The condo was clean and spacious. Walkable to sites and restaurants. The main issue was that the 24 hour concierge was not present much of them time. When we tried to drop off our luggage for storage (as we were told that we could) we had to wait for the attendant to return. There was no response to phone calls. Also had to wait for check in and attendant was not present for check out either. Other than the communication issues, it was a nice stay.

The views & balconies here are spectacular. Loved the central location & appreciated two full baths. The one bedroom had an ensuite, however the second bedroom had a bath outside the room. The lobby was staffed during the week. It was convenient to have the garage available. The kitchen was well equipped. And everything was excellent and clean.

The property is in a great location for visiting Old Quebec City. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment had good views and a nice deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is a drip coffee machine. We couldn’t find pods for the coffee maker they had. The building itself was secure and felt safe. Parking is on-premises and worth the $15 a day. The stalls are very tight though. A small Honda fit perfectly. This is a place I would recommend to anyone who wants two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

The apartment was fabulous and was the perfect location for us to explore Quebec City. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen. Check in was a little worrisome because the attendant had stepped away to help a tenant. The attendant had called 2 hours earlier to check on our arrival time. When we arrived and couldn't get in, we called that number several times. We could hear the phone ringing in the lobby but no answer. After some time, the attendant arrived and showed us that the number we needed to call was different and was on the far wall inside the lobby. It would be better to have that number listed where someone can see it from outside. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location is awesome for seeing the city. The apartment is nice and very convenient. There were plenty of wine glasses in the kitchen, but no water glasses. Be aware that the property manager is not available on the weekends. We had a maintenance issue that was unresolved during our stay and there was no response to our request for repair. We called VRBO Support and after that call, we did get a response, after we had checked out.

We are a family with two young teens and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacious condo. The view of the old church and city lights was lovely, and it’s just a short (uphill) walk to the Old Town wall—an ideal base for exploring Old Quebec on foot. The front desk check-in was convenient, though limited hours could be a consideration if arriving late. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare lunch, and there’s a nearby marché for groceries. Rue St-Jean, one block up, is a lively street with great cafés and moderately priced restaurants. We especially recommend grabbing breakfast pastries from Pâtisserie Chouquette—the best croissant we’ve ever had! The beds were very comfortable, the A/C kept the condo cool, and the outdoor dining area was a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and take in the view. The place is a nice place, and the area is really central. It's just far enough away from the touristy old town and in the middle of a lot of other areas. It is super central. The building is modern, and the apartment itself is spacious. But, we had many issues. We got there early, and left our luggage with the attendant. He mentioned our place was not ready and would be at check in time. No problem, we had been traveling for the day and were looking to eat. When we got back after check in time, it was not touched (by cleaning crew). We called the attendant and he got a guy to come up as we waited. He only changed the sheets and towels. I think he cleaned some of the bathroom, not sure. Not a deal breaker. As the night went on, we went to get ready. The lighting was weirdly dim everywhere. Hard for the women to do makeup there. Also not a big deal. The part that really pissed us off, and why I trashed the ratings was the temp of the apartment. There are 6 (yes 6) thermostats, and they are all locked. We opened the window and door and could not cool the place down. We called the front desk three times and emailed the owner. Nothing. My wife is pre-menopausal, and was hot flashing in the 26.5 C (roughly 80 F) temp in there. The fan seemed to be on, but no cold air. We sweat our butts off. We used fans, but hard to sleep. Exhausted on vacation. Don't advertise HVAC if you don't let people use it. That should be normal when paying a premium price.

This was a great stay. Upon arrival the front desk staff member was very helpful and kind, and provided clear information about the property. The room, though small (as advertised,) was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you'd need for stay of nearly any duration. The location was perfect... right in the heart of the city and a short walk from many top attractions. 5 minutes to the best pastry shop in the city (Epi Fanny) and 15 minutes to Frontenac and Quartier Petit Champlain. We'll be back!

The location of this property was outstanding - accessible/walkable to all the Old Quebec sites, safe and manageable. The ambiance in the apartment was modern, very bright with floor to ceiling windows, lots of light and open space, modern appliances, comfortable beds and good seating areas. The property itself was overall clean with a few key misses by the cleaning staff (several pills found on the floor of one of the bedrooms, coffee spilled inside one of the cabinets, empty bottle in the shower). The most disappointing part of the experience was the communication with property management starting with lack of responsiveness a few days prior to the trip as well as lack of follow up to questions sent via the VRBO app during the trip. All in all, even with that, we were very pleased with our experience.

Being within walking distance of the Old City was great. Overlooking a bus stop was not ideal and noisy at times. The condo was comfortable enough and well outfitted - a bit sterile in terms of decor but functional. Bathroom was large for the size of the condo, bed was comfortable and one of us slept on the couch and it was comfortable too.

It is a central location to everywhere. The room is clean. The queen/double bed is comfortable. My teenage daughter slept on the sofa bed which usually is terrible but she said it is comfortable. Will book again if we come back next time.

The layout is great for family or a group of friends. The location is perfect for walking around Old Quebec. Everything is easily within walking distance including groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and The Chateau. The staff in site were incredibly friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

We are a family with two young teens and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacious condo. The view of the old church and city lights was lovely, and it’s just a short (uphill) walk to the Old Town wall—an ideal base for exploring Old Quebec on foot. The front desk check-in was convenient, though limited hours could be a consideration if arriving late. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare lunch, and there’s a nearby marché for groceries. Rue St-Jean, one block up, is a lively street with great cafés and moderately priced restaurants. We especially recommend grabbing breakfast pastries from Pâtisserie Chouquette—the best croissant we’ve ever had! The beds were very comfortable, the A/C kept the condo cool, and the outdoor dining area was a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and take in the view. The ambiance in the apartment was modern, very bright with floor to ceiling windows, lots of light and open space, modern appliances, comfortable beds and good seating areas. Not in the habit of writing dismal reviews, but my stay at this beautifully appointed penthouse was far less than expected. The rental itself had many positives including panoramic views of the city, a lovely rooftop deck, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. In short, the accommodations were great, but the property management abysmal. We rented it for five days and the biggest complaint was no streaming television and sound bar issues from day one. The desk staff tried to help, but when all else failed, they contacted the owner who initiated a software update. Nothing worked and there was no attempt by management or the owner to remediate or communicate with us. We were there five days and the evenings were beyond dull and no one seemed to care; they had our money and we never had working television. I eventually was given the name of someone in the company named Judy A.to discuss my concerns and left two messages. As of today, I have yet to receive a phone call.In addition to the TV, there were other issues with management that were not in alignment with renting and paying top dollar for a penthouse unit. Upon arrival there was 1/4 full roll of paper towels in the kitchen, only one dish towel, no dishwasher soap, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to go downstairs and request more of these basic items which seemed to be rationed. We asked for Kleenex and were given an extra roll of toilet paper!

The place is a nice place, and the area is really central. It's just far enough away from the touristy old town and in the middle of a lot of other areas. It is super central. The building is modern, and the apartment itself is spacious. But, we had many issues. We got there early, and left our luggage with the attendant. He mentioned our place was not ready and would be at check in time. No problem, we had been traveling for the day and were looking to eat. When we got back after check in time, it was not touched (by cleaning crew). We called the attendant and he got a guy to come up as we waited. He only changed the sheets and towels. I think he cleaned some of the bathroom, not sure. Not a deal breaker. As the night went on, we went to get ready. The lighting was weirdly dim everywhere. Hard for the women to do makeup there. Also not a big deal. The part that really pissed us off, and why I trashed the ratings was the temp of the apartment. There are 6 (yes 6) thermostats, and they are all locked. We opened the window and door and could not cool the place down. We called the front desk three times and emailed the owner. Nothing. My wife is pre-menopausal, and was hot flashing in the 26.5 C (roughly 80 F) temp in there. The fan seemed to be on, but no cold air. We sweat our butts off. We used fans, but hard to sleep. Exhausted on vacation. Don't advertise HVAC if you don't let people use it. That should be normal when paying a premium price.

The apartment was fabulous and was the perfect location for us to explore Quebec City. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen. Check in was a little worrisome because the attendant had stepped away to help a tenant. The attendant had called 2 hours earlier to check on our arrival time. When we arrived and couldn't get in, we called that number several times. We could hear the phone ringing in the lobby but no answer. After some time, the attendant arrived and showed us that the number we needed to call was different and was on the far wall inside the lobby. It would be better to have that number listed where someone can see it from outside. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location is awesome for seeing the city. The apartment is nice and very convenient. There were plenty of wine glasses in the kitchen, but no water glasses. Be aware that the property manager is not available on the weekends. We had a maintenance issue that was unresolved during our stay and there was no response to our request for repair. We called VRBO Support and after that call, we did get a response, after we had checked out.

The property is in a great location for visiting Old Quebec City. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment had good views and a nice deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is a drip coffee machine. We couldn’t find pods for the coffee maker they had. The building itself was secure and felt safe. Parking is on-premises and worth the $15 a day. The stalls are very tight though. A small Honda fit perfectly. This is a place I would recommend to anyone who wants two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

Being within walking distance of the Old City was great. Overlooking a bus stop was not ideal and noisy at times. The condo was comfortable enough and well outfitted - a bit sterile in terms of decor but functional. Bathroom was large for the size of the condo, bed was comfortable and one of us slept on the couch and it was comfortable too.
