Saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Empfang am Check In. Parkplatz ist eher eine Baustelle und eine Zumutung für die Reifen.

Fomos bem recebidos sim. O hotel é novo. Há uma obra no entorno. As condições atuais não estão muito boas para acesso e estacionamento. Acredito que assim que a obra termine poderá oferecer melhores condições. Bom custo benefício.

Das Hotel ist aktuell umgeben von einer riesigen Baustelle. Das Erreichen der Anlage war etwas schwierig.

Die Unterkunft ist gut. Frühstück ok und das Personal freundlich. Ein großes Problem stellt allerdings die Parkplatz Situation dar. Wegen der Baustellen um das Hotel herum gibt es so gut wie keine Parkplätze.

Momentan muss man Glück haben, um einen Parkplatz zu bekommen (Bauphase von Wohnblöcken rundherum)

Sehr nette Rezeptionisten/innen. Unterkunft sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Das einzig Negative ist , dass z.Zt neben den Gebäuden gebaut wird. Dementsprechend sieht die Umgebung aus, verwildert, nicht besonders gepfegt, Bauzäune, Parkplätze entlang dieser Bauzäunem Zufahrt zum Hotel ist eine Schotterstrasse mit Löchern, staubig.

Hotel war gut .Zimmer absolut in Ordnung Leider viel Baulärm, und Parkplatzprobleme.

One of the things I didn't like was that it was challenging to figure out how to access the entrance to the building especially at night. They need to make it clear to people that you have to pass through the construction site. So, better signage is needed right now. It rained a bit, so it was a bit muddy at one point for us to walk through it.

Ich war das erste mal in Berlin-Grünau. Der Stadtteil ist um so vieles anders als das zentrale Berlin. Wer mehr den Charakter einer "Kleinstadt" genießen kann, der ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Insbesondere deswegen gibt es von mir zum Punkt "Umgebung der Unterkunft" 5 Sterne (auch wenn um das Hotel herum momentan alles Baustelle ist und es temporär teilweise durch Baulärm tagsüber recht laut sein kann ... aber die geht ja irgedwann mal vorüber ... und außerdem kann man ja schnell anderweitig die Umgebung erkunden. Das Hotel scheint neu renoviert zu sein und das ganze Ambiente zwar ein wenig einfach, dafür aber sehr neu, sauber und sehr angenehm. Ich komme bestimmt dorthin zurück.

Schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel (am Wochenende), direkt an der S-Bahn Grünau. Man kommt schnell in die Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein wirklich tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit einem Spitzen-Kaffee und sehr gutem Preis. Ich hab mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank.

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Poorly run "hotel" in the middle of a dusty, noisy construction site. The room was dirty on arrival with goopy blue soap leaking in the bathroom sink and shower. Old ratty towels and a dusty floor was what I saw from day one. They never cleaned the room for the entire stay: only changed the sad looking towels and made up the bed with the same dirty linen. I was woken up every night by reversing trucks and construction workers right outside my window in the wee hours of the morning while it was still dark. They give you no heads up that you will be living in the middle of a construction site - notice that all the photos on Expedia are of the interior - THAT'S FOR A REASON. Just ridiculous! Barely any staff around. I noticed any random stranger could walk straight off the dusty road, into the building, right up to your door with no problem as there was no staff or locked doors up until you get to the room. Did not feel secure at all. To add insult to injury, I was charged a random extra tax upon arrival (although the rest of my group was not), and neither Expedia nor the hotel cared that much to do anything about it. If you think it's worth booking for the cheap price, think again! It's just not worth it, believe me. Take my advice and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Probably anywhere else would be better. One of the worst places I ever stayed at.

Saubere Zimmer, nette, freundliche Mitarbeiter, günstiger Preis

Leider war es Sommer, die Zimmer sind sehr gut und ausreichend geräumig, vor allen Dingen sehr sauber, aber leider Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel und somit zu warm zum Schlafen, ansonsten war alles okay.

Positiv: Gräumige, saubere Zimmer mit Küchenzeile zur einfachen Selbstversorgung ruhig netter Service an der Rezeption Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Versorgung in unmittelbarer Nähe Negativ: Große Baustelle vor und neben der Unterkunft. Ausrangierte Matratzen und Bettgestelle im Eingangsbereich ergeben etwas "trashiges" Ambiente (März 2023)

Very friendly staff. Great location for the airport. Rooms were spacious and comfy.

Hotel aus mehreren Komplexen; ehemals Bürogebäude. Sehr praktisch und funktional entwickelt. Breite Flure und großer Auftrag. Frühstück im Keller aber mit dortigen Möglichkeiten (viele Einzelräume) gut gelöst. Zimmer sehr groß mit Küche! Fahrräder durften mit auf das Zimmer genommen werden. Angesichts des Preises nur zu empfehlen!

großes Bad, top Dusche, gutes Bett, gute isolierte Fenster, Wasserkocher u. Mikrowelle, viel Stauraummöglichkeiten - gerade mitten in einer Großbaustelle

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mitten in Berlin aber ohne Hektik, das Zentrum kann problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem eigenen Auto erreicht werden. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, was als sehr angenehm wahrgenommen wird. Das Hotel Zimmer is großzügig eingerichtet mit geschmackvollen Möbeln, und auch mit einer Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ( zumindest in meinem Hotelzimmer) aber ich kann mir vorstellen das es Standard ist. Das Bett ist einfach fantastisch, ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen wie auf dieser schönen Matratze ❣️ Ich freue mich auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen. Vielen Dank für alles.

It's fine but for the price, I think it's expensive. It's 17 kilometres from the centre so it's definitely not convenient. At 90-100€ a night, that's expensive. Transport links are good though. What annoys me was the noise the cleaners make outside the rooms. Impossible to sleep through.

Der Fußweg vom S–Bahnhof Grünau sollte besser beschrieben werden. Ein größerer Wegweiser eben dem Lidl-Supermarkt wäre hilfreich.

Hotel ist sehr gut aber zuweit von center Berlin

Sehr gute Lage an einer S-Bahn-Station direkt an einem Nahversorgungszentrum mit Discounter, Apotheke, Bankomat etc. Gute, einfache, aber ordentliche und saubere Zimmer. Kleiner Abzug beim Frühstück, etwas wenig Auswahl, aber solide und ausreichend.

Ligger langt fra centrum af Berlin, men er rigtig godt til prisen.- Værelse stort dog var sengen lidt hård efter min mening. Der er en god Græsk rest. i nærheden. Kun 350m til Grunau S-tog station. Meget hjælpsomme og flinke medarbejdere.

Goedkoop hotel. Gratis parkeren. Milieusticker niet nodig. Waar voor je geld. Direct bij station en in 3 kwartier in centrum. Lidl om de hoek.

Therr is a fully blown massive construction around hotel , which is not properly adressed to furure guests. It causes noises , dust and workers drinking on the stairs in the evenings. Be aware as i wasn't. The hotel rate is too high for offering those conditions to the guests. The area is convenient with access to trains to get to Berlin city center

Goede bedden, goede douche, van buiten ziet het hotel er niet uit maar dat valt niet op tussen de andere typisch Berlijnse betonkolossen in de buurt. Winkels en diner/ontbijtopties zat in de buurt dus het ontbijt hebben we niet genuttigd in het hotel, weet niet eens of ze dat hebben eigenlijk.

Everything was ok, but the parking conditions are horrible. Staff was excellent, nice breakfast.

breakfast hasn’t been offered in two years they said. The option was the reason to book in the first place as we had an early flight and the offer indicated breakfast from 06:00am on. Parking on an urban waste field. Room with 3 twinbeds small but clean. Patrons seemed to be mostly workers on work travel.
