Villa Garifallia - Tre Camere da Letto Villa, Ospiti Massimo 6

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Garifallia and would happily return in the future. The villa has had a major update from the photo's on the listing and is much improved. The villa is located up a very steep 1st gear hill, but the stunning views make it all worthwhile. The outside space is enormous with comfy sun beds, a lawned garden and a separate area for dining on the terrace. The pool and garden had the sun all day which was great, nothing like a late evening dip watching the sun go down!We were looked after by Yannis who owns the farm next door. Yannis was so helpful, he generally maintains the pool and the garden and he helped us with a few minor issues we came across. He also suppled a clutch of fresh eggs from the farm, Thanks Yannis. The beautiful village Mouralis is only around 250 metres away but it is a challenging walk as it is very steep, but it's well worth it. There are two lovely authentic restaurants that must be visited. Rethymno is only a short drive away and well wortjh a visit especially the old town which is beautiful. We would certainly recommend this lovely villa in the most beautiful peaceful location and would definitely return again.

Toller Urlaub - schönes Haus mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre! Der tolle Blick über den Ort ist unbezahlbar. Fussläufig sind mehrere kleine Tavernen!Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Herrlicher Blick auf die Umgebung. Einfach aber OK ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Pool etwas klein. Sehr vorteilhaft, der Ort Maroulas mit guten Restaurants in gehweite. Für eine Woche echt OK

Fijn verblijf op een rustig plekje boven op een berg. Mooi huisje, wel verouderd. Ruime, verzorgde tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Vriendelijke eigenaar.

Loved the village of Maroulas and the villa is well located with great views. Everyone we came across locally was so kind and helpful. Great stay, hope to return
