Beautiful spot and lovely house

Excellent location for a quiet holiday. The house is old, but felt like home.

On property for 4 nights. Perfect location

The front of the property could be presented better and tidy up the rubbish around the property. Inside was clean but a few things to improve: the surf board as a table near the tv looks great but is really unsteady, the shower flow was quite weak, clean out the bathroom cupboard, also the cupboard under the kitchen sink really smells. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for only 2 days so wasn’t going to ask anyone to come out to clean the cupboard. I knew I had to bring linen eg towels and bed sheets but I didn’t realise I needed to bring teatowels - were these meant to be at the property? I recommend a taller fence in the backyard as there was little privacy from one neighbour. We enjoyed the nearby Berrara lagoon each day and playing some of the games provided. Perhaps provide wifi since the mobile reception is terrible- I know we were pre-warned about this though. While the property was reasonably priced for being close to the beach, if the above issues were addressed I would have felt better about our stay.

Real estate super efficient, location is impeccable, fisherman's Rock was brilliant. House needs a clean, dust and dirt behind furniture, kitchen has a layer of grime on all items not stored. Curtains smell and need a wash.
