Everyone is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is phenomenal! They serve a happy hour meal 3 evenings a week which is also very good. Room was spacious. Beds comfy. Kitchenette with full size frig, ice maker, coffee pot. Did not use the pool but the gym is the best I've ever used in a hotel. Cardio machines overlooking a grassy field complete with deer! Free weights from light to very heavy. Mats, balls, bands, benchs, even a bosu. They cracked the code. Stay here!

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, we even had free laundry to do yourself plenty of washer and dryers, very nice fitness room right next to laundry so you can work out while you wait, nice pool, a little cool though, nice hot tub a little strong on chlorine but we lived it! Free breakfast and on Monday to Wednesday they do a social couple of hours with a light dinner, wine, beer, soda, coffee, tea! It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities! Great place we would stay there again!

Honestly probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in especially considering what I paid. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The laundry is complimentary. The breakfast bar has a lot of choices; plus on certain evenings they offer a complimentary dinner (it’s one choice) and drinks (yes, alcoholic beverages. And yes, I said complimentary.). There’s a really nice patio and fire pit. The pool/hot tub area is really nice. Our room was spacious and the kitchenette was awesome. I will say that the kitchen could use more serve ware and flatware as our room could easily sleep 5 or 6 but there was only 3 of everything. This was a stop on a longer trip so we wanted somewhere we could prepare meals. There is a Walmart right across the street which is helpful for restocking on a road-trip. The hotel isn’t in a pedestrian neighborhood but the downtown area was cute. Breakfast isn’t served until 6:30 and we were looking to be in the road earlier than that and the staff allowed us to have whatever they had out already and were really nice. The evening staff were also super nice and helpful. They all need to be tipped generously! I’ve never heard of Staybridge before and didn’t have particularly high expectations but I would definitely seek it out in the future. Another guest I spoke with had a similar opinion. I hope they’re all this great!

We enjoyed our stay. The daily breakfast was great and we loved the Monday-Wednesday dinners as well! The room was clean and inviting. The pool was cold and the pool area and hot tub could use some cleaning. Other than that, we lived our stay.

This was a great hotel. My family and I loved it for several reasons. Firstly, it was large, comfortable, and clean. Secondly, the hotel was very generous. They provided a social on Monday-Wednesday with a light dinner included. They also had the typical complimentary breakfast and water for us when we checked in. There was a little quiet area for playing cards or for reading. Guest laundry was free, but on the day that we visited, I had to wait over an hour to use a machine because many other guests wanted to wash as well. There were about 5 machines, however, and the room was nice, so I did work on my computer while I waited. The attached fitness room also provided options for people to exercise while they waited for their laundry. I would suggest booking this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable, satisfying evening while they travel.

This hotel was super clean. They included a lot of extras in the room and the breakfast was a little different everyday. We loved having a kitchen in our room so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. There was plenty of open space around the hotel to walk the dog. Would highly recommend - we are looking to stay at other Staybridge Suites in the future!

The common areas and our room were very clean, but they did not show up for “light cleaning” even though they said it was routine M-F. The trash cans were overflowing after 2 days. Ugh.

I have never reviewed a hotel, but this one was so good that I have to recommend it to other travelers. It was so quiet and clean. I have never slept better at a hotel in my life. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice, great amenities, and breakfast was tasty. The A/C unit in the room was very noisy. It made falling asleep difficult for me, even with ear plugs.

The room was clean. The trash truck arrived on property at 5:00 and banged the dumpster around waking us up too early. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room. However, the motor on said frig was loud and would run at midnight, 4:00 am, etc. These two incidents did not allow a guest a restful night of sleep.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice little kitchen area. Only had dishes for 3 which matched our reservation. Better breakfast than most hotels in the same price range. As usual with 3rd party bookings we had a nondesireable room, located above the pool area. But we could barely hear the noise.

Was as expected, clean, comfortable beds. We would likely stay again if in the area. Only complaint was that we couldn't get the curtains to stay 100 percent closed so it was not all the way dark, with bright parking/street lights.

Stay here and you'll never stay anyplace else. Always perfect, we stay here every time we're in Rapid CIty. Fantastic staff in all areas; check in desk, grounds maintenance, breakfast personnel (the most wonderful team you'll ever meet), security, and room cleaners. Absolutely every different staff member we encountered for 5 days was friendly, thoughtful, helpful and PLEASANT no matter what time of day. We get spoiled staying here!!

The staff and service at this hotel were just wonderful. So courteous and helpful. Especially appreciated the manager of the free breakfast every morning. He happily greeted and chatted with people as they came in for breakfast and the breakfast each morning was wonderful! We loved staying at this Staybridge. Also very reasonably priced.

We loved our stay here. It wan newly updated and very clean. Loved the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Located near shopping. Breakfast was good and the gentleman that was one of the servers was very personable and helpful.

We loved our stay here. It wan newly updated and very clean. Loved the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Located near shopping. Breakfast was good and the gentleman that was one of the servers was very personable and helpful.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was a little small and the temperature was extremely hot but there were many other areas in the hotel with common space for gathering if you’re traveling with others. The breakfast was top notch. Lots of options and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My husband did go to the front desk to get a new room key and the front desk staff handed him a new key, no questions asked. All he had to do was state our room number, and not give a name or show identification. So if safety is of any concern this may not be your top choice.

Check-in was horrible, I tried to pay on cash for room and put the incidental charges on my card and was told I couldn't, I do it all the time at other places so was confused why I couldn't. The next day went to get fresh towels after our event and saw 2 couples check-in pay cash and pit incidentals on a card. I asked if they could do that and the attendent different from the night before said of course you can, when I checked out this morning the attendent again different from the others asked if I was payimg in cash and I said no you already took the money from my card and told her what happened and she said sorry that I was told that. The breakfast was great, great service and friendly staff for most of the trip.

Very nice accommodations and probably the best breakfast buffet in 50 years of traveling! The manager of the buffet makes it a point to speak to everyone and the food is not your typical buffet food at a hotel. Very convenient to the airport as well!

An excellent experience! The breakfast menus were amazing and the real bonus was we were offered evening meals. We partook in one and it was delicious. It had great amenities and easy access to lots of things.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is phenomenal! They serve a happy hour meal 3 evenings a week which is also very good. Room was spacious. Beds comfy. Kitchenette with full size frig, ice maker, coffee pot. Did not use the pool but the gym is the best I've ever used in a hotel. Cardio machines overlooking a grassy field complete with deer! Free weights from light to very heavy. Mats, balls, bands, benchs, even a bosu. They cracked the code. Stay here!

We enjoyed our stay. The daily breakfast was great and we loved the Monday-Wednesday dinners as well! The room was clean and inviting. The pool was cold and the pool area and hot tub could use some cleaning. Other than that, we lived our stay.

Room was good and pet friendly. We had our large dog and plenty of space for her. The breakfast was not as good this time as we have had in the past at the same hotel, but still decent. Items ran out and weren't replenished. The spa is comfortable, but the chlorine level was harsh and burned our eyes and noses. Overall, we do like this hotel because its pet friendly and we can cook food in our room or on the patio. Its a good family choice.

Our second time there. Perfect suites for the two of us plus our lab and golden retriever. The only noticeable issue was carpet pulling up from hallway and stairs, and flooring in our bathroom starting to buckle.

Positive parts: We loved the happy hour/breakfast staff. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful and did a wonderful job. ******* Negative parts: We had bugs in our room both dead and living. When mentioned to the desk, we were asked if we had pictures which we did and were shown. The response then was on, sorry. We went to the desk at one time during the morning of our checkout and the young lady cared more about taking a sip of her coffee than helping us. We also (prior to discovering the bug issue), went online and booked a second night and received a a phone call about an hour and a half later with a message that said that they were booked and have been, they dont have a room for us, they dont know how this happened and will call the third part booking app to talk to them. I called later after receiving the message and spoke to someone and they had to call the hotel who hadn't called in (hours later) and then daid they were on the phone then calling.

Best hotel we've stayed at; very clean, breakfast was amazing, free laundry machines, extremely comfortable beds, very nice pool and hot tub. It was also only about a 30 minute easy drive to mount rushmore so also very convenient location.
