Perfect accommodation for our family as centrally located to transport hub for the beautiful beaches. The place had a lovely pool with loungers and towels. We ordered breakfast to be included, which was great and enough for our lunch too. Welcome air conditioning in the rooms and we stayed in an apartment which was over 2 floors, but it had 2 toilets one on each floor and 2 balconies. Staff were all amazing and super friendly. Wouldn't hestitate To recommend this hotel. There are steep steps to property..so wouldn't be suitable for people of limited mobility.

Great location for access to Skiathos town. Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Apartment was large clean and adequate for us. The bathroom had a good shower in a walk in cubicle. The bed was large and comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space. Continental breakfast was served in the apartment on a daily basis. Didn’t use the pool facility so can’t really comment on that. We used it as a base to drive to the beaches around the island. The property had its own car park. This was across the road from the property but easy to find and use. There are approximately 50 steps from the road to the reception. Not a problem for us but might be for some older persons. Staff are on hand to help with luggage on arrival and departure. The description of some of the facilities/amenities needs updating on the Expedia site. Would definitely stay again.

Just back from two weeks in Skiathos. Returning to this particular hotel after a couple of years. Great position just out side of town. Lots of steps up to the hotel but manageable. Lifts from reception available. Staff are lovely. We had a few issues that were sorted out. The hotel is in need of a little extra tlc so the rating is a little flattering Good sized pool area and views are over the airport and port

1 min walk from Skiathos harbour bus stop.This hotel is just before you get to town & harbour.Everything is within easy walk- you can take harbourside walk into town or be adventurous and take back streets. Beaches 22 mins walk (google) although that is an average and we did it in about 15mins. Ramp & steps to hotel from street. Room was large and spacious with long balcony .Staff were Fantastic and breakfast was AMAZING! Rooftop pool with double loungers, pool towels supplied. This hotel allows children although there were none when we stayed there. Yes we would recommend this hotel 4.5- 5*

Great location and great aircon. However, public areas were always untidy. Pool area nothing like pictures. No 4 poster day beds. Old and stained beds stored in one area of pool. Low on pool towels. Room towels like sandpaper. It’s a shame as the property had real potential, but standards let it down.

We had a lovely stay at Skiathos Living Hotel. We booked a loft room which was very spacious and offered absolutely stunning views of the sea and the port. You really couldn’t beat the views. The location was ideal for anyone wanting to stay in town, just a short four-minute walk to the port where you can catch boats to nearby islands. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop if you’re heading to one of the beach resorts. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was brought to our room each morning. It didn’t always arrive on time, but we didn’t mind too much as it was a relaxed holiday. The pool area was nice and we never had trouble finding a sunbed. They were very comfortable and it was a great spot to unwind. There were a few downsides. The hotel lacks some basic facilities such as a toilet by the pool and a hotel bar or restaurant. We had a couple of minor issues in our room that were reported but never properly addressed. The phone didn’t work, the safe kept locking our things in (though we were eventually given a key), and the mattress was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing given the price we paid. All in all, we had a great time. The location was perfect and the room itself was lovely. With just a few small improvements, the hotel could be truly outstanding.

We have just returned from a great stay at Skiathos Living. The staff are extremely friendly and obliging. Our apartment was immaculate and very spacious, overlooking the pool and with a beautiful sea view (room 303). The shower rooms were quite tired but ok. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast was brought on a tray each morning. There is a lot of bread and pastry! More fruit would have been welcome and perhaps a toaster in the room would have been good to make toast for breakfast with the bread provided. The cooking facilities are basic, just a small hob, so cooking for a family isn’t really possible plus there were only a few plates and cutlery. The pool area is good with lovely views, it is clean and tidy however the cushions on the sun-beds desperately need replacing as they’re dirty (per other reviews) and some were ripped. I was told however that these are being replaced very soon. The Wi-Fi is good, 3mb download and the TV had 2 English speaking channels, Sky News and MTV. The location of Skiathos Living is excellent. Just a very short walk to the bus stop and new port and 10 minute walk to the old port and the Bourtzi peninsula. The old port and old town are beautiful with many shops and restaurants. You can also get a taxi boat from here to a few of the more popular beaches. The taxi boat to Koukounaries is 6 euros pp, and the bus is 3 euros. We really enjoyed our stay and with a few tweaks this hotel could be really wonderful!

Comfortable enough long climb up steps to get to the hotel All a bit dated and worn out in places But pleasant enough friendly staff Also Attention to detail not there some rubbish left behind in the room a deflated balloon still attached to cabinets and empty shampoo bottle on top of the shower screen Shower cubicle door broken and replaced with a curtain hanging with zip ties Applaud the improvisation but very tardy for a so called luxury room!!.

Die Unterkunft liegt aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Stadt sehr praktisch, und die oben gelegenen Appartments haben einen tollen Blick auf's Meer. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit und das Haus könnte mit dem Pool eine kleine Perle sein. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch nicht angemessen. Teile der Möblierung werden durch Tücher abgedeckt, die Abnutzung und Verschmutzung verbergen sollen, abgefallene Ablageflächen im Bad werden nicht ersetzt, Lampen funktionieren nicht und insgesamt sieht man deutlich, dass kein Wert auf Erneuerung gelegt wird. Zumindest war das in unserem Appartment der Fall. Leider bleibt so das Gefühl einer preislichen Abzocke.

I was told however that these are being replaced very soon. The Wi-Fi is good, 3mb download and the TV had 2 English speaking channels, Sky News and MTV. The location of Skiathos Living is excellent. Just a very short walk to the bus stop and new port and 10 minute walk to the old port and the Bourtzi peninsula. The old port and old town are beautiful with many shops and restaurants. You can also get a taxi boat from here to a few of the more popular beaches. The taxi boat to Koukounaries is 6 euros pp, and the bus is 3 euros. We really enjoyed our stay and with a few tweaks this hotel could be really wonderful!

A mixed review. When I booked it was advertised as ‘Skiathos Luxury Living’ when we arrived it has been downgraded to Skiathos Living. The apartment was very basic. Very limited self catering faculties, which meant we then had to eat out for every meal. The apartment furnishing were simple, clean but heavily stained on the sofas and curtains. The beds were uncomfortable. The children had to put duvets on the mattresses so they could not feel the springs. That said, the apartment was cleaned a daily with fresh towels etc. The pool was sufficient, but small with no bar / shop (fine for us but highlighting). Great location to Skiathos town which was perfect for our 16 year old girls. Bus route stop 1, was right outside complex with supermarket and bakery not much further. Small balcony but with a stunning view of Skiathos. Lovely island, great people, very friendly, affordable but very busy and commercial in places. Old town is stunning. Beaches lovely. We hired a small power boat for a couple of days, which was great to escape some of the busier beaches.

Next to quite a busy road so it's not very relaxing sitting on the balcony. Absolutely no food or drink facilities so if you fancy a drink when lying by the pool you have to bring your own. Breakfast is delivered to your door on a tray at a time you specify so this means you can't be spontaneous if you wake up early and want an early breakfast. There are a lot of steps to get up to the property which is tiresome with luggage. Apartment itself was ok but I would not stay there again or recommend it.

1 min walk from Skiathos harbour bus stop.This hotel is just before you get to town & harbour.Everything is within easy walk- you can take harbourside walk into town or be adventurous and take back streets. Beaches 22 mins walk (google) although that is an average and we did it in about 15mins. Ramp & steps to hotel from street. Room was large and spacious with long balcony .Staff were Fantastic and breakfast was AMAZING! Rooftop pool with double loungers, pool towels supplied. This hotel allows children although there were none when we stayed there. Yes we would recommend this hotel 4.5- 5*

We had a lovely stay at Skiathos Living Hotel. We booked a loft room which was very spacious and offered absolutely stunning views of the sea and the port. You really couldn’t beat the views. The location was ideal for anyone wanting to stay in town, just a short four-minute walk to the port where you can catch boats to nearby islands. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop if you’re heading to one of the beach resorts. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was brought to our room each morning. It didn’t always arrive on time, but we didn’t mind too much as it was a relaxed holiday. The pool area was nice and we never had trouble finding a sunbed. They were very comfortable and it was a great spot to unwind. There were a few downsides. The hotel lacks some basic facilities such as a toilet by the pool and a hotel bar or restaurant. We had a couple of minor issues in our room that were reported but never properly addressed. The phone didn’t work, the safe kept locking our things in (though we were eventually given a key), and the mattress was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing given the price we paid. All in all, we had a great time. The location was perfect and the room itself was lovely. With just a few small improvements, the hotel could be truly outstanding.

The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was quite spacious but sparsely decorated. The best thing of the accommodation was the lovely balcony and the view over towards the airport runway. The apartment itself had no cooker, toaster, coffee maker and very little cutlery and kitchenware. It also has a lot of steps up the front which is not well documented in the write up. Not at all good for even slightly less able people.

Perfect accommodation for our family as centrally located to transport hub for the beautiful beaches. The place had a lovely pool with loungers and towels. We ordered breakfast to be included, which was great and enough for our lunch too. Welcome air conditioning in the rooms and we stayed in an apartment which was over 2 floors, but it had 2 toilets one on each floor and 2 balconies. Staff were all amazing and super friendly. Wouldn't hestitate To recommend this hotel. There are steep steps to property..so wouldn't be suitable for people of limited mobility.

Firstly, this hotel promotes Welcome Pickups for travel to and from the airport. Do not use. I have used Welcome elsewhere and been very happy, but on Skiathos it costs at least 3 times what a taxi will charge, with no more convenience. To the hotel experience, if you have any leg or knee pain, or any age related mobility issues, this hotel is not for you due to the steps. The hotel staff generally are good with housekeeping and reception cheerful and welcoming, and there are two male staff members, one of whom is quiet and helpful, whilst the other is surly and unwelcoming, particularly when he is responsible for arranging for the daily pick up of used bed linen and towels which is achieved by bin liners of linen being thrown up and down the steps from the hotel to the road. This he allows to become a dangerous obstacle course. To the rooms, these are relatively spacious and are cleaned daily. Most have good sized balconies, and given the location, high above the town, do get a good view. Breakfast has been mentioned by other reviewers. This is very limited, and depending on who has prepared the tray, delivered to the room by one of the male staff, can vary on content but include hard boiled eggs, sliced ham/luncheon meat and processed cheese and a basket of sliced white and brown bread. Other pastries and fruit are not always great quality. Nice-ish pool area, double mattress beds are good for couples, but families tend to use/block more beds than necessary.

The bed was large and comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space. Continental breakfast was served in the apartment on a daily basis. Didn’t use the pool facility so can’t really comment on that. We used it as a base to drive to the beaches around the island. The property had its own car park. This was across the road from the property but easy to find and use. There are approximately 50 steps from the road to the reception. Not a problem for us but might be for some older persons. Staff are on hand to help with luggage on arrival and departure. The description of some of the facilities/amenities needs updating on the Expedia site. Would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft liegt aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Stadt sehr praktisch, und die oben gelegenen Appartments haben einen tollen Blick auf's Meer. Teile der Möblierung werden durch Tücher abgedeckt, die Abnutzung und Verschmutzung verbergen sollen, abgefallene Ablageflächen im Bad werden nicht ersetzt, Lampen funktionieren nicht und insgesamt sieht man deutlich, dass kein Wert auf Erneuerung gelegt wird. Zumindest war das in unserem Appartment der Fall. Leider bleibt so das Gefühl einer preislichen Abzocke.

Just back from two weeks in Skiathos. Returning to this particular hotel after a couple of years. Great position just out side of town. Lots of steps up to the hotel but manageable. Lifts from reception available. Staff are lovely. We had a few issues that were sorted out. Staff were nice and attentive. Especially Isabella who was so knowledgeable. But at the high rates we paid there was not enough value although the property rooms are large and lovely. Needs key upgrades in ventilation system, showers etc. pool was nice and would benefit from 24 hour reception and at least a small cafe on site.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony amazing. The kitchen and the A/C are a big plus. The staff is very kind and helpful with every need. This place is very close to the airport, bus stop, and the town, supermarkets.

Just back from two weeks in Skiathos. Returning to this particular hotel after a couple of years. Great position just out side of town. Lots of steps up to the hotel but manageable. Lifts from reception available. Staff are lovely. We had a few issues that were sorted out. The hotel is in need of a little extra tlc so the rating is a little flattering Good sized pool area and views are over the airport and port

1 min walk from Skiathos harbour bus stop.This hotel is just before you get to town & harbour.Everything is within easy walk- you can take harbourside walk into town or be adventurous and take back streets. Beaches 22 mins walk (google) although that is an average and we did it in about 15mins. Ramp & steps to hotel from street. Room was large and spacious with long balcony .Staff were Fantastic and breakfast was AMAZING! Rooftop pool with double loungers, pool towels supplied. This hotel allows children although there were none when we stayed there. Yes we would recommend this hotel 4.5- 5*

We had a lovely stay at Skiathos Living Hotel. We booked a loft room which was very spacious and offered absolutely stunning views of the sea and the port. You really couldn’t beat the views. The location was ideal for anyone wanting to stay in town, just a short four-minute walk to the port where you can catch boats to nearby islands. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop if you’re heading to one of the beach resorts. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was brought to our room each morning. It didn’t always arrive on time, but we didn’t mind too much as it was a relaxed holiday. The pool area was nice and we never had trouble finding a sunbed. They were very comfortable and it was a great spot to unwind. There were a few downsides. The hotel lacks some basic facilities such as a toilet by the pool and a hotel bar or restaurant. We had a couple of minor issues in our room that were reported but never properly addressed. The phone didn’t work, the safe kept locking our things in (though we were eventually given a key), and the mattress was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing given the price we paid. All in all, we had a great time. The location was perfect and the room itself was lovely. With just a few small improvements, the hotel could be truly outstanding.

The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was quite spacious but sparsely decorated. The best thing of the accommodation was the lovely balcony and the view over towards the airport runway. The apartment itself had no cooker, toaster, coffee maker and very little cutlery and kitchenware. It also has a lot of steps up the front which is not well documented in the write up. Not at all good for even slightly less able people.

Hôtel idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville, idéal pour les ballades à pied dans le centre en fin de journée. L'accès, une 40 ou 50 aine de marches, est en revanche difficile si vous avez des pb de mobilité. La vue de la chambre est superbe, ainsi que l'accès à la piscine. On regrette cependant la vetusté de la salle de bain, et la qualité du petit déjeuner.

Next to quite a busy road so it's not very relaxing sitting on the balcony. Absolutely no food or drink facilities so if you fancy a drink when lying by the pool you have to bring your own. Breakfast is delivered to your door on a tray at a time you specify so this means you can't be spontaneous if you wake up early and want an early breakfast. There are a lot of steps to get up to the property which is tiresome with luggage. Apartment itself was ok but I would not stay there again or recommend it.

Vid första anblick är hotellet och rummet fantastiskt med en utsikt över vattnet….men…frukost serveras på rummet och skall ätas på balkongen som saknar skugga så det gick inte då det var för varmt. Man skulle även ange en tid man ville ha frukosten serverad men en halvtimma efter utsatt tid fick vi gå och påminna dem att vi inte gått frukosten. Poolen är fantastiskt dock är den närmsta toaletten 3våningar ner. Att tänka på om man skall använda poolen efter att man checkat ut tex i väntan på flyg

Firstly, this hotel promotes Welcome Pickups for travel to and from the airport. Do not use. I have used Welcome elsewhere and been very happy, but on Skiathos it costs at least 3 times what a taxi will charge, with no more convenience. To the hotel experience, if you have any leg or knee pain, or any age related mobility issues, this hotel is not for you due to the steps. The hotel staff generally are good with housekeeping and reception cheerful and welcoming, and there are two male staff members, one of whom is quiet and helpful, whilst the other is surly and unwelcoming, particularly when he is responsible for arranging for the daily pick up of used bed linen and towels which is achieved by bin liners of linen being thrown up and down the steps from the hotel to the road. This he allows to become a dangerous obstacle course. To the rooms, these are relatively spacious and are cleaned daily. Most have good sized balconies, and given the location, high above the town, do get a good view. Breakfast has been mentioned by other reviewers. This is very limited, and depending on who has prepared the tray, delivered to the room by one of the male staff, can vary on content but include hard boiled eggs, sliced ham/luncheon meat and processed cheese and a basket of sliced white and brown bread. Other pastries and fruit are not always great quality. Nice-ish pool area, double mattress beds are good for couples, but families tend to use/block more beds than necessary.

Ottima la posizione per la vicinanza al porto nuovo e quindi ai numerosi ristoranti lì presenti. Il porto vecchio è distante solo 10 minuti a piedi. Ho apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito e la pulizia quotidiana, così come il cambio di biancheria. La colazione viene servita in camera ma la consegna non sempre è stata puntuale, si potrebbe migliorare. Lo consiglio

We have just returned from a great stay at Skiathos Living. The staff are extremely friendly and obliging. Our apartment was immaculate and very spacious, overlooking the pool and with a beautiful sea view (room 303). The shower rooms were quite tired but ok. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast was brought on a tray each morning. There is a lot of bread and pastry! More fruit would have been welcome and perhaps a toaster in the room would have been good to make toast for breakfast with the bread provided. The cooking facilities are basic, just a small hob, so cooking for a family isn’t really possible plus there were only a few plates and cutlery. The pool area is good with lovely views, it is clean and tidy however the cushions on the sun-beds desperately need replacing as they’re dirty (per other reviews) and some were ripped. I was told however that these are being replaced very soon. The Wi-Fi is good, 3mb download and the TV had 2 English speaking channels, Sky News and MTV. The location of Skiathos Living is excellent. Just a very short walk to the bus stop and new port and 10 minute walk to the old port and the Bourtzi peninsula. The old port and old town are beautiful with many shops and restaurants. You can also get a taxi boat from here to a few of the more popular beaches. The taxi boat to Koukounaries is 6 euros pp, and the bus is 3 euros. We really enjoyed our stay and with a few tweaks this hotel could be really wonderful!

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed in. There are 46 steps to climb before you reach the reception and the car park is about 100m away from the hotel. The rooms are awful, we had a two bed apartment and one of the rooms had no windows and was freezing. Both bathrooms had shower doors missing and it stunk of drains. The beds by the pool were filthy, the one next to me was covered in red ants. The staff were lovely and polite, the view was great and that is where all positive things end. No bar, a half empty vending machine and a dry horrible breakfast dropped off to your room. If you want a good holiday, avoid here at all costs !

Our room smelt of stagnant water, it was raised immediately and we were told that it was a problem with the septic tank. There were no other rooms available to move to. We were told that maintenance would sort the problem, they didn’t. The cleaner would leave the patio doors open whilst we were out as a temporary solution which didn’t work either. The staff were very nice but their hands were tied. My recommendation is to stay somewhere else. The furniture was stained and dated and there was mold around the sink to the shower.

Avoid !! This Hotel looks nothing like the pictures everything is broken, tired and old and has not been maintained or updated since probably the 80’s . The furniture in the room is stained and damaged , not sure why the bed is in the loft area when there’s enough space to accommodate it downstairs, plus the stairs are very awkward to climb… accident waiting to happen. !! I’m not sure how it’s got such good reviews either they’re fake or people have very low standards. Only stay here if you have low expectations and don’t mind staying in a Hostel. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and would never return even if it was free.

This hotel is not as advertised. The photos do not reflect the accommodation. It is an old property (80s) that has not been updated for many many years. The rooms are large however old (stained) furniture covered with throws. The bed is in the loft with tricky stairs to navigate to get to the bathroom at night. Why the bed is not downstairs, I don’t know. Someone falling down those steps is inevitable. Bathroom is very outdated with pipes showing assuming after removal of a bidet. The pool is not appealing as it has old stained sun loungers. There are many steps to the property from the street. Then many floors to your room. Old bed. Not comfortable. I do not recommend.
