The rooms are fine- comfortable beds. Didn’t love the hard almost tile type floors for our toddler… The pool was 2 ft deep and was very murky and dirty. Booked this so our son could swim but the pool was not swimable at all.

They advertise that they have a pool but they fail to mention that their pool has a beach entry and the maximum depth is shown as 2 feet!! You can't swim in this pool without scraping your knuckles on the bottom. My 11 year old stood in the deep end and her swimsuit didn't even get wet. Don't book here if you actually want a functional pool.

Their internet is not working. The front desk said they would call tech support. 6 hours later and it still isn’t working. Pet area for potty the dogs is extremely small. Our room is noisy from room above, sound insulation must be poor. Building and grounds are very new and clean. Parking was not crowded.

The lobby was muggy when we walked in. It was stated that the AC unit went out but that the rooms were not effective. The pool was only to 2ft so my boys were bummed. The breakfast was ok just because the egg,sausage, and biscuit spread was very artificial so the taste was not good. Overall it was not the best for family with teenagers.

The hotel appears clean and well-maintained. The rooms are good size and well-kept. The wifi was spotty and somewhat slow. I was confused because I found 3 different free La Quinta wifi at times - sometimes only 1. I wasn't sure which was the legit one to use. The woman in charge of the breakfast was friendly, helpful, and the star employee during our stay. She was really committed to excellent customer service. The parking lot is well-lit and had enough spots to make parking convenient. My main complaint is the long check-in time. There were maybe 2-3 couples in front of us yet we waited 30 minutes before it was our turn to check in.

We picked this hotel because it was in our area and because I had purchased swim gear for my family because it said it had a pool. After we arrived and got dressed to get in the pool we found out that the pool was closed down due to a violation of some sort. This is something that would be nice if it had been reported on this app so that I could’ve found a different hotel but it was to late to cancel.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly but absent from the front desk in the early evening. I'm sure they were in the back, but a little disconcerting from a security standpoint after dark. Water pressure was weaker than most hotels I stay in. Had to call the front desk to figure out how to work the shower. There was a pull down from the mouth of the spicket that I have never seen before. An instruction card on the bathroom would be helpful. Breakfast was typical for this tier of hotel with decent hot food selections.

We’ve been traveling across country with our kids and have stayed at 4 hotels in this price range. This one is unfortunately the worst. The first room had a strong chemical smell so we requested another. The second was generally dirty, with stains on both comforters, a large brown greasy stain on the carpet and a nice yellow pee stain on one of the bed sheets. The property just needs a really good deep clean.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room and the property were very clean and well maintained. The only issue we found was the water pressure in the shower was very low, but I'm not sure if that is due to Lubbock water issues or not. But despite that, we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Had to come down from the 4th floor with my bags twice to get the keys fixed so that I could get in my room. Then I got to eat cold food because of this. Got up at 4:22 am to take a shower and had no hot water.

Short Staffed, checking in and checking out. The front desk staff was working the desk and the kitchen at the same time. The lady attitude was not good because, she was under pressure. The cleaning lady didn’t understand English.

We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to check us in. It seems that the front desk person walked off the job. Then there were no instructions for how to get the shower to work. Very frustrating.

The room was very clean, the maintenance staff were very good and friendly. However, the front desk person when I arrived acted like she would rather be anywhere else than at work. She was very brusque and when she handed me my key folder the room number was illegible. When I asked her to confirm she seemed very put out. When I got to my room the key cards didn't work. I went back down and told her and she acted like it was my fault. She re-programmed the cards and they worked the second time. When I have had a five hour drive to get to Lubbock this is not the reception I want to get. I am staying at your hotel again in two weeks and if I get the same reception I will change hotels for future reservations. I checked in around 3pm on 10/10.

When I have had a five hour drive to get to Lubbock this is not the reception I want to get. I am staying at your hotel again in two weeks and if I get the same reception I will change hotels for future reservations. I checked in around 3pm on 10/10.

Great one night stay! Only issue was side entrance door I used to first floor had a broken card reader so after I parked and had my arms full had to take stuff back to car and go to front entrance and then go to door and prop open so to get in stuff (including two bikes). Staff was GREAT!!

Reserved a room for husband thru Expedia for Thursday night. Paid in advance $83. Arrived Wednesday night so checked in a day early. Charges on Visa - Expedia $83, La Quinta $96.77, $50, $146.05, $28.75. Called all day Thursday to correct; no answer. Husband spoke with desk. Assured it would be corrected. Instead they added the last two charges!!!! Be careful!

Looked almost new. It was in great shape! No complaints at all. Only concern was the location sits close to I-27 and that could make it a target area for crime. (Just my opinion) The parking area was well lit so I feel they did what they could to deter crime! Overall a great experience!

During our stay our truck windows were smashed by someone breaking into it. Several other vehicles were broken into as well. The location of the hotel is next to a high crime area. However being from out of town, we had no idea. There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself

Stayed for track meet and it was great ! Very close to Lowry Field and a lot of restaurants . The front desk and housekeeping workers are very friendly.

Everything was great, breakfast was cold which should hot or warm in the warmers also having to take a cold shower in the morning, and the staff not even Notify the guest and at the time of checkout, they couldn't even offer A discount for next stay or anything.

Staff was a bit funky. I asked about additional/teplenishing breakfast items and the staff remember got grumpy at me. Waffle maker was broken and I’m pretty sure the bacon was made out of tissue paper. So, breakfast wasn’t great. Room was wonderful though.

Both staff members at the front desk were extremely kind. We didn't realize we only had 2 towels, so between the three of us on the reservation, we had to share them because we had already showered. My son is little so it was ok, but just wish I would have checked that. One of the hand towles also looked like it was stained or had something on it, so we didn't touch that one. The room was very nice. But, the alarm started going off at 6am and woke us all up. So that was frustrating. Breakfast was cold and there was not a great selection. The member taking care of the breakfast was very rude and told everyone she was putting it all away at 9:15, so we "better hurry", even though breakfast was until 9:30. She also spoke very disrespectfully to other guests that were getting food and wouldn't resupply any of the biscuits. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but we wouldn't stay again.

Our original room had plumbing issues such as really dark water coming out and the drain was closed and wouldn’t open. In all fairness the front desk clerk was understanding and tried to find us another room. The hotel was full and she had no other comparable room. She upgraded us to another room at no additional cost. I was very impressed with her concern and rapid solution. The other issue was that the breakfast on the first 2 mornings was not very good. Went down 2 hours before it closed and there was no coffee and some of the dishes for food were empty. Maybe I went down right after a rush of people. Breakfast was fine and plentiful on last morning there.

The lobby was muggy when we walked in. It was stated that the AC unit went out but that the rooms were not effective. The pool was only to 2ft so my boys were bummed. The breakfast was ok just because the egg,sausage, and biscuit spread was very artificial so the taste was not good. Overall it was not the best for family with teenagers.

The hotel appears clean and well-maintained. The rooms are good size and well-kept. The wifi was spotty and somewhat slow. I was confused because I found 3 different free La Quinta wifi at times - sometimes only 1. I wasn't sure which was the legit one to use. The woman in charge of the breakfast was friendly, helpful, and the star employee during our stay. She was really committed to excellent customer service. The parking lot is well-lit and had enough spots to make parking convenient. My main complaint is the long check-in time. There were maybe 2-3 couples in front of us yet we waited 30 minutes before it was our turn to check in.

My 2 nd time staying here. Everything was good except a lot of noise from rooms next to us and upstairs. The breakfast was good but the fruits apples and bananas were old we asked staff if they have fresh bananas because they were black she said no. I will stay here again if I travel to Lubbock. Great location for our stay to dinning and our place to visit.

The pool was clean HOWEVER the "deep end" was only 2 feet deep. So if you were planning on actually swimming, don't plan on it. The door from inside the hotel to the pool was broken, so we had to enter the pool from the outside. Not a huge deal, but you can tell the door had been broken for awhile. We could also hear our neighbors next door. They weren't being loud, just normal conversation- but the walls were a little thin. They gave us out room assignment and when we got the the room, the door was propped open by the lock. I looked around and most of the doors were like that. I went in the room and everything was clean, so I realized the maid service probably left them open on accident. Our room was ready and settled in. Turning on the shower was not self explanatory at all. You may need to call the desk for help. The floors in the elevator were gross. And the carpet outside the elevators as well. It looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, if not more. When we walked in to check in, there were 2 young ladies working the desk. They both just looked at me. After a few seconds I asked who I should go to to get checked in. After they looked at each other, one of them volunteered. When I stepped up, I saw they had full plates of food. The mattress had craters. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. When I called and asked for some, they told me I had to come down and get them myself. Since I had made reservations for 3people, there should have been sheets in there fo
