客室は清潔で広かったです。朝食はメニューが豊富でどれも美味しかった！！雨が上がったタイミングでインフィニティプールにも。そのまま海までも行けるので、とても良かった。無料のヨガクラスにも参加させてもらいました。朝から気持ちよかったです。

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Food was surprisingly good for a resort such that we stayed and dined in for dinner every night we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive. It is a small resort, so less facilities than a larger resort, but we were content with the facilities. Would be nice if there were more activities for children and if the kids club opened past 6pm. We will be back!

Beautiful resort and very attentive staff. We enjoyed daily breakfast which had so many offerings, it was hard to choose. The spa was also delightful. The Infiniti pool was unique. I’d highly recommend this resort.

The hotel, the pool, the kids room are all good. The staff could use some improvement, specially the pool staff. The food at the pool takes ages. E.g. coconut water took 1 hour to reach our table. And there are hardly any vegetarian options in the menu

スイートに宿泊するがバスルームの水回りが壊れていてトイレ、化粧台まで水浸しになる。滑りやすく子供は転倒しやすいので、バスタオルを敷いて対策する必要がある。外出支度の途中にスタッフが勝手に入り、混雑を理由に清掃を開始するトラブル有り。ダナンのビーチでは透明度も高い海でロケーションも最高。混雑時もプールが広いので子供は快適に楽しめる。その他にもジムやレクリエーションも整っているので、スタッフのサービスレベルがもう少し上がれば満足度も高いが、コスパが良いのでこの程度かとも思う。

Located on the ocean, it’s great if you want a private beach to swim, but you are cut off from the city. Rooms are good sized and staff are generally good. The infinity pool is grand and they also provide kayaks.

The room was good but everything else was average. Housekeeping was average at best, they seemed to make the bed and not touch anything else, crumbs left on floors and benches, rubbish not emptied. Whilst one or two staff were friendly, most seemed bored and not interested in being there. For a resort of this standard it was disappointing and would not stay again.

３泊して、大変快適に過ごすことが出来、気に入りました。スタッフは皆さん親切で、朝食はベトナム料理や様々な料理がありました。プールはとても広いインフィニティプールでプールから海を見ながらゆったりした気持ちになります。客室も充分なスペースがあり、バルコニーからダナン中心街と海を一望できました。

Our stay was 10/10! The property was incredible, we had a garden suite that was perfect and the bed the most comfortable ive ever slept in. The pool and grounds are just incredible and the buffet breakfast has to be seen to be believed. The staff were the best part, so accommodating and warm and so great with my children. Best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Veldig fine rom, nydelig frokost og hyggelig betjening. Veldig god biff på the grill, helt grei mat på poolside og la plage. Fantastisk fint basseng ut mot stranden. Kun en ting trekker ned for meg: Hadde en «stay longer» pakke som skulle gi visse fordeler som eksempelvis gratis drikke i 2 timer hver dag. Jeg spurte derfor i resepsjonen hvor dette var gyldig og fikk til svar the grill og la plage. Vi spiste på the grill og fikk da beskjed om at the kun gjaldt på poolside og la plage. Dagen etter var vi på poolside og fikk beskjed om at det kun gjaldt på the grill og la plage. Siste kvelden var vi på la plage og der var den faktisk gyldig. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and taken care off. The staff, especially Hai, were simply amazing. The hotel facilities, the food, and a beach swim too - stunning! We would definitely recommend this resort. We hope to return when we can.

The room was good but everything else was average. Housekeeping was average at best, they seemed to make the bed and not touch anything else, crumbs left on floors and benches, rubbish not emptied. Whilst one or two staff were friendly, most seemed bored and not interested in being there. For a resort of this standard it was disappointing and would not stay again.

Bei Ankunft kein Personal was beim Gepäck hilft. Bei beiden Zimmern funktionierte die 2. Schlüsselkarte nicht. Also wieder 10 min über das riesige Gelände zur Rezeption. Riesiger Pool aber null Schatten. Ein paar Sonnensegel wären eine einfache und praktische Lösung. Bei der Getränkebestellung wurde um Eiswürfel gebeten. (40 grad). Als die Bestellung kam: keine Eiswürfel. Nochmals drum gebeten... Kamen aber nicht. Beim Frühstück 3 Heißgetränke bestellt. Nur eins kam. Sheraton sollte eigentlich high end Luxus bedeuten. Bei den Preisen tut es das auch. Aber lauter Kleinigkeiten haben den Besuch getrübt.

The property was nice and clean. The area is next to a massive desert land . 20 mins drive to Da nang City centre or to Hoi An city centre. We paid too much taxi fare every time we traveled to either cities. There is almost nothing in walking distance from the hotel. The pool was nice، could be more convenient if there was toilets near the pool as well.

A midway break stopover between Hanoi and Saigon. We had travelled down on the night train for 17 hours so we needed a good rest! So relaxing we wished we had added another night. Close proximity to Hoi An is an additional attraction.

This is a very old school resort with basic amenities for the price you pay. The bathroom had stains and the corridor was damp. Wallpapers were coming off in some places. Located on the ocean, it’s great if you want a private beach to swim, but you are cut off from the city. Rooms are good sized and staff are generally good. The infinity pool is grand and they also provide kayaks.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Food was surprisingly good for a resort such that we stayed and dined in for dinner every night we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive. It is a small resort, so less facilities than a larger resort, but we were content with the facilities. Would be nice if there were more activities for children and if the kids club opened past 6pm. We will be back!

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon! They made us feel very special and our trip was very memorable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, varied and the flavours were great! We ate at 2 of the restaurants (The Grill & La Plage) both were fantastic! Plenty of family friendly activities and areas which was lovely to see. Would recommend and hopefully stay here again one day. Thank you

Disregard all the reviews you are reading which rate the hotel any less than 5. Perhaps they were disgruntled with the hotel or the city in one aspect and decided to rage with their reviews. We travelled as a family of 5 and we had a blast and we were so sad on our fifth night to be leaving. The staff go above and beyond and every single one of them have a smile on their face. Yes the language barrier does exist a bit but you’re in another country so it is what it is. If you’re thinking to book go ahead. You will absolutely enjoy it. It’s a resort and not a hotel - it will be a fair distance from the city centre as it needs the space. We had the tomahawk steak at the grill and it’s absolutely beautiful. Bit pricey but it’s definitely worth it.
