Perfekt beliggende i hjertet af denne smukke Cotswold landsby Bourton-on-the-Water

We all agreed this was the best holiday cottage we had stayed in. Despite the extreme heat the inside was relatively cool and comfortable.

Stayed at millstone cottage with a group of friends and family to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was perfect. Lots of space, very comfortable, perfect location. Thank you.

Millstone Cottage is spacious and very well equipped. We were a group of six cyclists needing six individual rooms and the house accommodated us easily. We only cooked breakfast but found the facilities more than adequate for us and the large dining area meant we could all sit together. We parked 4 cars easily enough and could have got at least one more in. This is a big plus in Bourton, where parking is at a premium. The property is very close to the centre of Bourton (5 minutes walk) yet not hampered at all by the traffic or tourists. We called in taxis from Stow when we travelled to outlying villages. For your own comfort we’d recommend you take your personal pillows. The furnishings are high quality but the pillows a little hard. Other than that you’ll enjoy your stay here!

This was a great place to stay with 9 of us in 3 generations. 3 en suite double bedrooms and a main bathroom adjacent to the other bedrooms Plenty of dining and lounge space. Kitchen could do with an extra fridge. We were going to have a barbecue but they were both very dirty and in need of a clean. We went to the pub instead, the nearest pub was a short walk and had great beers and wine at reasonable prices and good service. It was called the Mouse trap, much cheaper than the Willow in the centre of Bourton. A large garden with Boule court and table tennis in the garage. We tried to phone the contact number but we had NO ANSWER. Good job it wasn't an emergency! We enjoyed our stay and would go again. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay in their property
