Admiral Hotel

C’est bien pour passer une nuit le casino en dessous mais je ne suis pas joueur donc aucun intérêt. Attention le spa et la piscine étant plus-value. Le parking est spacieux mais sans véhicule vous êtes très loin du centre.

Chambre plaisante mais avec de petits soucis; Sachets de thé mais pas de kettle, uniquement une machine à expresso, mais qui ne fonctionnait pas. Problème avec le rideau entre la salle de bain et la chambre heureusement que j'étais seul, sinon, peu agréable. Staff sympathique, souriant et d'une grande assistance. En bord d'une grande avenue mais bonne insonorisation. Petit déjeuner copieux. Repas, le hamburger angus, énorme et bien bon.

The staff was helpful, although not particularly friendly or smiling. Unfortunately, the hotel had very strong odors throughout the building. There was a noticeable smell of smoke and strong air fresheners in several areas, and one of the two elevators often smelled like food from the kitchen. The most serious issue, however, was the extremely strong sewage smell in the room. I reported it upon arrival, and the reception said they would inform the housekeeping team the following day, but nothing improved during the stay. The gym also had a very stale, closed smell, which made it quite difficult to use comfortably. In addition, the room temperature was fixed at 26.5°C and it was not possible to lower it. The only option was to open the window, but since the room faced the street, it became very noisy. Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

Admiral was one of the best hotels we have stayed - the room, the amenities, staff, all around. the staff was friendly & professional. Nice to stay at a classical and traditional place. Little smokey from bar & casino though. Great place!!
