Very friendly welcome, always happy to answer our questions and help with our requests. No windows that open in the room plus no vent in the washroom so room becomes humide. Little noisy by the staircase, can ear reception talks, other rooms may be better.

Excelente servicio y atención, el hotel queda en una zona muy cerca a lugares turísticos y gastronómicos, la habitación y las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias, la verdad tuve una buena experiencia, lo recomiendo mucho!!

Recomiendo 100% este hotel. Desde el check-in hasta la salida, el equipo fue súper amable, servicial y con una sonrisa permanente, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien atendidos. El desayuno fue abundante, con buena variedad y todo muy fresco. Además, el parqueadero es un gran plus: amplio, seguro y siempre había espacio disponible sin complicaciones. ¡Una muy buena experiencia en Manizales!
