We loved our time in Lisbon and the hotel was a convenient, comfortable place to stay. The free breakfast was fabulous. The hotel didnt have any particularly breathtaking qualities but the location and staff were perfect. The toilet seat had a large crack in it, the wardrobes were in the bathroom, the bed looked like it belonged in Amsterdam, the staff wore pyjamas and the bar closed before 10pm leaving us unable to get a beer to enjoy on the roof terrace when we returned home in the evening ... yet somehow it worked and I'm really glad we stayed here.

Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, neue Ausstattung. Morgens sollte man den Gästen, die kein Frühstück gebucht haben, den Kaffee etc. verkaufen. Es waren morgens kaum Gäste da und ich fand es etwas merkwürdig, dass man keine Getränke kaufen konnte.

Lovely staff, very clean, good breakfast options. Loved the full bath and toiletry products. Super close to subway stop which made it easy to travel downtown. Would stay again.

The staff at this property were amazing. They even got the cleaning lady to clean the mold that was in my room on the wall next to my bed which bothered me very much but they took care of it. Most people might not noticed it cause it was towards the top part of the wall.

Super modern and clean

The hotel was nicely done out and the staff were excellent. Very clean and good location for a 20 minute stroll to the city centre shops and shoreline.

Great place to stay which is walkable distance to the city centre. We really liked it althought never got our wecome drink (?) , the minibar (coke & juice) was free. The place is quite expensive but so are most places to stay in Losbon and in walkable distance from thr city centre (~25min). The area doesnt really offer much we didnt think much of it. Hotel and room very unusual design which we really liked. On the minus side the toilet was very very smelly like a sewage which we reported upon checkout. Also the window in the room can be open but was not secured properly. Overall the property was good, in need of a little bit of love and care with bits to fix but nice people at reception ans unusual design.

Perfect place, clean smells nice, near popular places. Don’t forget about the amazing staff.

Staff friendly and helpful. Reception, bar, housekeeping, breakfast service - all good. Very good breakfast service with choice for all.Clean throughout hotel especially our room. Rainfall shower with wand - ideal. Only reason not 5 stars: very noisy main road (should have taken ear plugs) and the blue light emitted by the modern system in the room (should have taken a sleep mask)

A lovely hotel in a central area. The rooms are a bit quirky but also quite small. We were going to stay another night but decided to change hotels as my husband is a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise it was very nice. Would stay on my own.

The room was very small. It wasn’t a comfortable, it was a very open room with bathroom and shower separated and sink in the middle. The beds are facing the sink and toilet and shower. It wasn’t actually a separate bathroom very open. I did not like it at all.

The shower leaked. When I brought the issue up with the reception team, they at first told me that it was our fault in that we had our foot on the drain hole. Finally, after taking pictures, videos, and speaking to the reception team again about the issue the next day, the maintenance team came by to caulk the bottom of the shower walls. Glad that someone can buy to fix it, but disappointed that I wasn't believed the first time the issue was reported. Moreover, disappointed that we as guests had to spend time drying the floor.

The wc is a nice themed hotel. I think it's best suited for couples. The bathroom design is unusual and could create an awkward situation for some.

El diseño del hotel es original pero incómodo. La habitación es chica, la cama es pequeña, el baño no tiene privacidad. La 1era noche se inundó el baño. El desayuno fue muy bueno. La atención fue muy buena, especialmente la de Gabriel. La ubicación es regular.

Modern rooms, quite central, excellent staff and facilities

The staff were so helpful and friendly! The hotel design and decor was unique and beautiful and different from the normal beige interiors. Loved having the ability to make hot tea and coffee in the room. The AC was always cool and with the teal blues making you feel like the ocean, it felt calming. Close proximity to everything. A+ for this hotel. We'll come back!

I had a lovely stay at the WC. It's right by the metro station so it's really easy to get around Lisbon centre or even further afield to one of the beach towns like Cascais. Despite the quirky theme the room still felt chic! I was on the 6th floor in a gorgeous sunny room that gets a lot of light and has a great view of the city. The front desk staff are wonderful - warm, accommodating and ever so helpful, so much so that I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Fomos furtados por algum funcionário ao deixar as malas no guarda volumes na recepção ao chegar no hotel. Meu filho tinha uma nota de 100 euros, a recepcionista viu ele mexendo na carteira pra guardar o troco da taxa de turismo e deixar a carteira na mochila junto com as malas. Após voltar dos passeios, pegarmos as malas para a entrada no quarto e notamos que os 100 euros foram furtados. Ao relatar esse delito para a gerente Isabel e para a funcionária Gloria, ambas informaram que não existe gravação das imagens no interior do depósito das malas, apenas na entrada e portanto, ao assistir as imagens não foi possível identificar a autoria do furto e nada fizeram a respeito. Segurança muito falha. Lamentável!!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The helped me make reservations at traditional Portuguese Fado restaurants. They answered my questions about public transportation and have me recommendations for restaurants and patisseries. They were so welcoming and friendly!

We did not have great experience at this hotel honestly I don’t know how they are 4 starts. They should have 2-3 starts hotel. The hotel itself was clean but the location was bad and not clean. And so many homeless around there. Noisy with ambulans and constructions. First they canceled our reservations due to not having room and transfer us to a different hotel but when we asked we don’t want to go and refund us, they refused to give us a refund and they told us we need to pick WC hotel or another hotel that they transfer us. The room was really really small that you can’t even move there. That room was good for one single person not for a couple. You could hear the footsteps of person above you and was hard to sleep. We didn’t have good experience and I don’t recommend to anyone who is traveling to Portugal.

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Schmuckstück mitten in der Stadt. Aussergewöhnlich und trotzdem bequem eingerichtet fühlt man sich hier sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und ausreichend (gibt auch Bohnen aber Gott sei dank nicht nur englisch), der Kaffeautomat macht viele und leckere heiße Getränke und der Frühstücksraum ist groß genug, bequem und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben der Metrostation Intedente, von der die ganze Stadt sehr schnell zu erreichen ist. Am Flughafen ist man mit 1x Linienwechsel in ca. 20 min, Praca do Comercio 5 min, Sporting Stadion direkte Linie in 10 min und Benfica Stadion mit 1x Linienwechsel in 15 min max. Zu Fuß ist man auch schnell am Zentralplatz (30 Min gemütliches Gehen). Neben der Metroverbindung befinden sich die Tram- und Busstationen auch direkt neben dem Hotel. Trotz der belebten Straße in der sich das Hotel befindet, konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, bedanken uns recht herzlich beim Personal und werden definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen beim nächsten Lissabon besuch.

Our room was spacious. Bed was comfortable room was very clean and staff friendly. The location of the hotel seemed to be in a bad area. There was homeless tents set up a block away. We heard sirens all night long. We didn’t feel comfortable after dark Going to look for a place to eat.

Love the hotel, staff, facilities, room, bed, and amenities. Presently there is street construction right outside the hotel, limiting access to the entrance to the hotel and use of the sidewalk.

nice property, but a homeless encampment near by. as a single woman i was only a little concerned when walking to get some food late night a few blocks. felt safe in daylight.

What a fabulous hotel. Quirk but classy. Beautifully styled. Everything you need with style too. The breakfast was amazing so much choice. The food was beautiful. The surroundings are gorgeous. Plenty outside the hotel and a half hour walk to the seafront. Really handy. Metro stop Intendente right outside. Easy from the airport with one change. Staff are so friendly. Lovely stay will definitely be back.

Fabulous hotel, great location for transport links to all you'd want to see in Lisbon. Very friendly staff, added breakfast to my stay for just €10 worth that for the carrot cake alone! Room good, everything works well and temperature just right for me. Up on the 6th floor no street noise. Highly recommended.

Ich habe mit meinem Sohn (10) 5 Tage in diesem sehr stylischen Hotel verbracht. Es ist alles in türkis gehalten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit einer großen Dusche und einer separaten Toilette. Das Waschbecken ist komplett mit Spiegeln umgeben und es hat tatsächlich zwei Tage gedauert bis dass wir begriffen, dass der Spiegel vom Waschbecken auch gleichzeitig der Fernseher ist. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit immer frischen Wasser, einen Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange und eine Ablage für den Koffer. Leider gibt es keine Fächer um seine Kleidung zu verstauen. Der Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich und unglaublich sauber. Auch an der Rezeption waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar später auschecken, weil es meinem Sohn an dem Tag nicht gut ging. Wir hatten das Frühstück mitgebucht. Der Frühstücksraum ist gemütlich und auch nett eingerichtet. Die Qualität der Frühstücksprodukte war frisch und gut. Leider gab es nicht so viel Auswahl und jeden Tag dasselbe. Obwohl keine Schilder auf den Tischen waren, die eventuell darauf hingewiesen hätten, dass man außer Rührei auch etwas anderes aus der Küche zubereitet bekommen kann, hatten wir ein Omelett bekommen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, ist aber trotzdem gut angebunden (die Strassnbahnlinie 28 fährt direkt vorbei). Die Strasse ist stark befahren, man hört häufig die Sirenen von Einsatzfahrzeugen. Die Gegend ist nicht die beste von Lissabon.

Modernes Design-Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern und guter Lage. Allerdings kleinere Mängel: Superiorzimmer sehr klein und es gab keinen (eigentlich inkludierten) Welcome-Drink. Frühstück mäßig gut.

Hotel com temática inusitada e muito legal, proximo ao metrô, equipe ótima e prestativa, pedíamos água a todo momento e eles nos atendiam prontamente, café da manhã delicioso, o melhor que tivemos em hoteis durante nossa viagem a Portugal, produtos de banho de qualidade e marca conhecida. Por de ser um hotel 4 estrelas, achamos que a cama poderia ser melhor, ela parecia que estava funda bem no meio dificultando o conforto para dormir em casal, quarto telativamente pequeno, foi o menor da nossa viagem mas conseguimos nos ajustar com nossas 4 malas, o controle e o brilho da tv funcionavam mal, acredito que devido a ela ficar atrás de um espelho, a ideia é super legal mas na pratica a utilizacao nao fica muito boa.
