We loved the openness of this place and the outdoor kitchen where we could enjoy the views. No need for aircon when you have the open (fly screen) breeze.

A charming retreat designed to maximise interaction with the exotic surrounds. And magnificent views.

La Vista is an amazing property located in its own glade in the Daintree. The views out to Cape Tribulation are second to none and many evenings were spent just taking in this location (with the support of the odd beer/wine). We booked this to experience living in the forest with all this entails (incredible wildlife noises at night). Dean was a very responsive owner and very much respected our privacy. In summation if you want to experience the Daintree in a comfortable stilt house this property is for you.

Amazing

A unique and magical property. The views are even better than in the website. We loved the open-air layout and the pool is fantastic - wonderful outlook and very cooling in a FNQ summer. Our teenage kids loved the separate shack with cable tv and pool table.
