Welcome! This is a spacious apartment with sea views that offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience! The apartment is approximately 200 m2 and it counts with 4 rooms, which makes it perfect for families or groups of friends. There are two rooms with double bed, while the others have two single beds each. All bedrooms have closet and views to the town of Alcúdia or the sea. In the corridor there is AC that refreshes all rooms. The house has 2 fully furnished bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower. The apartment is on the first floor of the building. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the 30 m2 terrace, which is furnished with a table, 8 chairs, a sun umbrella and 2 loungers. Outside you will find a shower that you will be able to use after the beach! On the living room is a comfortable sofa where you can relax having a siesta, surf the Internet (WIFI) or watch satellite TV. In the dining room there are table and chairs for 8 people, where you can have summer meals with friends and family. In the kitchen you will find everything you might need during your holiday: gas stove, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine, dish washer, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed. The location of the house is perfect because you will be by the sea and have fantastic views and you will have everything you need just 5 minutes drive. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find supermarkets and lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink.
