Beautiful lodging on the creek. Hosts very helpful. No fireplace as listed, but there are 2 fire pits. There's an interior shower (that wasn't clear to me as i reviewed the listing) as well as as a toaster oven, a small sink, 2 tv screens, a table & chairs & more.

We come here every year!! We love it!! The cabin is so cozy and relaxing. We went hiking and kayaking. Saw the sound of music. Enjoyed all the good food that Sundance has to offer. We ended up bringing our two grandkids for a couple of days. They loved it!! Enjoyed the hot tub a few times. One thing I missed was the couch on the desk. I love to lay on it and read my book and take a nap. We will be back next year!!!

We had a perfect anniversary weekend staying at the carriage house! We loved the added touches, such as light music playing as we walked in. It really showed the owner cares about their guests’ experiences. Having two choices of fire pits on two included decks was so nice. We used those each night and morning. It was so nice having plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig to enjoy by the fire each morning. The bed is on the very soft side, just to give other guests a heads up, depending on your preferences. We loved the sound of the creek each night, as well as being able to sit on the little bench over the creek. The hot tub still felt private, even though it is up at the main house. We loved also having some games and playing cards to choose from. Seeing a sauna in the middle stages of construction made us wonder if that would be available for a future winter stay. We definitely didn’t want to leave!

This is a magical location! Situated on a rushing stream with multiple porches to enjoy the view, this carraige house is perfect. Beautifully appointed and very cozy. We will cherish this memory of staying in Sundance on the stream!

We have nothing negative to say in the least. We had such a good time! Everything was very tidy & clean. It exceeded our expectations. The creek flowing through the side of the carriage house was so stunning. This is a place I’d recommended for all couples. The jacuzzi was a really nice touch we loved. We will definitely be back!

This property was so nice to get away from the busyness of day-to-day life. The stream that ran past the house was soothing and drowned out all the noise that could've been heard from the neighbors (we heard not a thing). The cabin was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside by the firepits and enjoying our meals outside. The only thing that would've enhanced our stay is to add hot chocolate to the selection of K-cups. The owner was nice to give us access to a different wi-fi network as it was not working when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

This space has been artfully crafted along a creek in the pines by two friendly and helpful hosts. I loved having a central location to investigate the variety of trails in the Sundance area and to do some paddle boarding at Deer Creek reservoir. My sister made the quick trip up from Salt Lake for the day. The covered decks are a great place to hang out and relax and the kitchen was just enough to keep me at the cabin rather than seeking out places to eat. (Heber City has two great grocery stores and amenities)An amazing stay!

I loved having a central location to investigate the variety of trails in the Sundance area and to do some paddle boarding at Deer Creek reservoir. We recently stayed for a week at the Carriage House for our 35th wedding anniversary. We found the home to be warm, cozy, and romantic. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We spent many hours just hanging out on the decks next to the roaring stream! We took advantage of the proximity to the Sundance resort for a meal and a long ride on the lifts for *incredible* 360 degree views of snow covered peaks. Brunch at the Foundry grill was great! We also enjoyed exploring the small towns of Heber, Midway snd Charleston. We loved the buffalo pizza at Cafe Galleria in Midway, and burgers at the Back 40 in Heber. We recommend the Heber Valley Dairy in Midway for their cheeses and ice cream! Our time at the Carriage House was amazingly relaxing and we can’t recommend it enough!

The Carriage House is a stunningly beautiful property. Relaxed by the fire pit, took a dip in the hot tub, and enjoyed the wonderful calming sounds of the waterfall. The hosts were beyond hospitable, and we’re already planning our next stay.

The 2 of us were looking for a place to unwind and this was perfect. Easy access but secluded from the world. The cabin is a very nice well maintained and simple. The diversion we needed from our busy complex lives. We are looking forward to going back.

We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful place! I was stunned by the stream flowing right next to it! We got ready here for our mountain hike elopement, and it was perfect - we had everything we needed to be comfortable. This place felt like a little piece of mountain luxury. The wood interior was seriously incredible. Our favorite memory was seeing the stars through the pine trees at the hot tub. We will definitely remember this place for so many years to come and we cannot wait to come back and celebrate some anniversaries. Do not miss out on the chance to stay here, we would recommend it to everyone!!!

Romantic and peaceful place in the mountains but still close to other cities for activities and dining. Has everything that you could need for your vacation for two. Convenient for wandering around Park City, hiking or time on the water. The beautiful creek rushing by is quite unique.

We absolutely loved this property! Pam, Lynn and Diixie are lovely people with so much hospitality to give. We loved the Jacuzzi and the beautiful appointed carriage house. We will be back for sure.

This cabin was simply gorgeous! Super close to the Sundance resort and in the middle of some of the most beautiful fall colors we’ve seen! It’s on the alpine loop which is a beautiful drive in the fall. Can’t say enough good things about the beauty of this place!

This space has been artfully crafted along a creek in the pines by two friendly and helpful hosts. I loved having a central location to investigate the variety of trails in the Sundance area and to do some paddle boarding at Deer Creek reservoir. My sister made the quick trip up from Salt Lake for the day. The covered decks are a great place to hang out and relax and the kitchen was just enough to keep me at the cabin rather than seeking out places to eat. (Heber City has two great grocery stores and amenities)An amazing stay!

We recently stayed for a week at the Carriage House for our 35th wedding anniversary. We found the home to be warm, cozy, and romantic. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We spent many hours just hanging out on the decks next to the roaring stream! We took advantage of the proximity to the Sundance resort for a meal and a long ride on the lifts for *incredible* 360 degree views of snow covered peaks. Brunch at the Foundry grill was great! We also enjoyed exploring the small towns of Heber, Midway snd Charleston. We loved the buffalo pizza at Cafe Galleria in Midway, and burgers at the Back 40 in Heber. We recommend the Heber Valley Dairy in Midway for their cheeses and ice cream! Our time at the Carriage House was amazingly relaxing and we can’t recommend it enough!

The Carriage house was a great get away and was extremely relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the stream in the morning and evening and found this house to be the perfect get away.

Romantic and peaceful place in the mountains but still close to other cities for activities and dining. Has everything that you could need for your vacation for two. Convenient for wandering around Park City, hiking or time on the water. The beautiful creek rushing by is quite unique.

Beautiful lodging on the creek. Hosts very helpful. No fireplace as listed, but there are 2 fire pits. There's an interior shower (that wasn't clear to me as i reviewed the listing) as well as as a toaster oven, a small sink, 2 tv screens, a table & chairs & more.

We come here every year!! We love it!! The cabin is so cozy and relaxing. We went hiking and kayaking. Saw the sound of music. Enjoyed all the good food that Sundance has to offer. We ended up bringing our two grandkids for a couple of days. They loved it!! Enjoyed the hot tub a few times. One thing I missed was the couch on the desk. I love to lay on it and read my book and take a nap. We will be back next year!!!

We had a perfect anniversary weekend staying at the carriage house! We loved the added touches, such as light music playing as we walked in. It really showed the owner cares about their guests’ experiences. Having two choices of fire pits on two included decks was so nice. We used those each night and morning. It was so nice having plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig to enjoy by the fire each morning. The bed is on the very soft side, just to give other guests a heads up, depending on your preferences. We loved the sound of the creek each night, as well as being able to sit on the little bench over the creek. The hot tub still felt private, even though it is up at the main house. We loved also having some games and playing cards to choose from. Seeing a sauna in the middle stages of construction made us wonder if that would be available for a future winter stay. We definitely didn’t want to leave!

This property was so nice to get away from the busyness of day-to-day life. The stream that ran past the house was soothing and drowned out all the noise that could've been heard from the neighbors (we heard not a thing). The cabin was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside by the firepits and enjoying our meals outside. The only thing that would've enhanced our stay is to add hot chocolate to the selection of K-cups. The owner was nice to give us access to a different wi-fi network as it was not working when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

Extremely clean, comfy bed, beautiful wood and stone crafted accommodation. Loved the hot tub! The cozy sauna was very nice and had a lovely view of the nearby stream. Host was very attentive, and kind. It was so relaxing to hear the Stream and sit outside on the 2 patios that both had fire pits that kept us warm. Loved our stay there!

The cabin was lovely - very clean with a comfy bed. Both balconies have fire pits that we especially enjoyed on our one rainy day. The cabin is nestled in the trees on a very quiet road just off the Alpine Loop, which was ablaze with fall color. We enjoyed the scenic lift ride at Sundance Resort, which is about 5 minutes away, and fishing at Tibble Fork Reservoir. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and requests. It was an easy, relaxing getaway from Salt Lake City. We plan on making a visit to this sweet little cabin an annual thing.
