ランドリーがないことに不便さを感じたが、それ以外は最高である。強いていうならば、ホテル周辺にたくさんレストランがあるわけではないので注意が必要。ただ、24時間営業のコンビニスーパーが近くにあるし、ホテル内にも売店はあるので小腹を満たすことは可能。屋上のプールはダナンの街を一望でき、朝も夜も最高の景色。

I only stay for one night. Beds are Nice and firm. The hotel is very nice and clean, used the pool but the whirlpool is cold ( not working) Yes, love to return to the hotel again!

Huge hotel, rooms were very large clean comfortable and well appointed. The swimming pool is incredible and a big draw. Decent restaurants and 2 breakfast locations. Danang is a rather long narrow city and this is right at the top so we had to take grab everywhere but luckily they’re so cheap in Vietnam it wasn’t a problem. We had checked out of a different hotel in the centre and preferred this one by miles. Also very convenient for going to Bana Hills.

Danang is a rather long narrow city and this is right at the top so we had to take grab everywhere but luckily they’re so cheap in Vietnam it wasn’t a problem. We had checked out of a different hotel in the centre and preferred this one by miles. Also very convenient for going to Bana Hills.

As im writing this review im enjoying the buffet in the hotel. Tried the rooftop pool and the F29 lounge plus bar both good places to visit. The F29 had afternoon tea which was quite lovely. Pool was cool and thank goodness it was cloudy today not scorching hot so pool time was perfect. The buffet has lots of options but something about the bahn mi makes me feel fully satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Golden Bay. The staff was very courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. This would more than make up for some of the things that could be considered as shortcomings in the hotel amenities. The breakfast buffet both in the Premium Lounge and 3rd floor restaurant were excellent. The pool was too crowded at the time we went up but picking the right time could be nice. They offer free beach shuttle but need to make reservation 24hr before but they were nice enough to accommodate us at the last minute.

Overall this is a great hotel in a great location. It was clean, beds are comfy and the pool/roof is EPIC. It’s about 20 minutes away from the airport and they only have a couple shuttles a day - so be warned any off travel times you will need to schedule your own ride to the airport.

When i first entered the bathroom, there was a bunch of long hair still stuck on the shower wall. My hair is short so it couldn't have been mine. They cleaned within 30 mins. On Day 2, the room was not cleaned when I came back after a hot day out, at 2:30pm. They said the cleaning is after 2pm. In the end, I just asked for fresh towels. Other than these incidents, everything was up to 5-star standard.

reviews on Expedia did not match the property details. this is not be a 4.50-5 star hotel The hotel was filthy, dirty, unsanitary. We booked eight rooms and expected so much more based on the Expedia reviews. Very disappointed in the dirtiness and service. Tried to reach out to Expedia, and that was terrible as well.

It feels outdated, dirty, and resembles a massive, impersonal concrete bunker lacking charm, competence, or even a hint of luxury. While the rooms were clean, they were old and run-down. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were also severely neglected and worn out, further diminishing the overall experience. Breakfast felt like a cafeteria, with disastrous service and poor-quality food, served in a cold, unwelcoming hall with no service to speak of. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is in poor condition, and the surrounding area is equally disappointing. At best, this is a 2-star property. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment in every way.

I reserved a 2 bedroom suite for my family and I to stay. Pros; -exceptional view -clean -spacious -nice staff -complimentary toiletries in bathroom was nice Cons: -far away from town (10minutes away) -missing kitchen utensils (dishes, bowls, cups, pots, eating utensils etc to use with full kitchen) -all in one washer and dryer- washes great but does not dry clothing (took 2 hours for just 4 piece of underwear)

I want to apologize to the staff at the hotel. There was some miscommunication on my part because of the language barrier. I made a mistake on my check in review. I was asked if I received a upgrade and I answered no when indeed I did receive a upgrade. My family and I were upgraded to a corner bay view family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a kitchen and living room. The hotel and the room was wonderful and the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Gold bath fixtures and very clean. Beautiful view of the bay from both sides of the room. Private balcony. A 5 Star Luxury Hotel. I would give it a 10 Star 🌟 rating. The staff were really welcoming.

The hotel is very big but the space seems to be misused with a lot of empty spaces and boxes lying around. The rooms are neat and spacious. But the bathroom has no ventilation and the blind in the shower is awkward. The water also spills out of the shower easily. The staff was very friendly

We had a great family stay at Wyndham, the staff were friendly and accommodating but had difficulty understanding English. Breakfast was great with a variety of food, rooftop pool was amazing. We had afternoon tea with our booking which was nice but they were not very accommodating to kids, they only had tea and coffee as options and were refusing to serve hot chocolate to the kids. I was very disappointed with my stay. My sister had stayed here in October 2022 and was very satisfied, which is why she recommended we return. We booked a room for two nights, and I later reserved additional rooms for my uncle and two cousins arriving the next day. While checking in, my sister and I were sitting in the lobby. Afterward, we walked with a staff member toward the elevator when a female staff member abruptly stopped us and questioned my cousin about how many people were booked for the room and why there were so many of us. The staff member escorting us explained the booking was for three people and that my sister and I had already been staying since the previous day. The woman’s tone was rude and felt discriminatory toward Vietnamese guests. If she holds a senior role, she should understand basic customer service. She should have verified our bookings before confronting us so disrespectfully. Her condescending attitude was unacceptable. All guests, Vietnamese or not, deserve equal respect. At checked out, I asked several staff members for her name, but all claimed not to know her, which was clearly untrue. Eventually, someone near the entrance told me her name is Toàn. That said, most of the staff (bellboys, lobby) were polite, kind, and attentive, which I appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable overall. However, the hotel looks a bit old, and there aren’t enough pool lounge chairs for the number of guests.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, clean rooms and stunning views. Overall this is a great hotel in a great location. It was clean, beds are comfy and the pool/roof is EPIC. It’s about 20 minutes away from the airport and they only have a couple shuttles a day - so be warned any off travel times you will need to schedule your own ride to the airport.

Stayed for 2 nights and wish it were longer. Lovely place maintained to a high standard with a lovely roof top pool which gave great views. Complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Breakfast was poor as although there was a huge choice, the items I selected weren’t hot. Staff however were fantastic. Would love to stay again.

As im writing this review im enjoying the buffet in the hotel. Tried the rooftop pool and the F29 lounge plus bar both good places to visit. The F29 had afternoon tea which was quite lovely. Pool was cool and thank goodness it was cloudy today not scorching hot so pool time was perfect. The buffet has lots of options but something about the bahn mi makes me feel fully satisfied.

An excellent luxury resort-style stay with an impressive rooftop pool and friendly, attentive staff. The concierge helped with my luggage and even spoke Swedish, which was a fun surprise. My room on the 26th floor was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful west-facing view over the bay and water. The hotel facilities were excellent and well maintained, but the highlight was the rooftop infinity pool. The views across Da Nang were truly spectacular! The hotel is away from the beach and the main city areas, usually around 15–20 minutes by Grab. However, the hotel offers a 20% Grab discount and also arranges daily beach shuttles, trips and other transport, making it particularly suitable for families or anyone wanting a luxurious stay. There is also an onsite casino for those interested in that. Overall, it offered excellent value for the price. I would happily recommend it and stay again.

Dirty stains all over the rugs. The hotel hallways smell musty and are dated. Old, yellowed carpeting. The staff is unfriendly and exhausting to deal with due to their stubbornness. This hotel is definitely not worthy of 5 stars! For us, once was more than enough—never again.
