Our group consisted of 5 adults (2 couples and a single), and this house was the perfect fit for us. Spacious and roomy with all of the amenities we needed. When we booked, we really didn't expect to use the pool at all - but found ourselves using it multiple times every day just to relax

Absolutely loved the location on the beach and the pool (and the restaurant down the road!). The house decor is old fashioned but was clean and functional. A few things like the difficulty locking the gate need fixing but they were minor. Having a security "guard" on the site was a bit different for us, but for other people this may be a blessing. We would very happily come here again!

Our stay at this beachfront property in Jacó was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach, yet just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the property still felt peaceful and private.Gabriel was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. The security staff, Lester, was kind, attentive, and made us feel completely safe during our stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and communication throughout was excellent. We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful sunsets! The pool is perfect! There are many close restaurants. So many activities to do and nature to explore! The management is super nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place! On the minus side I would have to say the kitchen could use an update. (No dishwasher). And every house needs at least one full length mirror.

This house is right across a quieter street and onto the beach. You can see the ocean from your pool/yard. Sunsets are amazing and it was so convenient walking across the street to watch them nightly. You are also right on the edge of town so you can walk within minutes to everything in town including the gym, coffee shops, grocery store, shops and restaurants. The yard and pool area are very beautiful and well maintained. The house is comfortable and there is AC throughout. Check out El Miro (local hike with beautiful views-walk or drive), Auto Mercado (best "American" grocery store about 10 min drive away) and the Bijagual Waterfall hike (about 20 min drive away). Rent a car to really see what is offered and have the freedom to do day trips.

Overall it was a great experience. Short walk to many restaurants and shops. Gabriel was very informative and easy to communicate with. He set up our shuttle from the airport and our excursions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Gabriel is amazing, meets us out there to go over everything and very responsive if we need anything at all. I would highly recommend staying here. Sunsets are amazing and it was so convenient walking across the street to watch them nightly. You are also right on the edge of town so you can walk within minutes to everything in town including the gym, coffee shops, grocery store, shops and restaurants. The yard and pool area are very beautiful and well maintained. The house is comfortable and there is AC throughout. Check out El Miro (local hike with beautiful views-walk or drive), Auto Mercado (best "American" grocery store about 10 min drive away) and the Bijagual Waterfall hike (about 20 min drive away). Rent a car to really see what is offered and have the freedom to do day trips.

Great location. Across the street from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The pool area is awesome and Gabriel was great in checking us in and answering our questions. The house was spotless and exactly as advertised.

Overall it was a great experience. Short walk to many restaurants and shops. Gabriel was very informative and easy to communicate with. He set up our shuttle from the airport and our excursions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay at this beachfront property in Jacó was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach, yet just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the property still felt peaceful and private.Gabriel was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. The security staff, Lester, was kind, attentive, and made us feel completely safe during our stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and communication throughout was excellent. We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back.

This location could not have been more perfect. Three bedrooms, two nice size 3 bathrooms, beautiful pool and unbelievable walk out to the beach. Everything was absolutely clean and worked well. Gabriel was a gentleman and explained how everything operated. We would definitely stay again.

Family had a great time, especially around the private pool, walking into town, and at the beach. Accommodations were great, location was great, and activities in the area were fun! Staff were attentive and responsive to any issues and or questions. Highly recommend.

The house was great and clean, the outside was beautifully manicured with palm trees, shrubs and a big mango tree. Right outside your gate is a small street with very light traffic, and the sand starts 20 feet from your gate. You can be at your private pool looking out at the ocean. Gabriel was there to get us all squared away and was very helpful in all regards. The security guy on the property was friendly, was attentive to the gate, and even helped us unload groceries. But he always stayed out of site and gave us full privacy when we were outside by the pool and stuff. Overall a great vacation beach house!

The house was great. Clean and taken care of. The outdoor space is amazing. Beautiful pool and only about 20 yards from the beach. Perfect location in the middle of the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The help (Lester) is amazing. So glad he was there. He was very helpful and very kind. We were there for a week with another couple and we all agreed we would be back. This place is amazing.

Great place to stay in Jaco. Close to everything plus you get some privacy. Hot water was limited in the master shower but otherwise no issues.
