We r repeat customers to this HOTEL. All our previous stay was very very good in every aspects. On this visit also most of things were good, Breakfast Buffet included in price & Restraint Service, Quality of the food, the value for tne food is EXCVELLENT. except this time the WiFi SERVICE WAS VERY VERY VERY POOR. The front DESK REP’s Mr. Prasad & Mr. Pravin we Knowledgeable & VERY VERY HELP FULL. I would Appriciate Management pays more attaintation to INTERNET SERVICE more seriously. In Today’s world NO Internet means NO Business.

I would rate this stay just about OK... not commensurate with the high rating which has been given to the hotel. To begin with the person at the reception was absolutely expression-less with no sense of welcome at all. Not even a glass of water was offered on arrival (despite the hot summer temperature outside). No Wi Fi, no iron box, no toiletries (except a small one inch square soap) was provided in the room. Even the mini bar / mini refrigerator in the room was absolutely empty. For everything, the reception was like "Sir it's provided on request". You can't keep calling up the reception for every small-small thing. More so, despite requesting for an iron box also the same was not supplied. It was but obvious that the hotel intended to cut cost over petty things... Notwithstanding, the food in the restaurant was really good!!!
