JA Enchanted Waterfront

I had a great one night stay at JA Enchanted Waterfront. Coming from the ferry, late check-in was no problem. I had a late flight the following day and was able to keep my luggage on-site while going out for the day which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Breakfast was superb. Beach area is small but is private, quiet, and has a very nice view. Staff were fantastic. Eden Island is walkable (I went later in the evening), but the pathway is not well lit after dark, so taxi may be the better option at that point. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

직원들이 매우 친절합니다!! 다시한번 더 가고싶네요! 친절한 직원들과 깨끗한 객실에 매우 만족합니다. 단지 객실 내 개미들이 종종보이는데 전혀 거슬리지는않습니다. 주차공간은 넉넉하나 주변에 특별한 시설이없어서 호캉스를 원하는것이 아니라면 차량을 랜트할것을 추천합니다. 친절한 응대에 감사합니다!

Die Lodge besteht nur aus drei Zimmern und wird i. d. R. von Gästen für ein oder zwei Nächte gebucht, bevor sie mit dem Boot in das Island Resort (Schwesterhotel) gebracht werden bzw. Von dort zurückkommen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Der Service war super, das Personal ist überaus freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Die ganze Anlage besteht nur aus dem Lodge-Haus und zwei angrenzenden Villen, die ebenfalls gemietet werden können. Am Pool gibt es nur zwei Liegen und zwei am Mini-Strand, der aber leider ungepflegt war. Wir haben hier die letzte Nacht vor unserem Heimflug verbracht. Da der Flieger erst abends ging, hätten wir den Tag am Pool verbringen können. Wir sind allerdings nochmal an den Beach gefahren und konnten dann abends zum Duschen ins Hotel zurückkommen, das war super. Außer beim Frühstück haben wir keine anderen Gäste in der Anlage gesehen. Das Hotel liegt praktisch gegenüber von Eden Island, wo es auch Restaurants etc. gibt. Nach Victoria kann man auch den Bus nehmen, man muss dafür allerdings ein paar Meter am Highway entlanglaufen (meistens Bürgersteig) oder sich ein Taxi rufen. Das Gleiche gilt für Eden Island (Fußweg von ca. 10-15 Minuten). Man sollte sich bewußt sein, dass sich das Hotel in der Hafengegend von Eden Island befindet und der Ausblick damit nicht der Schönste auf den Seychellen ist. Außerdem ist neben dem Hotel eine Hafen-Baustelle, die uns aber nicht gestört hat. Für uns war das Hotel für die letzte Nacht perfekt.

One is on the shoreside and one is on their private island. The shoreside hotel is quite simple but super clean and so welcoming and friendly. They don’t serve breakfast here, so in the morning they drive us out to their private island so we could enjoy the lovey breakfast with the super beautiful view and use all the facilities. Taxi boat dep 0900. And the u can choose 10:30, 14:30 or 16:30 so come to mainland. The breakfast was quite simple but very good. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They even prepared a beach bag with towels for the beach day. So we really could use as much time as possible on the island before going back and then back to airport. So many thanks for the short stay JA Enchanted Waterfront team.

Great location, loved the room 3. Staff was excellent, helpful and accommodating, especially the welcome desk. Wish we would have had time to experience your island resort amenities. Reason for 4 instead of 5 was the slow breakfast. While very good tasting, it took an hour or more to complete causing us to twice be late to engagements. We went earlier the next day knowing it was slow but it was even slower still causing us to be late for our tour.

Très bel hôtel, très bon service, près de la marina, chambre grande et propre

Trés bon séjour au JA ENCHANTED. Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous et très aimable. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. De plus l'établissement est très calme. Petit-déjeuner excellent ! Rien à redire tout est était parfait.

For what is advertised as a five star hotel, we werr disappointed. The staff were lovely and attentive but our breakfast was served cold on soggy bread, there was very loud drilling coming from building and our bathroom had dust over the surfaces. For a 2 night stay before flying home, it was all that we needed, but wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Alla va så trevliga och hjälpsamma. Allt vi undrade över fick vi svar på eller hjälp med och detta alltid med ett leende. Rummet va rymligt och fräscht. Jätte bra med toalettartiklar som dom tillhandahöll. Frukosten var god och vällagad. Skulle gärna bo här igen.

Relogement effectué par Expedia suite à un problème sur un autre hôtel. Hôtel à proximité de travaux (même s’ils vous envoient un e-mail après la réservation) avec bruit de 7h à 18h une horreur - non seulement je déconseille mais attention à l’arnaque.

Não tem como esse hotel ser 5 estrelas. Já estaria de bom tamanho um 2 ou 3 estrelas. Os atendentes são prestativos e simpáticos. Café da manhã muito fraco e com limite para escolha de cardápio com somente 2 opções. Quarto simples. Cama não era king. Preço da estadia cara.

Modern, large well appointed room with comfortable bed and pillows ensuing a great nights sleep. Big bathroom with large walk-in rainforest, tiled shower. Friendly, welcoming staff. Conveniently located. Loved our stay.

Really good stay. Hotel nice and quiet and well placed to walk to Eden Island. Lovely big room with good amenities and super big shower. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Plus even though it was overlooking the water it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport! Bonus!

Helpful staff at 4 am when we checked in. The ride was at the airport.

We were contacted by Tania before arriving and she arranged transportation for us. Tania and Esther provided a friendly welcome and check-in and guide to the facilities and services. The room is very clean and quiet. Esther and Tania also provided excellent service in the restaurant. Too bad they’re not open for dinner! However they recommended the excellent restaurant at L’escale Hotel next door. Location is convenient, close to the airport and central Victoria.

They wouldn’t store our luggage while we were on our boat trip.

The hotel was nice. They were supposed to provide us with a boxed breakfast because their kitchen was only open from 0800 to 1000 and our flight was at 0930. We unfortunately had to miss the hot breakfast. We were promised a boxed breakfast and when we went to the front desk that morning the reception person told us that they forgot to pack our lunch. He refused to refund the portion for the breakfast. We were repeatedly told by Moses that we would have a breakfast ready. And there wasn’t. Nothing was open at the airport and therefore we haven’t eaten. My husband is diabetic and needed some fruit to start the day off. This was unacceptable. We booked this hotel because it offered breakfast included and it wasn’t.

Last stop on our way home. Lovely staff, nice hotel, although a bit quiet. Maybe because of the building site next door? Also a bit out of the way. A walking path to Eden Island would have been nice. But the staff really made us feel welcome.
