The stay at the inside house was great. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options and there was never a wait for service. The room was very spacious and well laid out. The pool was clean with a nice secluded view. The staff were all very friendly and available.

This was my husband and is favorite hotel stay out of all the places we stayed in Thailand on our honeymoon. The staff was unbelievably attentive, helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful. If you’re thinking about getting one of the pool suites just do it! It was so worth it. They’re heated and make for the perfect relaxation activity after long days of exploring Chiang Mai. The location is excellent. So walkable to many restaurants, spas, etc.

The inside house was a beautiful property with gorgeous amenities and a kind staff. We enjoyed our private pool and the incredible bath products. We also had the best massage of our trip at their spa. Finally, the food was delightful!

We received the most amazing service at the Inside House. We must give a shout out to to Big and Annie who were so wonderful and sweet! They made our stay so special. The rooms were fantastic- the nicest I’ve ever stayed at. We had rooms with our own swimming pools and a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choices for local cuisine and they were able to make any of the entrees vegetarian for me ☺️

An oasis within the old city! A beautiful hotel with excellent service and attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant (breakfast, tea and dinner) the spa (jet leg and happy feet massages) and the pools (central and private room). Also loved the hotel’s tasteful decor with its beautiful gardens and floral touches throughout. A shout out to the door and front desk staff for their warm welcome and kindness and to Best and the other fantastic restaurant staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Staff did an impeccable job keeping everything clean and organized. We had breakfast and afternoon tea there, the presentation was impressive and tasted divine. Definitely a return trip top pick for me. Highly recommend

The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The pool area was beautiful and breakfast included was excellent. Atmosphere was so relaxing. Room and bathroom were large and refreshed every day. Walking distance to everything as it’s in the Old City inside the walls and only 10 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again

더 깔끔하고 웅장한 호텔들도 많았지만, 화이트톤에 인테히어가 아주 편안한 분위기를 뽐내는 인서이드하우스 사진을 보고 바로 예약했습니다. 물론 비행기 이륙 전이어서 더 급하게 예약한 것도 있어요.ㅋㅎㅎ 공항 픽업/샌딩 서비스 제공 해 주는데 저는 체크인 6시간 전에 예약했기 때문에 픽업은 별도로 못 받았습니다. 1) 인테리어 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 안락하고 편안한 분위기. 그렇다고 정갈하지 못 하고 청결하지 않은 분위기도 아닙니다. 건물은 아담하고 작지만 아늑하고 부드러운 분위기에, 비가 오면 분위기가 더 좋아져요. 태국 특유의 연잎 모양 장식과 오리엔탈리즘과 현대식 건물구조가 잘 섞여 있고, 저는 욕조가 없는 가장 작은 방을 썼는데 그렇다고 해서 욕실이 작거나 하지 않았어요. 낮잠용 베드도 별도로 있고, 수납함이며 옷장이며 전부 원목으로 되어 있습니다. 2) 음식 이 호텔 예약할 때는 인테리어만 대충 보고 꽂혀서 했는데 체크인하고 보니 1일 2식 + 생수8병 + 과일 + 간식 계속 제공해 주는 대혜자 호텔입니다. 아침 조식은 뷔페가 아닌 메뉴선택식이고, 오후 1시~5시에는 애프터눈티 제공되는데 양이 풍성한 것은 아니지만, 제대로 차려주기 때문에 이 호텔 투숙하는 동안 외부름식은 저녁만 겨우 먹을 수 있을 정도였어요. 체크아웃 하는 날은 애프터눈티 제공 못 받으니까 체크아웃 완료 할 때 별도로 샌드위치도 한 박스 챙겨 줍니다. 끝까지 황송함..❤️ 3) 청결 발코니에 별도로 유리가 설치되어 있는 것도 아니고, 코튼으로 된 커튼만 덮혀 있는데도 도마뱀이나 모기, 벌레 안 들어왔어요. 호텔 주변으로 풀이 살짝 우거져 있는데도 불구하고 라따뚜이는 아침이고 낮이고 밤이고 새벽이고 발견하지 못 했는데 얼마나 청결하게 관리하는지 알 수 있었습니다. 수건에서도 이상한 냄새거 난다거나 하지 않았고 베딩도 매일 교체해 주세요. 외출하고 나면 욕실도 정말 항상 깔끔하고 물기제거가 잘 되어 있었어요. 4) 위치 위치는 타패게이트 안 올드시티에 위치 해 있어서 어딜 가든지 20분 내외면 올드시티 주요한 곳은 다 돌아보실 수 있습니다. 위치 굿굿. 볼트랑 그랩도 아주 잘 잡혀요. 5) 편리성⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4성급 호텔인데 일단 세탁비가 정말 저렴합니다. 어매니티도 모자라거나 더 필요하다고 메모 남기면 다 반영해서 하우스키퍼가 챙겨 주시고, 세탁비는 저렴해도 아주 훌륭하게 세탁 및 다림질 해 주셨어요. 여성 린넨바지 1벌 세탁&프레싱에 60바트 (한화 2500원) 정도 입니다. 그 외 속옷은 더 저렴.. 컨시어지서비스나 공항 픽업/샌딩 해 주고, 주변 관광지 소개도 다 해줍니다. 야외 테라스에서 식사하시는 경우, 너무 더워하면 무선 선풍기도 가져다주셔서 그나마 덥지 않았어요. 그리고 우산대여서비스 해 주시는데 별도로 장부도 안 적고요... 우산은 숙소 여기저기 많이 비치되어 있어서 우산이 없어서 외출하지 못 하거나 하지 않아요. 수파랑 수영장도 훌륭합니다.

The room and property were gorgeous and spotless. The staff were super friendly and spoke english. The breakfast and afternoon tea were decent and elegant. The location is also very close to the airport and within walking distance to many key locations in the area. My only disappointment was that our AC vent made clicking noises in the middle of the night so it kept waking us up. Along with that, if you book the junior pool suit, the water spout into the pool cannot be controlled and can get loud so that was kind of inconvenient for our sleep schedule.

This was an awesome stay. The room was very clean and the balcony bathtub was great and filled up quickly. There was a complementary champagne and beer in the room. The staff were exceptional. I had an early flight and they arranged for me to have a breakfast ready as soon as I went to the breakfast area, suggested what time I should leave for my domestic flight back to Bangkok, and arranged the taxi for me. Would definitely come back.

This hotel is so beautiful. Lanna colonial architectural style with immaculate details. Everything is all perfect during our stay. And the hotel staff are all so nice. We felt at home. Highly recommend.

El hotel es hermoso desde la entrada, el restaurante y por supuesto los cuartos. Me quedé en una villa con alberca y era como un sueño. La limpieza excelente y diario me ofrecían fruta fresca, y unos snacks en la hora del té. Excelente servicio por parte de todo el staff definitivamente regresaría.

Excellent service all around. Beautiful interiors. Breakfast and tea have superb food. My only drawback was size of room and lack of storage. You need to be resourceful. Bathroom on the other hand is huge. I would come back.

This place is a hidden gem. It is so beautiful with lots of thoughtful touches that make this an oasis of calm in a busy town. Service was very attentive and the food was fabulous. The bedding was very comfortable, but the bed was very firm. We loved how easy it was to get around to all the spots in the old city.

Loved The Inside House! We had three rooms - the waterfall suite and the pool suite. All were so cute. The layout of the waterfall suite was better but there was no shelving for belongings. There was an area to store your baggage but all my clothes were in a huge pile - not my style. The pool suite has an armoire. The ambiance and presentation of lunch and tea time were amazing! I tried a few new dishes they were excellent. The staff is very kind. My husband had a massage and he said they need a table with a face hole. I haven’t had a massage in Thailand yet. I don’t know if this is the standard. I read in other reviews the mattresses were firm my husband is saying they need new mattresses in a bad way. But I loved it there and enjoyed my stay!

The room and property were gorgeous and spotless. The staff were super friendly and spoke english. The breakfast and afternoon tea were decent and elegant. The location is also very close to the airport and within walking distance to many key locations in the area. My only disappointment was that our AC vent made clicking noises in the middle of the night so it kept waking us up. Along with that, if you book the junior pool suit, the water spout into the pool cannot be controlled and can get loud so that was kind of inconvenient for our sleep schedule.

This is my new fave hotel in Asia! Everything was so lovely from the staff, to the food, to thinking of everything a guest could need. The corner pool suite was quiet, spacious and treats were delivered each night during turn down. The welcome gift was immense and unexpected! The breakfast was always amazing and made to order. I had an early flight and they arranged for me to have a breakfast ready as soon as I went to the breakfast area, suggested what time I should leave for my domestic flight back to Bangkok, and arranged the taxi for me. Would definitely come back.

The staff were execeptional and the small touches such as packing us sandwiches for when we left, free minibar, cosmetics from L'Occitaine, fluffy slippers, fresh flowers everywhere every day just made it so special. There is a free afternoon tea every day which is magical and breakfast is amazing. I cannot praise this place enough.

This was my husband and is favorite hotel stay out of all the places we stayed in Thailand on our honeymoon. The staff was unbelievably attentive, helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful. If you’re thinking about getting one of the pool suites just do it! It was so worth it. They’re heated and make for the perfect relaxation activity after long days of exploring Chiang Mai. The location is excellent. So walkable to many restaurants, spas, etc.

The restaurant staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. The front desk was extremely helpful in providing cars, tuk tuks and any other forms of transportation you needed. They had great suggestions for other restaurants. The hotel is perfectly located to the Sunday market most of the Pagodas in downtown Chiang Mai, shopping and restaurants. We loved this hotel! I had a very restful stay at the inside house for 3 nights. I booked a double room with balcony. Room was spacious, very clean, with good air conditioning, shower water pressure and blackout curtains that kept the room dark. Room was tastefully furnished, with an emphasis on traditional Thai design. The bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, and a turn firm service offered in the evening’s. Mini bar beverages and snacks were complimentary. The room came with an alacarte buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. The kitchen was good, and meals were delicious. I especially appreciated the wide range of options including healthier versions like açai bowls, and Thai meals like a very tasty longan pork rib noodle soup. The hotel is well situated in the old city, and features a lovely courtyard with a giant bodhi tree. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel. Tip: if you are sensitive to street noise as I am, ask for a room facing the back of the property.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Inside House Chiang Mai! The unique rooms, amenities, and the staff’s attention to detail made our first visit so memorable. The grounds are stunning and centrally located to many cafes and restaurants in Old City. We will definitely stay again during our next visit to Chiang Mai.
