An excellent luxury resort-style stay with an impressive rooftop pool and friendly, attentive staff. The concierge helped with my luggage and even spoke Swedish, which was a fun surprise. My room on the 26th floor was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful west-facing view over the bay and water. The hotel facilities were excellent and well maintained, but the highlight was the rooftop infinity pool. The views across Da Nang were truly spectacular! The hotel is away from the beach and the main city areas, usually around 15–20 minutes by Grab. However, the hotel offers a 20% Grab discount and also arranges daily beach shuttles, trips and other transport, making it particularly suitable for families or anyone wanting a luxurious stay. There is also an onsite casino for those interested in that. Overall, it offered excellent value for the price. I would happily recommend it and stay again.

Outdated hotel. The staff speaks very poor English, which causes a lot of confusion. Upon arrival, we had a long wait before the room was ready. The rooftop restaurant is filthy. Dirty stains all over the rugs. The hotel hallways smell musty and are dated. Old, yellowed carpeting. The staff is unfriendly and exhausting to deal with due to their stubbornness. This hotel is definitely not worthy of 5 stars! For us, once was more than enough—never again.

The simple solution for them was to stick me in a wheelchair so they can push me up the ramp rather than make an exception for the Grab motorbike to bring me to the front door. I am disabled but do not need to be pushed around in a wheelchair like an invalid. Although it maybe difficult and painful, I am able to walk short distances and allowing my driver to bring me to the entrance would have made my journey a little more pleasant. Their inflexibility is mind boggling. Apart from this lack of understanding, empathy, and compassion, the exterior of the building has been neglected and it's very evident. The railing on the balcony looked so unsafe to lean on with cracks and crumbling concrete. The entry was dismal as it needed to be pressure washed and cleaned. It wouldn't hurt to paint the whole building so it looks fresh but by the look of things, they dont want to reinvest in this building.

I’m a bit hard on the hotel but I have my reasons. For a 5 stars hotel you would expect a microwave with utensils such as plate, bowl, forks and knives among other things. These amenities are important since there is little restaurant and market food support nearby. Otherwise the room, views, comfort was fantastic! The pool was fabulous and bed very comfortable. The buffet was ok! I would have given a much higher rating if it wouldn’t be for the lack of basic amenities.
