Check in was easy and helpful. Perfect for a last minute flight delay stay. Was able to reset and feel refreshed fir an early morning flight.

The pool was not heated, all the ice makers I tried never worked, but worst of all I found a large hairball of long hair in my towel. I didn’t see it until AFTER using it on my body. When I asked for a refund or at least partial refund, the hotel managers denied my request, saying they couldn’t because of my third party booking. So I reached out to Hotels.com and they said I could actually get a refund if approved by the hotel staff. So they lied to me and then denied my refund again. Completely unbelievable, and one of the worst hotel/customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Do not stay here!
