Nice hotel. Front desk team needs training on nearby restaurant recommendations, lighting in the bathroom is too dark-need better lighting. Must shave by instinct. Could use more weight machines in the gym

Great, big room with fantastic view. Nice gym and outdoor pool. Staff war always very friedly and helpful.

4泊の滞在の中で清掃に関するトラブルが3回ありました。2部屋の前にもう一つ扉（大人数で使用する場合は1部屋のできる仕様）があるのですが、隣の部屋が「Do not disturb」のランプをつけると自動的にその扉のランプも点灯し、私達の部屋に関係ないにも関わらず清掃入ってもらえず、ホテルの戻った後何度もフロントとやり取りするハメのなりました。 またフロントの対応の様々で、良くない場合は謝罪どころかこちらが悪いかのような口ぶりでした。 5つ星ホテルでこのような対応は初めてであり、部屋の感じや朝食が良かっただけに残念な思いです。
