Villa Suari I

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlage ist ganz schön, und der Pool war sauber. Allerdings war das Bad leider etwas heruntergekommen (Wasserhahn war dreckig/alt und die Toilettenspülung lief aus) und das Zimmer konnte nicht ganz abgedunkelt werden. Das Frühstück war gut.

밤 늦게 도착해서 다음 날 배타기 전까지 잠시 머물렀던 숙소입니다. 부엌 쪽 전등이 고장나서 어둡게 있었습니다만 전반적으로 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 늦게 체크인한다는 걸 잊어버리고 숙소에 말씀 못 드렸는데, 12시 가까이까지 기다려주셔서 감사했습니다.

We only stayed 1 night prior to catching ferry to Gilli T. Easy walk to ferry We had two rooms with own pool. Fabulous

A family of 5 (3 teenagers). Villa was clean, beautiful with lots of charm. We loved the pool and outdoor area, and the staff were super helpful after a very long flight and taxi ride to get there. Is a little isolated up a hill but a beautiful location. The staff organised lunch to be delivered when we arrived which was delicious. Also helped organise a taxi for the next day. A nice walk through a jungle to get to Bia Tugel Beach. Stopped at Mimba Food Corner Restaurant on the way back for dinner. Loved our brekky being delivered the next morning. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay amazing!

We informed the property in advance that we would be arriving at approx 12:30am and that we would need transport to boat Harbour at 6:30am. They said that was fine and gave me 2 phone numbers to call when we arrive and they will let us into our villa. When we were 5 mins away I started trying to call the numbers to tell them we were coming, no answer. I tried 3 different numbers over and over again and no answer. It was 12:30 in the morning by now and we had just had a long flight and needed to be up early morning. Our driver from the airport went into the property and was calling out for someone to come and there were two men asleep at a table outside in the dark who were supposed to let us in. We finally got into our villa which was clean and basic but we expected that. Bed was firm and only one thin blanket. Next morning we got up and tried ringing reception to check if our car was coming to pick us up and once again no answer and no response. We ended up having to walk to the Harbour with our bags as no car had been arranged for us despite us telling them we needed one and them acknowledging this. We would not stay here again.
