Que dire hormis que nous avons passé un incroyable séjour! Le staff de l’hôtel était merveilleusement poli et serviable. La chambre impeccable et très bien équipée. Nous avons profité tous les jours de l’immense piscine et de la salle de gym attenante! C’est un excellent point pour l’hôtel que de disposer de ces équipements dernier-cri! (Nous avons pu en profiter toute la journée, même après notre Check out). Le buffet de petit déjeuner a dépassé nos attentes! Clairement le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage au Vietnam. J’espère vivement revenir un jour au Silk path SaPa! Merci pour tout

Beautiful clean property with lovely views. The breakfast, spa and swimming pool amenities were good. Free shuttle to the city cwntre and back was very convenient. Room servifce options available. Two restaurants on property which we did not have time to try

Great location to the town center. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet are good. The gym and pool are excellent. Nice, efficient staff and overall a good 2 night stay..

Amazing stay with a great location on the outskirts of Sapa town even though the weather could have been better. Complimentary afternoon tea was fine but coffee was only served with condensed milk which was not to liking. The indoor pool was awesome with the temperature of the water perfect. The Italian restaurant was brilliant though it was expensive and this explained why it was empty.

This hotel is amazing! The hotel complex is made beautifully with landscaping and when there is fog, the place looks mystical. But our experience could have been better. We booked Mountain View rooms and while the room was well appointed, a bit luxurious even, we did NOT get the Mountain View we expected because a few buildings were blocking that view! The saving grace is the balcony with roses blooming and welcomed the fog that kept those buildings hidden. We enjoyed their amenities - we played billiards, enjoyed swimming too. The swimming pool was beautiful, it was supposedly heated but no, it’s not really. If you position yourself in front of the ‘jets’ you feel some warm water flow but not enough to heat the pool. At least the view through the surrounding glass was beautiful. There is also complimentary use of their Karaoke rooms which we made good use of but a bit disappointed with the almost non existent food you can order (only French fries was available). Their buffet breakfast was good, many choices both international and local food. What shines through are their excellent hotel staff! It is clear how much effort they put in ensuring hotel guests are served well! And by the way, there is complimentary shuttle to town. If you are taking a VIP bus from Hanoi, the bus stops at their own area/ office but they will arrange for a drop off directly to your hotel if it’s located in town. This hotel arranged for a pick up too!

This hotel is beautiful inside out. The moment you arrive at the hotel, the lobby was beautiful, clean and greeted with friendly staff. Checking in was easy and quick. We had a family connecting room which was spacious, clean, convenient with kids, and with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was amazing with variety of delicious food to choose and drinks. The garden and pathways were beautiful and well maintained.

Nice and clean hotel. Helpfull and smiling staff. Breakfast is big with a lot of choices. Hotel has an fantastic view to the mountains. Good to see a hotel manager come talking to his guests in the morning.

Amazing place, a little out town but very walkable into town, with an uphill trek back. Hotel has minibus service which is free and goes mainly hourly. Steve the GM is very hands on and approachable if there were a problem. The reception staff are super friendly and happy to give guidance. Rooms are spotless and have massive beds and decent bathroom with choice of shower style and also bath. The view is breathtaking and we would sit with a coffee outside after breakfast to take it in. This is a real gem of a place

The hotel grounds are gorgeous and clean, maintained regularly. The rooms are large and clean. Staff is very attentive and friendly. One of the hotel staff reached out to me via Whatsapp and was so responsive with providing us transportation from the airport to the hotel and would arrange tours for us while we were there. Would definitely recommend a stay here and the views are gorgeous.

Amazing place, a little out town but very walkable into town, with an uphill trek back. Hotel has minibus service which is free and goes mainly hourly. Steve the GM is very hands on and approachable if there were a problem. The reception staff are super friendly and happy to give guidance. Rooms are spotless and have massive beds and decent bathroom with choice of shower style and also bath. The view is breathtaking and we would sit with a coffee outside after breakfast to take it in. This hotel is amazing! The hotel complex is made beautifully with landscaping and when there is fog, the place looks mystical. But our experience could have been better. We booked Mountain View rooms and while the room was well appointed, a bit luxurious even, we did NOT get the Mountain View we expected because a few buildings were blocking that view! The saving grace is the balcony with roses blooming and welcomed the fog that kept those buildings hidden. We enjoyed their amenities - we played billiards, enjoyed swimming too. The swimming pool was beautiful, it was supposedly heated but no, it’s not really. If you position yourself in front of the ‘jets’ you feel some warm water flow but not enough to heat the pool. At least the view through the surrounding glass was beautiful. There is also complimentary use of their Karaoke rooms which we made good use of but a bit disappointed with the almost non existent food you can order (only French fries was available). Their buffet breakfast was good, many choices both international and local food. What shines through are their excellent hotel staff! It is clear how much effort they put in ensuring hotel guests are served well! And by the way, there is complimentary shuttle to town. If you are taking a VIP bus from Hanoi, the bus stops at their own area/ office but they will arrange for a drop off directly to your hotel if it’s located in town. This hotel arranged for a pick up too!

The service was terrible. Beautiful facility and hotel but the service at the spa, at the front desk and the restaurant was poor. They harassed my 14 year old daughter about a 2nd room key i had already returned. Argued about discounts available via my booking on hotels.com. the manager Daniel was so rude and kept laughing and saying he would check cctv footage. I would never stay here again. The worst service in all of Vietnam.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. You have the peacefulness of being a very short distance away from the chaos of the city but the convenience of the hotel shuttles. Food is fantastic. Breakfast selections are incredible! The staff is extremely helpful and caring. We would definitely recommend staying here when you visit Sapa.

We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.

The resort is nice and clean. The staff is exceptional. I don't write reviews very often, but I write this time for the staff's hospitality. The manager (Steven) set a good example for his staff. He is energetic, friendly and is very helpful to his customers. Breakfast offers many choices for both Westerners and Asians. The areas around the resort do not offer much, but a five-minute rider to the main drag in town is a good alternative.

Que dire hormis que nous avons passé un incroyable séjour! Le staff de l’hôtel était merveilleusement poli et serviable. La chambre impeccable et très bien équipée. Nous avons profité tous les jours de l’immense piscine et de la salle de gym attenante! C’est un excellent point pour l’hôtel que de disposer de ces équipements dernier-cri! (Nous avons pu en profiter toute la journée, même après notre Check out). Le buffet de petit déjeuner a dépassé nos attentes! Clairement le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage au Vietnam. J’espère vivement revenir un jour au Silk path SaPa! Merci pour tout

I’m a World traveler, been stayed so many Hotels, this one is one of the best Hotel in my list. It’s wonderful time the last 3 nights at Silk Path, everything is perfect, the foods, staffs, rooms is outstanding. Specially the Head Chef is Steve, he so friendly, so professional, he trained his staffs so wells, 15 people’s in my group are so happy when we choose this Hotel. Amazing stay with a great location on the outskirts of Sapa town even though the weather could have been better. Complimentary afternoon tea was fine but coffee was only served with condensed milk which was not to liking. The indoor pool was awesome with the temperature of the water perfect. The Italian restaurant was brilliant though it was expensive and this explained why it was empty.

They did their best to accommodate us vegans but it was tricky - vegetarians will be absolutely fine here but there is a lot of (unnecessary) surprise egg in things. Breakfast was a no go for vegans but for others I think we'll be excellent. Luckily there's an outstanding vegan restaurant Yen a short stroll away. I don't think many pure vegans come here but the staff did really try. They even prepared a very unusual high tea for us. Nice pool table. Tried to swim in the pool but was too chilly! Really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend.

The hotel is awesome. The rooms are very clean and well-decorated. However, from a 5-star hotel, you expect a 5-star experience in all aspects, not just in the room or the facilities. Unfortunately, the hotel fails to deliver that: 1. The staff were very kind, but it was insanely difficult—and sometimes impossible—to communicate with them in English. They either didn’t understand or provided wrong information, which became quite frustrating as it kept happening all the time 2. I was disappointed with the concierge services I received: a. We asked for a car to take us to specific sights. They informed us about the price (quite expensive, but okay), but at the end of the tour, the driver told us that it was supposed to last fewer hours and asked us for more money—this is inexcusable for a 5-star hotel b. When I checked in, the reception staff informed me that there is a shuttle bus service to downtown at specific times, and if I wanted a transfer outside of these hours, I should WhatsApp them at least 30 minutes before. I asked them one night for a transfer at a specific time and they replied to me at 6:00 am (when I was sleeping) saying that they could not offer me the service. When I went to the front desk to ask for clarifications, they told me that they don’t even offer this service. What can I say about the 5-star experience after this? 3. I visited the pool to relax. Unfortunately, there were kids screaming, and the echo made it hard for me to stay for more than 10minutes
