The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent and the prices reasonable for the standard. The service in the hotel is perfunctory, lacking customer service skills in terms of warmth and can do attitude. Bar service was poor, slow and who doesn't have a slice of lemon for a gin and tonic?

Everything about the hotel, from checking in with a concert going on in the foyer, the helpfulness of the staff, and the lovely breakfast in the morning was a delight. The hotel is well appointed, has plentiful parking, and the bed was so comfortable. Of special note was the restaurant. The evening meal we had was one of the best I've had. The starter in particular was a delight. Even though we only stayed for the one night it made quite an impression and we will return for a longer stay.

Whilst a beautiful looking place, the daytime food offer was poor. We ordered food, ( which is prepared in an outdoor truck) only to go looking for it as was taking a long time. Our half prepared food was left unattended in the heat of the day. Needless to say I cancelled the order. Dinner ; average. The fish tartare had a most bizarre floral tasting dressing . Room Was quiet and comfortable and breakfast was a generous spread.

We stayed in a family room but it's not in the main building, it was in a separate building on the side where we were told it was used to keep horses before. The main building was nice, reception area was classical. The swimming pool was a bit smaller than what it was shown in the photo. There were some small farms nearby. It's good experience to stay here. One thing to note is that my kids were very scared to walk on the corridor of the building we stayed in because there was no lightings, it was completely dark and our room was at the far end. There were some automated small lights on when you walked by the long corridor but it was still very dim. I would suggest to keep some lights on at night because this is a family room floor. Keeping at least one light on during the night is minimal as a hotel.

It's good experience to stay here. Quel dommage que les services et l'entretien ne soient pas à la hauteur de ce bel établissement 4 étoiles. Voici la liste des déconvenues que nous avons rencontrées. - rideau décroché dans une chambre qui ne pouvait pas être remis en place avant le lendemain - poussoir du gel douche cassé et flacon presque vide - boîte de mouchoirs vide placée en évidence qui n'a pas été remplacée - tasse à café utilisée la veille qui n'a pas été nettoyée Le matin au petit déjeuner, nous demandons poliment de nous rapprocher 2 tables pour s'assoir à 4. La personne présente ne le fait pas. C'est mon amie qui s'en charge et réclame que nos tables soient nettoyées. - Dernière précisons d'ordre pratique, aucune lampe accessible de l'autre coté du lit en 160 dans la chambre de nos amis (donc si vous avez besoin de vous lever dans la nuit et que vous n'êtes pas du bon côté, réveillez votre conjoint) Je termine en précisant que tous ces désagréments ont été signalés en temps voulu mais apparemment cela n'a choqué personne puisqu'au moment de régler notre facture, il nous a été réclamé 0.40 cts en espèces car le montant encaissé en carte bleue était erroné. Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait, ne serait-ce qu'un café…surtout que nous avions réservé 2 nuits. Je ne recommanderai pas cet établissement qui n'est absolument pas à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles!

Etablissement très confortable, propre, un château très bien mis en valeur. Une équipe très sensible à notre confort, un hôtel avec de belles prestations, un petit déjeuner royal (comme le château). Le seul bémol serait le restaurant qui veut être très gastronomique (vu le tarif) mais dont le rapport qualité prix n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel et de la région.

Despite a nice staff, we are very disappointed. We have been given a room which was stuck in between an office, the billiard room, the breakfast room and the washroom. It was very noisy and we could hear almost everything. There is no curtain in the shower making impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom… and almost no WiFi connection available. To be mentioned that the bed might be as old as the house and is not flat. Last but not least when I prepared a tea in the morning, I found an insect in the boiler…

Das war unser zweites Mal in diesem schönen Chateau. Hochqualifiziertes Personal. Wir haben Zimmer 2 im Schloß beide Male vorgezogen. Keine weiten Wege, Schober Gartenblick vom Zimmer und vom Bad aus. Es ist aber leider eine Toilette nebenan, und die Spülgeräusche sind unangenehm. Wenn man bereit ist, das in Kauf zu nehmen, ist alles fein. Wir hatten aus Zeitgründen bkrib Frühstück und können es nicht kommentieren. An der Eingangstreppe ist ein offener Aufzug, der bei Gehbehinderten eine enorme Hilfe darstellt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und nicht überteuert.

We arrived past 9pm after driving in from Paris and the two reception ladies greeted us with a big smile. We booked two rooms in the castle building for 2 nights and were given rooms on the 1st floor which didn't have a nice view as it was half-blocked by a terrace of some sort filled with dead leaves. The room itself was nice, spacious and had an extra bed. The detailings in the room were also very nice. Bathroom was decent, but there was no space for makeup pouch after placing toiletries. Parking was easy and it was nice walking around the grounds. Definitely a nice experience staying here.

The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent and the prices reasonable for the standard. The service in the hotel is perfunctory, lacking customer service skills in terms of warmth and can do attitude. Bar service was poor, slow and who doesn't have a slice of lemon for a gin and tonic?

Everything about the hotel, from checking in with a concert going on in the foyer, the helpfulness of the staff, and the lovely breakfast in the morning was a delight. The hotel is well appointed, has plentiful parking, and the bed was so comfortable. Of special note was the restaurant. The evening meal we had was one of the best I've had. The starter in particular was a delight. Even though we only stayed for the one night it made quite an impression and we will return for a longer stay.

Hôtel très joli de l’extérieur, personnel incompétent, chambre glacial . Rapport qualité prix correct, par contre prix de la restauration au bar (car le restaurant était complet), excessif vue la qualité des produits.

Restaurant menu was interesting but constrained. 2 choices only for the main course. Thankfully execution was good but slightly more variety would have been welcome. Location was optimal with easy access off the motorway and only a modest detour.

Superb building and grounds. Sadly the whole stay was let down by the restaurant experience. Really expensive with a limited choice and failed to deliver on quality.

Rigtig fint og hyggeligt slotshotel. Rolige og behagelige omgivelser med en del fine muligheder for børn også, pool, brætspil, bordtennis og bordfodbold. Virkelig lækker morgenmad hvor alt virkede hjemmelavet og hyggeligt. Fællesområderne var også virkelig hyggelig med små zoner. Varm og hyggelig atmosfære over det hele. Rigtig lækker mad på restauranten som dog nok mest var for de voksne. Havde dog også en lille børnemenu.

A beautiful and cozy Château! It was thoughtfully made with a focus on customers experience. We really enjoyed the restaurant, we were treated with some French Magic! Regrettably the wine they suggested to me with my main course was a left over bottle so I got half a glass. I was asked if I wanted another kind of wine but it didn't gave any meaning to just have some wine. But aside of that the experience was amazing, the employees polite and we would definitely returning back to this place. Also, we decided not to have breakfast because if you are not a heavy sugar carb eater, the choices are limited. They had that "sad" scrambled eggs that are not fully cooked in order not to be dry with time. It will be so nice if they just had some fried or soft boiled eggs, it is a minimal try and could excuse for as to get breakfast. I hope they will think to add this next time.

There is basically just one restaurant in the neighborhood and that one is attached to the hotel- it needs booking in advance. Very good food and an excellent wine list + you are welcome to bring your dog

Can't recommend this more highly. Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting with wonderful staff. Feels so luxurious. Bedrooms were lovely, breakfast excellent and the pool and pool bar a real treat.
