We have stayed here before. Although beds seemed harder than we remembered, but were still comfortable. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Food selection decent, hot food was hot, cold food cold. Pool and hot tub were clean and working.

Low end hotel. I waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in. The room was antiquated and hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The gym was a disaster: the universal machine was out of order and the treadmill was out dated and wouldn't turn on. My wife is allergic to animal dander- she sneezed all night. The dog across the hall barked all night- so apparently animals are allowed. This hotel is fit for animals- not people.

Excellent service at both the reception desk and the breakfast service in the morning. If you didn’t see something that you wanted for breakfast, you just had to ask. The pool was working and very nice but the hot tub wasn’t working. There was water and you could get in the hot tub but the water was the same temperature as the pool. The hotel was aware of the problem—they told us at check-in. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon. The hotel was right next to I-75 and only about fifteen minutes away from downtown Frankenmuth. Despite the hotel’s proximity to the highway, we didn’t hear any highway noise and slept fine. This was a great hotel stay overall and we will definitely return.

Mosquitoes in the area are terrible Had been attacked by multiple swarms of mosquitoes and have never experienced mosquitoes like that before in Michigan. Booked the room for two nights for the gym and the pool and all the equipment in the gym was busted. The hot tub was cool but a family with kids chose to hog that and the pool for 2hours and thought throwing a penny in the water rite by us while we’re sitting on the edge of the pool and having their kids cannon ball rite in front of us. The toilet was trash too have to flush five times for water to go down and the sink had a rusty oven mit zip tied to it.

Ok value for our stay. Pool was a nice extra. The facilities are generally pretty tired and in need up a makeover. Room was clean and tidy and fairly well maintained.

The room was distgusting, as soon as you walked in - it smelled horrible. There was food caked on the head boards, tooth paste all over the mirror and walls. There was dirty underwear on the ground at the front desk, and the front desk guy passed it idk how many times before he picked them up. It smelled like rotten milk as soon as you walked in the front door. The fridge was filthy with an odor. The microwave maybe hasnt been cleaned in YEARS & smelled like blown up hot dogs. There was only 2 great staff members, and I only caught the name of one. Yolanda was in the breakfast area in the morning and was helpful to everyone! She had a smile, and saying 'Good Morning' to everyone. She was helpful, and quick to replace food that went out. Other then her, the front desk maintence guy in the morning was extremely nice as well. Outside of them 2, the place was distgusting and terrible! Absolutely NEVER again!

For 158.00??? lol---the jacuzzi was barley warm and gross, the walls at the exits were crumbling away, there were at least 7 sightings of bed bugs in room 237. the staff was eating breakfast at 945 off the continental, the paint was worn in the interior, the sign was ripped to pieces on the outside, the carpets in the hallways and rooms smelled so rancid. used shampoo room. pillow smelled like the last guy. i would never return and may never use a Baymount again or Wynduam. so sad. i travel alot to.

While the staff were kind, the hotel just overall seemed unkempt. The room smelled slightly moldy, there were marks on the walls, the carpet in the room felt sticky and the elevator carpet was dirty. I get it wasn't a more expensive hotel so we got what we paid for, I suppose. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. We couldn't hear the other people in the hotel so that was a plus. And the continental breakfast was decent for the one day we had it. I give it 3 stars overall.

It was ok. Very small room. Could have used some updating . Wasn’t horrible but for price I was expecting a little nicer. Especially as much as they up the weekend rate. Week days are reasonable.

Older hotel, carpet in hallway needs replacing. Room had an odor. Room was clean so I'm not sure what it was but smelled very musty. Air conditioner wouldn't go down passed 68 and there is no way that it was 68 in our room. Felt more like 74ish. We heard every footstep that the people on top of us did. Super annoying so if you don't mind hearing that.

Just an average hotel room for a night while we were passing through. Bed was good. Breakfast was what you'd expect except I wish there was fruit or something healthy. The thing that was terrible was the water pressure in the shower.

The hotel was clean from the lobby up to the room. Our only complaint was the beds & pillows. The mattress was hard as a board & the pillows were firm squares. I had one that was a little softer. We ran into housekeeping in the AM so we let them know about the problems. She stated the pillows were in the process of being changed. That's a start!

we were not told that you only clean every three days. Needless to say, our room needed cleaning at least daily. No beds made for 3 days, and trash was emptied daily.... not exactly good housekeeping. we had one .75 ounce shampoo bottle for 3 days and one very small bar of soap for 3 days no one replaced any bathroom supplies we had to ask for new towels, and we were told by the Manager at the desk, we needed to bring down our dirty towels and they would be replaced. poor people skills by management. Can not recommend this place and will never return here .... it was supposed to be a 44 th anniversary trip for us.... to bad this was where we were recommended to stay for 3 days.....Should have stayed elsewhere , as should you!!

Check in was a lil irritating. The housekeeping staff were so nice. The woman that does the breakfast in the morning was AMAZING! Our room was clean, and exactly what we needed for 2 nights. Jacuzzi in room worked well.

The front entry wasn’t the cleanest. The front desk lady and her mom were busy feeding her kids and grand kids so they were not attentive. Had to ask 3 times to get a yogurt. No meat with breakfast, snarky lady said “ there is sausage gravy for meat”. I will NOT stay here again.

The property was clean , the room was cozy with a comfy bed. The surroundings was very quite, I felt safe. I also enjoyed walking to restaurants for breakfast and lunch . Overall, I will stay again .

We had a jacuzzi suite and The room was nice with plenty of room. There are a couple of reasons for only 4 stars. First the jacuzzi tub had a soap film on it that would have been easy to clean, if an attempt had been made. Secondly, the breakfast was a little lacking. Kind of on the sparse side but, at least there was something. The pancake machine wasn’t working. There is a Cracker Barrell basically on the premises. The location is convenient to the interstate, gas stations and Frankenmuth without the Frankenmuth prices. Overall it was an ok place to stay and I would stay there again.

Room was clean, staff where very pleasant and helpful! Great hot and cold breakfast with scrambled egss, sausage, pancakes and waffles. Found the pillows was too puffy for me but my husband thought they where fine. Less then 10 mins to Frankenmuth and room prices way more affordable! Definitely will stay at baymount our next time visiting Frankenmuth!

Staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Dave at the front desk is such a kind soul and was exceptionally polite and welcoming. The hotel entrance was clean and inviting. Our room was on the second floor, just two doors down from the elevators. The room was clean but could definitely benefit from some updating. The bathroom was quite small, with the shower and toilet in a separate room from the sink and counter area, which personally isn’t my preference. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, although the pillows were better than most. The room itself was quiet, but regulating the temperature was a bit challenging. The complimentary breakfast could offer a few healthier options, but overall, it was good.
