Staff were not pleasant, gym was out of order the whole stay (yet not acknowledged at check-in), bathroom and shower need a good clean, did not look how the photos represented it to look, seems to be predominantly used as apartments as opposed to a hotel.

Very average. First room they placed me in had no working AC and dodgy yellow stains on the carpet. Alternative room was much nicer. Room mostly quiet aside from loadly banging spring doors closing at all hours. Wasn't notified that the fitness centre was unavailable at time of booking, and this along with the sauna was a key booking decision for me. Not really impressed.

Friendly staff. Clean, quiet, spacious room with amazing views across the city from the 65th floor. Lovely pool, large spa, hot steam room, gym with a view. The sauna wasn't hot and some of the tiles were loose underfoot.

Imagine Lighthouse overall is a very good property. Only problem is the elevators. It's a 69 floor building and only 2 out of 4 elevators are working. The wait to get on the elevator can be up to 20 minutes depending on time of day.

Free to Air TV only had one channel in our room - reported to staff but wasn’t able to be fix during our stay. No clothes drying racks provided for towels / sensitive clothes in rooms. Pool is great, but floor around it is VERY slippery when wet - a non slip solution might be needed as I slipped and also witnessed multiple people slip and fall on both occasions we visited the pool, signage saying floor is slippery unfortunately doesn’t *prevent* it being a very slippery surface when wet. Great stay otherwise - loved the layout of the corner view in our two bedroom apartment :)

No more than we expected. A pretty standard apartment hotel. The room had everything we needed. Like most apartments hotels all facilities are shared with tenants. The bedroom was very noisy - it sounded like we were right near a aircon vent. The pool and spa area were good. Good location. Good city view. There is no onsite parking. $35 per day (with discount) a block away.

The property itself was great, great room, great view. However one of the staff members at the front desk were terrible, not helpful, spoke terrible, was rude and made the place seem dodgey. Ruined the experience. However, the next morning a different staff member was very helpful, nice and great. But further the parking situation makes it not worth staying there. Better off spending extra somewhere else than $50 overnight parking. Especially when notified it would only be $30 originally.

We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom sky apartment and the views were spectacular over the city and you could see the ocean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Central to everything and only walking distance to so much. What did let them down was two elevator's out of four were out of action. Made it very hard to get up and down with a up to half hour waiting time. This sounds like from other reviews I’ve seen is a common problem. Overall I would definitely stay here again and will.

Good location. 2 of 4 left fits not working in a building that has 64 floors. Waited for lifts. One night waited 30 mins in a lineup. Then the lift we caught was faulty. Very poor communication from management. Later found out the lifts have been out of order for 3 months. Property still says it’s 4 star but it’s not. It’s university student accomodation

The pictures don't represent the actual size of the unit, it was very small. In general clean and tidy, but the kettle and items in cupboards were filthy. Good pool (not heated) and spa facilities.

The rooms were beautiful the mattress was disgusting I thought I’d be nice strip the bed for the cleaner it was covered in blood urine poo stained and other body fluids I was disgusted asked for partial refunded refused so beware what you are sleeping on and to add no mattress protector

The view was AMAZING which is why we booked this apartment. The bed and bedding were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom although quite new was not maintained well (very dirty seals around the shower, bottom of bathroom door was warped/flood damaged). Carpet in the main room was 'crunchy' underfoot (from previous tenant soiling / not being cleaned for a long time - quite gross to walk on). There were a lot of small bugs/cockroaches found running around in the kitchen area.

The room wasn’t very clean, strangers toenails all over the bathroom floor. Every item of furniture was damaged, huge stains on the carpet. The housekeeping was poor, after they had been through the room smelly strongly like body odour. The toilet paper they left us was mouldy. The hotel is extremely loud at night, the windows are paper thin so can hear everything. Woken up multiple nights to sirens. The room was also advertised to have a dryer, but it didn’t. Wouldn’t return.

The room was not clean and when I asked them to clean it and showed them photos of how dirty it was they look at me like I was being silly. Someone came to clean however missed all the spots I pointed out.

Overall it was a great stay. Stayed on the 68th floor with stunning views. Whilst the hotel was fairly clean, some extra attention could be made such as, - walls (using a flat mop in one direction instead of cleaning marks in all directions) - the air conditioners need thorough cleaning (filters and inside components) - windows (quite dusty on the outside) - pool room floor (quite a number of tiles moved when walked over) We did have a faulty washer dryer combo but the lovely staff took our washing and brought it back once dried and gave us a later checkout. Overall, pretty good and will come back again

We stayed at an 3 bedroom sky apartment and I’m disappointed that the property hasn’t been maintained well. First impression was that the property was much much smaller than the pictures. Appliances and furnitures were very old and worn. Edges on the dishwasher were peeling off. The button on dryer was cracked. There were mould and grease between the tiles in the ensuite shower. Very dirty inside the laundry space and there was a layer of dust on the washer. House keeping was also sub-standard. The cleaners left empty toilet roll on the holder and didn’t replace with new toilet roll. They did replace fresh towels, made the bed and emptied the rubbish and that was all. Location and the view from sky apartment were amazing. Reception staff was very friendly. Overall, the stay was very average and would not be booking this place again.

Lots of cupboards – but no accessible shelves in most storage space. We ended up with clothes scattered across the floor. A number of potentially useful spaces were too high for the average guest; and the microwave (located well above the sink) was potentially very dangerous

The view from our room on the 68th floor was amazing. There were little things that stood out. one was no bedside lamps. The bathroom needed a little bit of maintenance/updating. A little shelf to put your toilet bag on would be good. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready

Great location, 1 block from several tram lines and within the free CBD tram lines. Apartment was well sized, comfortable and very clean. Sofa was too small, it's a 2 seater but small, room needed an additional lounge chair. Washer dryer was almost useless, 5 hours drying a half load and still not fully dry. Don't rely on this if you need it. Also, hilariously the washer plug socket was wired to the bathroom light. So you had to leave the bathroom light on to keep the washer running.

The unit was good apart from the lack of storage in the bedroom. There were no drawers or shelves to place items of clothing in which meant that our suitcases had to store our clothing opened on the lounge room floor. Thankfully we were only staying for three nights as this was not annoying.

One of the most frustrating stays I’ve ever experienced. The ceiling was creaking from the upstairs neighbours, the balcony door didn’t shut properly and let the cold air in, there were no instructions on how to use the appliances and there was a broken wine glass in the cupboard. When we went downstairs to ask, we were simply told “just let it run a few times”. We went upstairs, after already doing this for over 20 min for all the faucets in the room, and proceeded to do it again to still be met with the same brown water. It was cold, it was poorly communicated, and more importantly it was unhygienic.

Rooms have alot of wear and tear. The bathroom door didnt close shut, furniture has stains and toilet just ran water at odd times. Only one bedroom had airconditioning so could be an uncomfortable sleep in those rooms in the middle of summer. The staff were lovely however and you can't beat those floors to ceiling windows in the bedroom but not all apartments get them so be wary of that when booking if after one of those rooms.

We stayed at an 3 bedroom sky apartment and I’m disappointed that the property hasn’t been maintained well. First impression was that the property was much much smaller than the pictures. Appliances and furnitures were very old and worn. Edges on the dishwasher were peeling off. The button on dryer was cracked. There were mould and grease between the tiles in the ensuite shower. Very dirty inside the laundry space and there was a layer of dust on the washer. House keeping was also sub-standard. The cleaners left empty toilet roll on the holder and didn’t replace with new toilet roll. They did replace fresh towels, made the bed and emptied the rubbish and that was all. Location and the view from sky apartment were amazing. Reception staff was very friendly. Overall, the stay was very average and would not be booking this place again.

I had been put on the top floor and my view was excellent. I did not cook so cannot comment on the cooking appliances. I used the fridge and microwave only. The fridge was full sized and would have been good for a longer stay. Comfortable and clean.

I was told that I will get my pre authorization deposit back within 2 days of checking out of the hotel but when I wrote to enquire about the deposit after a week of not receiving it, was then told that I would receive it in 21 working days!!! We had an issue with heating and our issue was immediately addressed. The staff lady, sorry didnt get her name gave us extra blanket for the night. The next morning the service guy came in early to check. AJ is a good 👦. He knows exactly what was wrong. Someone switched off the mains that's why the heater is not working. Very happy with their service, accommodation and friendliness of the staffs.

Imagine lighthouse exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean, highly functional for a young family and the view divine. The kids also loved the pool. It was location location with everything needed within walking distance and so many food delivery services. We also found it very well priced. We will stay again.

Despite some of the older reviews, Lighthouse was excellent. Some one was at the desk 7am-7pm and helpful and friendly. Kit, who checked us in, was amazing and nothing was too difficult. The pool and spa level was amazing and the kids loved it with both a cool huge pool, spa, steam room and sauna. The room was just big enough for myself and 2 kids. And I used the washing machine daily as we were there for a sporting event for my son. The lifts were quick despite behaving 69 floors. We never waited very long. Totally recommend for families or anyone.

At check in we were told to wait as our room wasn’t ready yet. The man at the desk said he’d call us back over when the room was ready but we waited an hour and a half and heard nothing from him after he watched us just sit there in the lobby. Once I went to the desk and asked for an update I find out that the room had been ready for the whole time and he just never called us over or updated us like he said he would. The room had blood stains on the couch and curtains which I cleaned off myself. The floor we were placed on smelt really bad and it continued to smell the whole time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The spa and pool were perfect and we enjoyed the view from our room.

Location of the property is perfect. But they gave me a cheaper room with no view. I paid for a better view but I did not get it. Tried to communicate with the receptionist but she refused to listen and keep brushing me off saying that im in the right room. Staff were really terrible. Kettle was super dirty. No hairdryer provided too. There's no phone in the apartment hence I need to go to level 1 to ask for it. Worst customer experience but the view was really good.

Receptionist was polite and helpful. The 1 bedroom apartment was a good size, clean and a comfortable bed. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance and the shopping centres are about a 5 minute walk.

Everyone was so kind and efficient with getting us checked in and out. I got given a really fantastic room, and it was easy to leave our bags before our check in and after our check out! Love the location and would highly recommend this place! Would stay again :)

Great location, 1 block from several tram lines and within the free CBD tram lines. Apartment was well sized, comfortable and very clean. Sofa was too small, it's a 2 seater but small, room needed an additional lounge chair. Washer dryer was almost useless, 5 hours drying a half load and still not fully dry. Don't rely on this if you need it. Also, hilariously the washer plug socket was wired to the bathroom light. So you had to leave the bathroom light on to keep the washer running.

The location was great. Very close to the Queen Vic Markets, Melbourne Central and lots of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. We expected a TV in the main bedroom (there was an aerial port there) but no TV. Just a few little issues like only 3 pieces of cutlery but we were a family of 4, no replacement garbage bags for rubbish a couple of other small things and the noise from the construction at night was annoying. But overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again

Spacious, tidy, but let down by some logistical hiccups The apartment itself is great—spacious, clean, and in an excellent location. However, there are a few operational issues to note. * Elevators & Key Cards: Elevator wait times can be long during peak hours. More importantly, the key card kept failing to register in the lift, resulting in several frustrating trips up and down twice before I had to go back to the lobby. The staff were surprised at first, but thankfully replaced the card promptly. * Support: When one of the bedroom doors was locked at first after check in and nobody answered the hotline, I had to visit the front desk. Once notified, the staff came up quickly to unlock it. * Amenities: Note that the dishwasher requires the "deep washing mode" to clean effectively. Overall a comfortable stay once the card issue was sorted, but the digital access and support response time need improvement

No kettle , asked for one but had to ask again at the end of the day. Hotel looks worn out already for such a new CBD building. Holes in wall. Damaged area on carpet fixtures askew throughout. TV unable to stream properly. No real clear instructions for our fellow travellers to traverse between floors easily. Nice view. But wouldnt want to be below level 55. Dishwasher beeped incessantly. Had to unplug it for peace and quiet.
