The apartment was clean, tidy and has all the amenities, including parking. Checkin was a breeze and the host (Michelle) was very responsive and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Close to bars restaurants and Dover beach. The laundry facilities were very helpful.

Great little apartment. Good walkable location. Entry I into the apartment was by a keypad, but once in no way of locking the door so any previous guest or anyone else could just get in. It was a bit concerning.

The property is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. Our apartment comfortably accommodated our family of four, offering ample space to relax. A real highlight was the lovely outside area, perfect for enjoying quiet moments. The convenience of having laundry facilities within the apartment was incredibly helpful, especially for keeping beach towels fresh and managing our clothes. The location of Dover Woods is a major plus. We appreciated the easy walk to a small grocery store for essentials, and the abundance of diverse dining options within walking distance made every evening out a breeze. Exploring the local culinary scene was a real treat. Furthermore, the manager was outstanding. Their responsiveness to any questions was prompt, and the wealth of helpful information they provided truly enhanced our trip and made us feel very welcome and well-cared for. For a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay with excellent management, Dover Woods Apartments is a wonderful choice!
