We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Beautiful view from our room and we enjoyed having the complimentary cake and coffee in the afternoon! The staff members are helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit Interlaken. It is close to all the scenic site. The location of the hotel is already beautiful.

Walking distance from train station interlaken OST , bus stop #21 right in front. Very clean, awesome view of mountains, free breakfast very complete. Quiet. No AC but a fan is provided, nice breeze in July. Would stay again.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, etwas kleine aber sehr saubere Einzelzimmer, tolles Frühstück, Gratisparkplatz und sehr nahe zum Zentrum - insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverältnis, komme sehr gerne wieder!

A very good 3 star hotel. Well trained staff and in a good location just out of the town Centre but only a few minutes walk from all the shops .very clean rooms and comfy beds. Our room faced the mountains so there was a great view too.

The hotel was in a nice location. The property and the room were clean and welcoming. The walls are very thin and our neighbors to the side and upstairs were very loud. The hotel should tell guests they need to quiet down by a certain time.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The building is old and no AC, it was very hot in the room, we were offered fan, it didn’t help much, had to sleep with windows open. The views are incredible and close to restaurants.it is an old hotel, bathroom are not very clean, had foul smell and the water pressure in the shower was on and off.

We had such a great time at this hotel, and view from the window was so beautiful. We loved everything about this hotel, custom service, cleanliness, delicious breakfast. We would like to stay here again and we will recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit interlaken area.

Grundsätzlich ist dieses Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Der Ausblick war hervorragend und ging direkt auf die Berge. Das einzige was mich sehr gestört hat war ein sehr übler Geruch im Zimmer. Man konnte nachts die Fenster nicht geschlossen halten weil man es nicht ausgehalten hat. Ansonsten war es sehr gemütlich und das Personal beim Frühstücksservice war perfekt.

직원들이 모두 친절하시구 방이 넓었어요! 역에서 걸어서가기엔 애매하게 가까운느낌인데 여기저기 다 둘러보기엔 접근성이 좋은곳이었어용 침구류는 그렇게 깨끗하진않아요ㅜㅜ

A very welcoming and comfortable hotel. Our room had a great view of the ever-changing Jungfrau. Breakfast was excellent as was Kaffee und Kuchen in the afternoon, but it would have been nice if there were a restaurant. Still, there were plenty of good dining opportunities within easy reach and a lovely terrace where we could enjoy a picnic.

Our spacious room had a great view of the mountains! Beau site’s staff is wonders—very friendly and informative. The bed was comfortable and breakfast at the hotel is excellent. Only a few things keep this from being 5stars. First, there was no facial tissue in the room—this is pretty basic and is not an “amenity” that should be requested. There is no lamp on the desk, which makes it difficult to use. The shower dispenser was almost empty when we arrived and that should have been checked by the cleaning crew. We would stay here again if we return to Interlaken.

After paying 525 CHF just to get good sleep and take good shower, I expected 5 star experience but they disappointed in both. Noisy floor if anyone even walk on top of your floor you hear loud noise and cold-hot water fluctuates from cold to extreme hot without touching anything. It’s an old plumbing without the temp. Control mechanism. I wouldn’t have mind if the cost is not so crazy high. I called it pure rip off. Avoid staying in Interlaken at all if possible as train transportation available to go every surrounding tourist spots. something I learned during this visit. Forgot to mention No A/C in any of the rooms. it gets really hot inside unless you leave window open but that brings fly and bags. I enjoyed breakfast and staff was good they help me letting my upstairs neighbor know twice that we are getting annoyed at midnight. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for being so pricey.

I would need to be fair with Hotel Beausite. The positive things were the breakfast and some of the staff that tried to serve me well with my personal requests. However, I rated low because first there was an issue with the lights on the room. They did not work well and went off and on until an electrician came fast after my request, and made it work. The second problem was I paid and booked for two adults and one child, and the staff at the front desk did not acknowledge that on my booking, and I was asked (almost forced) to pay an extra CHF 30 for the additional adult. Although I presented all the invoices given by Expedia, the hotel never accepted my booking as I did with Expedia. This is an issue between Expedia and the hotel, and none of them was able to sort it out. They threw the ball of responsibility to each other, and I was never given back the CHF 30 for the extra adult/bed that was supposed to be included. Expedia told me that I had to call back the hotel since the extra fee was paid outside the Expedia booking and it was clear to me that if I had called the hotel, my request of reimbursement would have been turned down again since it seems the staff is well trained to dodge customers’ complaints. I witnessed other clients complaining at the front desk and the answer was "the manager is not present" (the same answer I was given to me). The hotel is good in general, but these two issues with my stay in the hotel really downgraded my review.

We had a group of 9 people and absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Beausite. Charming hotel in amazing location with wonderful staff. John and other staff members were very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.

They change my room without any notice. I went to the property and even paid they don’t say to me anything regarding changing room. They gave me so far way an apertment. I was so surprise they says it’s busy time no rooms . I was so disappoint and said to them they should let me know before so I change can any other hotel. Next day they give me the room which one I choose. I was so unhappy.

Great location within walking distance to public transportation so you can travel all over the beautiful country of Switzerland. John, Hebah, and all other hotel staff were very professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was roasting hot when we checked in (it was June), and there were a lot of long black hairs all over the floor. We’d been hiking all day and were exhausted, so we asked if we could cancel our reservation, or at least just stay one night and cancel the remaining three. The receptionist told me “sometimes people’s hair falls out!” and started to blame us for it until she realized we’re both blonde. She refused to cancel the reservation, let us talk to anyone else, or even say when the manager would be on duty. We stayed the night, but there were so many corners cut at this place (one tiny bar of soap, tiny pre-prepared breakfast servings, etc etc…lots of little things that add up) that all suggested the owner just didn’t care that we write off the rest of the reservation and stayed around the corner at a competitor, who was half the price and far more than twice as good. I don’t blame the staff - I think they were just doing what they were told. The bellman seemed kind and helpful. But it’s very clear on many levels that the owner just views it as a money-making machine. It lacks soul, is dirty, uncomfortable and overpriced.

Walking distance from train station interlaken OST , bus stop #21 right in front. Very clean, awesome view of mountains, free breakfast very complete. Quiet. No AC but a fan is provided, nice breeze in July. Would stay again.

The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. We enjoyed the coffee maker too. The room that we stayed in was comfortable and clean. It had a gorgeous view of the mountains. We really liked the close location to the Interlaken West train station. We would stay here again!

What a lovely hotel. From the window, we were able to see the beautiful mountain ranges. Bus stops for different routes are just 1-2 min walk. And I must mention the breakfast and evening coffee time. Loved the cuisines. I would highly recommend the hotel. Wish to revisit this beautiful place, and stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast included was a real treat! Everything was delicious! This is a very clean and cozy hotel very conveniently located in Unterseen! We rented bikes right across the street. We will definitely stay again!

The view out our window was spectacular. The home cooked breakfast every morning hot the spot. Fresh bread, eggs of various kinds, much more and even four kinds of jam! All Of the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved coming “home” each evening.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Logo no check in recebemos um upgrade para um quarto bastante amplo e com vista para as montanhas (Jungfrau). Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Hotel bem localizado. Staff muito prestativo e educado. Guardaram nossas bagagens após o checkout. A única sugestão é que instalem black outs nas janelas, pois no verão amanhece muito cedo e o quarto fica muito claro. Certamente voltaríamos!
