Breakfast could have been better, just ok

Rooms are big and clean, Staff is cordial, Breakfast is good. The only downside is that there are very few restaurants near by and the traffic is huge, no option to cross the road, it tske a huge time for Uber come over if it is on the opposite side during peak hours

The hotel was as clean, comfortable, and friendly as any HIE anywhere. No offense, but it was a real surprise for Jersey City. I would definitely stay there again. And so close to the Lincoln Tunnel.

It was perfect accommodation for a last minute reservation.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind. Had a smooth check in and check out . Breakfast was set and timely every morning (630am-930am). I didn’t eat the breakfast by my kids did and they enjoyed it. I also appreciated there being turkey sausage available because myself and my family don’t eat pork. Ther was a good variety of breakfast items. This hotel doesn’t have a pool but that wasn’t a miss for my family. I had a small issue with my toilet flushing and not filling back up and they got maintenance on it right away. Over all good stay for my first time in New Jersey (I’m from Chicago). Would stay here again. Basic hotel . May not have all the whistles but it has bells. I would say 7/10
