Property/room description on Expedia is not the same as room condition: Dirty, with full of dust; Towels and blankets were in the balcony and not fully dried; No good bath ventilation; Shower water pressure is low; Room says premium with pool access, no pool access, my room was 11th floor, also you need to pay for pool access; Washing machine in the room is locked, you have to pay for unlocking. Overall this room is not compatible for renting!!!

Great Condo stay! Just wish they are not so strict, so many policy for visitors and fees.

Pools were nice and room was adequate foe the price.

Nicole is very accommodating and efficient. The reception, bellboys, security, and pool staff are very polite. The pool experience is the best. The rooms and bathrooms are fair.

Confusion at check in, no one there to meet you, no communication offered between myself and local manager, all communication done by email to owner who i believe is overseas. Lost a nights accommodation because of this and haven't been reinbursed. Manila Daze need to sort their logistics out, and how they operate this system. Teresa local manager is very good. Condo is nice, facilities excellent, but the administration side will make sure i don't stay here again. Then before you leave you receive a message telling you to clean up otherwise they'll charge you from your credit card which they have saved online. All in all not a good experience and I have stayed in other condos with no problems at all. It needs to be run better by the owners.
