Hotel Mfelice

The entrance to this hotel was not easy to find & a bit disconcerting to say the least. The lobby is on the 7th floor of a block, entry is down a narrow passageway between 2 restaurants and lift to the lobby. (The hotel occupies floors 7-13). Once checked in by very pleasant reception staff I made my way my room. 1319 was larger than I had expected with a comfortable (for me) double bed, hanging closet, drawer, laptop safe, tea/coffee, fast WiFi & TV with many channels -no global news in English - I relied on the web/VPN for this. The window looked out over a cityscape - good blackout curtains. All the usual potions and lotion were available in the shower room which had plenty of hot water with good pressure. Breakfast was served in the restaurant on floor 7 catering to Asian and Western tastes. The staff worked tirelessly to keep the tables clean & food topped up. There were downsides that I feel need attention, the main one being the state of the carpets which in my room and public areas are in need of a deep clean or replacement. Slippers are provided. The entrance could be more welcoming. The room safe was faulty and unreliable. A staff member was quick to attend and tried to fix it but I did not risk using it and reported it as needing replacement. I would stay here again because it is only 15-20mins walk from Magongnaru station on the direct line from ICN - Seoul Station and 5mins to line 5 metro. Plenty of eateries, shops and NC department store nearby.

아주 만족합니다.다만 침대매트리스가 좀 삐걱거리네요.

근처가 번화가라 괜찮았습니다. 좋아요 좋아요.

La communicacion con el personal se dificultaba por el idioma ya que muchos empleados solo hablaban Korean

鉢山駅から、近くて分かりやすい場所でした 7階が、ロビーで、下には、コンビニや、飲食店があり、街なかは、栄えてました ホテルに上がるエレベーターの場所が、すぐ分かるか心配でしたが、問題なく迷わず見つけられました 帰りの便が、早い時は、金浦空港まで、6分なので、 また、泊まりたいです
