I chose this hotel based on the photos and room description, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The first surprise was that the entire outdoor seating area shown in the photos was under renovation and completely closed. This was never mentioned before our stay, and it significantly changed the overall experience. We booked a room advertised for 6 guests, but it clearly wasn’t equipped for that many people. The sofa bed was practically unusable. You could feel the metal bars through the mattress, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. We asked two different front desk employees for a mattress topper or any type of extra padding. The only thing they offered was a thin blanket, which made no difference. I even contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed the hotel would bring something to help—but nothing ever arrived. The room itself also wasn’t stocked for the number of guests it was supposed to accommodate. There were only enough towels for three people, coffee and tea for two, and the conditioner dispenser was empty until the next day after we called. To make matters worse, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and there were visible stains inside the toilet. The air conditioning also didn’t work correctly. No matter how low we set the thermostat, the room would not cool below about 71–72°F. The biggest disappointment wasn’t just the condition of the room—it was that none of our concerns were actually resolved, even after speaking with the fron
