Coastal Suites Apart Hotel ---- 10 minutes walk to beach

Excellent apartment property. Only negative is they don't take card payment. Otherwise it's perfect. We stayed 5 nights.

A warm welcome and goodbye. The family owned property is well-managed with onsite English speaking staff 24/7, who provide advice & guidance and can arrange transport etc. It’s a 20 min walk to the local beach or 45 min to Benaulim beach. The town centre is an easy 10 minute walk with numerous dining options and minimarts. The rooms are large with washing machine, fridge, TV, kettle etc. The bathroom is small and in need of refreshing plus a shower curtain would help. There is a small terrace with a large clothes airer. The pool is sufficiently large to swim and is kept clean and with sunbeds.

The property was excellent. I liked all the amenities they provided at an affordable price during the peak season. Everyone was very friendly, and I loved the location—it’s within walking distance from the beach.

Good clean and good staff ..would have been good if they had traditional goan breakfast also and bathroom the platform should have been higher so less water in the bathroom ..

Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay.
