldig rent. Men uteområdet må renoveres. Mye trafikkfare. Men roligere fra soverommet. Vi hadde suite. Balkongen var mye grønske, løv og lite utsikt grunnet tett med trær og busker og veldig larm fra trafikken. Men dette kan bli en utmerket plass etterhvert.

Stayed at the Apartment, which is separate building from the main building. We were welcomed very warmly and everything in the Hotel was spot on. Enjoyed Prosecco and snacs on the rooftop "solarium" which provided also view to the Lake Como. Wonderful place and superb service! Will come again.

Bien qu'un peu bruyant (route passante), nous avons eu une tres bonne experience, accueil parfait et petit déjeuner excellent. La possibilité d'avoir une place de parking est un +, le centre de Côme est à une 20aine de minutes à pied en longeant le lac, ce qui est très agréable.

Pictures online don’t do it justice! It’s beyond beautiful the owner is amazingly sweet always present to help with anything. Loved staying there! The beds, linens, pillows were very high quality. The grounds are like a fairy tale ❤️ Don’t hesitate and book!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Liberty. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Additionally we really enjoyed private spa and breakfast in the spa. The best part was probably the large roof terrace where it was very comfortable to sit in the sun in the morning and the evening. The hotel was also very clean.

Phenomenal stay at Villa Liberty. Incredibly nice staff, great property, spacious room and the private spa experience was a great way to kick start our time in Como. Several bus lines are a 2-3 minute walk so convenient (and nice to be in a quieter area away from the center of town).

Hotel is well located and room was large and comfortable. The reason for the less than 5 rating is due to the spa not being included in the price, and this was not indicated on the website. Evidence was shown to the reception staff and the owner, and they were disappointingly very dismissive saying it was the fault of Hotels.com and not their problem. We paid a lot of money for the stay and hence it was certainly not value for money with the spa being excluded. It was an additional EUR70 for two people … for one hour.

Terrific place well situated for walking to the main tourist attractions. Beautifully appointed, excellent facilities and a splendid breakfast. Only downside is it can be difficult to spot it when driving.

The area was tucked in a quiet part of Como Town, but was a relatively easy walk to the path by the Lake. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I am gluten sensitive and they offered me gluten free bread and cookies which were tasty. We would stay here again.

Stayed here 6 days during a work-vacation combo. The villa was lovely and our suite spacious and clean (except for the dead bugs behind the tv that eluded daily cleaning). The bed was not terribly comfortable with only one pillow each. Expectations got managed early on when we tried to shift our trip forward one day (same stay duration, just a day later) and add a day. Even though hotels.com made the change, the villa let us know they‘d charge us for the first, unused night anyway. They also let us know after booking the non-refundable trip that their reception/check-in was only until 6 pm. We had planned for a scenic train ride from Zurich but due to train strikes couldn’t tell the hotel an exact arrival time, which they demanded. So we rented a car for an extra 2,000 Euro. The room had relatively little appointments. Bundled with a limited hour reception that was always closed by the time we got in from our conference, the whole trip felt scheduled around their staff, which wasn’t relaxing. For example, we didn’t get wine glasses and corkscrew until we finally could sync up with the hotel staff on the last afternoon. The spa was nice, but cost extra and we were mostly worried about being on time for our designated one hour slot. The camera in the spa and 5-page waiver and rules was also a bit much. Experiência ímpar! Quartos novos, cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro otimo. Café da manhã otimo. Frutas de muita qualidade. Alessia e Giulia, as recepcionistas são muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Com certeza voltaria.

This is a truly unique and stunningly converted mansion property in the outskirts of Como. Rooms and breakfast are of the highest quality and the staff and owner could not be more charming and considerate. Definitely a must-stay!

Phenomenal stay at Villa Liberty. Incredibly nice staff, great property, spacious room and the private spa experience was a great way to kick start our time in Como. Several bus lines are a 2-3 minute walk so convenient (and nice to be in a quieter area away from the center of town).

Hotel is well located and room was large and comfortable. The reason for the less than 5 rating is due to the spa not being included in the price, and this was not indicated on the website. Evidence was shown to the reception staff and the owner, and they were disappointingly very dismissive saying it was the fault of Hotels.com and not their problem. We paid a lot of money for the stay and hence it was certainly not value for money with the spa being excluded. It was an additional EUR70 for two people … for one hour.

Everything was amazing here!! I’m so glad we chose to stay at Villa Liberty! The owner is so nice. She went out of her way to show us our beautiful apartment. Alesia is so helpful. She recommended a wonderful restaurant and even reserved a table with a view. The breakfast is incredible! I would absolutely stay here again!!

The property itself was very nice. The rooms comfortable, the amenities great. The staff were very accommodating and friendly remembering us after the first day. I have nothing but praise for the staff. The property was not in the most convenient location. Without a car there were not a lot of restaurants or activities nearby. The property is not car friendly providing enough parking for their guests - on property parking is a premium and at a premium expense.

Lovely boutique hotel off the beaten path. The only problem we had was getting taxis. This seems to be a problem all around Lake Como. We waited almost an hour to get a taxi for dinner and had to end up walking back over a mile in the rain to the hotel afterwards because we could not get a taxi to return to the hotel. Something to think about if not staying in center city.

We waited almost an hour to get a taxi for dinner and had to end up walking back over a mile in the rain to the hotel afterwards because we could not get a taxi to return to the hotel. Something to think about if not staying in center city.

Bien qu'un peu bruyant (route passante), nous avons eu une tres bonne experience, accueil parfait et petit déjeuner excellent. La possibilité d'avoir une place de parking est un +, le centre de Côme est à une 20aine de minutes à pied en longeant le lac, ce qui est très agréable.

The area was tucked in a quiet part of Como Town, but was a relatively easy walk to the path by the Lake. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I am gluten sensitive and they offered me gluten free bread and cookies which were tasty. We would stay here again.

Terrific place well situated for walking to the main tourist attractions. Beautifully appointed, excellent facilities and a splendid breakfast. Only downside is it can be difficult to spot it when driving.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Liberty. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Additionally we really enjoyed private spa and breakfast in the spa. The best part was probably the large roof terrace where it was very comfortable to sit in the sun in the morning and the evening. The hotel was also very clean.

Very nice clean place, the room was spacious and everyone was great and friendly. The location is great if you don’t mind to walk a bit (20-30 minutes at a leisure pace) to the center and the ferry. If you like to workout at random time like myself; just be aware that the gym and reception close at 7pm

Best place in Lake Como. Desh and Alicia were great and the owner Elizabeth was so nice and generous. Gave us a ride to our destination in her own car and also helped us with the luggage transportation at no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna with snacks! Great for a long day of walking. When we return we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend! Big thank you to Daesha, Alesia, and the manager Elisabetta for all your help and for making our trip so memorable! 😊
