オシャレで、夜景が綺麗‼️ 朝食も美味しくいただきました。 羽田空港までのシャトルバスがとてもありがたいと思います。 大浴場が、あるので身体もほぐれて、ゆっくりと寝る事が出来ました。

Shuttle very punctual. Laundry was very convience. Hotel clean & service great. Public bath was relaxing. Many amenities available for no cost. Will visit again.

Lovely spotless room overlooking the river and very close to the airport. Location can’t be beat! Very very nice onsen and a small gym. Dinner options are in the hotel only. Not much else within walking distance. But the food was really great. Predominantly European food options. Breakfast buffet was not as good as others we’ve had in hotels in Japan.

Great lovely modern hotel close to Haneda Airport. Excellent service and a public bath that was super relaxing. The rooms are some of the biggest you will find in Tokyo area and the amenities too. Loved it!

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, but the place appeared to be only half open - the bar closed very early, the adjacent bar/restaurant was closed, the roof terrace was closed (which is one of the reasons I booked) and the bathing area was only open for two hours in the morning. All very disappointing. There is however a free and very reliable shuttle bus to and from Kawasaki station and the airport.

Hotel is wonderful. Everything about it, location, staff, room, amenities and the breakfast buffet. Also went to the onsen and it was great. Nice to have that after a long day out in the cold. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is one of the most convenient hotels of this vacation. They have their own personal shuttle bus that will take you to/from the hotel to Kawasaki Station. They have a bar, restaurants available in the hotel and the views are quite nice. They even have a shuttle to/from Haneda airport which is originally why I book this hotel. Our hotel was quite roomy compared to normal hotels in Tokyo so it was nice to lay out my check luggage across the floor.

Great feeling hotel. Friendly staff who were really helpful. The airport shuttle, included in the price, is ideal for getting to the airport. Most sustainable hotel we stayed in during our time in Japan. Room felt modern and clean. The shower was lovely. Good facilities onsite but we weren't around long enough to enjoy them - public bath, renting a bike etc.. The only con is accessing the hotel from other parts of Tokyo if you are staying for more than getting to/from the airport and it is quite a long walk from the metro station with cases.

フロントスタッフが皆さん不機嫌。羽田空港を利用するだけに宿泊するのであれば良いですが、観光をするのであればシャトルが１時間に一本で川崎駅まで約20-25分かかるので、駅前に泊まった方が断然効率が良いです。部屋は傷だらけで、テーブルに置いてある鏡が以前宿泊された方のお化粧のついた手でベトベト触った後があり気持ち悪かったので交換していただきましたが、また同じような鏡だったのでフロントに電話をしましたが10分以上繋がらないのでフロントまで行き説明をして拭いていただきました。清掃が日本人だったら気づくところ、行き届いていないところを見ると外国の方を雇っているのかなと思いました。良いところは写真映えするところと、大浴場、バスの運転手さんはどなたも優しく丁寧なサービスだったところです。泊まる価値はないので駅前をおすすめします。

珈琲パックも付いていて嬉しかったです。 紅茶もいくつかパックがありこれも良きです。 一点、他の部屋はわかりませんが、シャワーヘッドがカルキによって目詰まりを起こしており、要らぬ方向に飛んでいました。清掃必須かと。また、シャワーを壁側に向けると、浴槽の縁を流れてバスルーム全体に水が流れてしまうため、バスマットまで濡れてしまいます。 気になった点です。 全体的にこの価格帯でこの品質であればまた利用させて頂きたいと思いました。

Room is clean and tidy. Basic but good enough for a night stay. What stands out is the view of Tama river and the serenity of the area. Complimentary shuttle bus services to the Kawasaki station and Haneda airport is very much appreciated. There are 2 gentlemen that was helping with the loading of the luggages during the first shuttle service to Haneda airport at 0520hr which leave a deep impression. The driver and another gentleman was actively organising the luggages and the guests to be seated with patience. Thereafter, the driver made a personal touch to announce the airport terminal information as driving towards the airport with clear tone and positive vibes. I truly appreciate and respect his professionalism. My best regards to this 2 gentlemans and the rest of the team of the hotel. Thank you.

The room is small but functional. It’s not good for 2 people. They provide basic necessities. No coffee maker, hairdryer, ironing board and iron in the room. You need a room card to use the elevator.

This was the first time staying here and we loved it! Hotel has this industrial charm about it. It's located in an industrial area across from Haneda. Free shuttle to and from was seamless. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. Room met all our needs. Public onsen is a must. Staff was very help and friendly. Breakfast buffet was a hit! Will definitely be staying here again.

Compared to the boxes I was staying in in Tokyo Kawasaki was refreshing to actually have some breathing space !

離機場很近飯店裝潢現代時尚，且有大澡堂可放鬆，房間空間寬敞，除了隔音稍微差一點點之外都很好

We picked a room facing airport and able to see airport's traffic and was a good choice. We were able to see people running and fishing in the park next to the hotel. Hotel shuttle arrangements were great to the airport and Kawasaki train station. Room size was not big but comfortable comparing to other hotels in Japan/Tokyo. Staffs, shuttle drivers, breakfast staffs were are nice and provided great help/services with no barrier of English/Japanese. Thanks to all, we have great stay and caught our early flight. Definitely we stay again next time.

Only benefit is close to the airport. Other than that, not recommended as staff members are not that polite and no water bottle and very small rooms with very limited equipment. Also the shuttle but is extremely small and you may not get in as first come basis and no reservations are allowed. I won’t use this hotel again.

Stayed one night. Long queue at the reception and waited 20min to check-in. Staffs were super great and friendly. Room was clean and tidy and public bath was good and clean too. Come back to stay for sure.

Excellent pre flight home stop. We arrived at the hotel early and were offered a free shuttle ride into Kawasaki and back until our room was ready which we were very grateful for! Also given a free shuttle ride to the airport the next morning. Lovely hotel ethos, spacious, clean, welcoming, friendly with great hotel amenities on offer! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This hotel is a sort of gem in the wilderness. It is brand new, located in a mostly industrial park area with few choices for food except at the hotel. It’s called The Warehouse for good reason. The first floor lobby, cafes, and the rooms have industrial design elements. I was very pleased when I arrived and checked in there’s also a free hourly shuttle to and from Haneda. I went to Haneda to look around and get some sake to pack. When I returned later in the evening, the fifth floor restaurant last order was 19:30 and the downstairs Café was closed. They show their nice patio with Airport view, but it is disappointing that it closes at 8 o’clock! I wanted to have a beer out there enjoying the airport view. This is a layover hotel, so I presume guests come in late afternoon or evening. I think closing down the restaurant that early is a huge disservice for such an otherwise great hotel. There are few options for eating outside of the hotel. I found one - only Japanese no English menu - it was great for me but for other non-Japanese-speaking travelers when they check in after 19:30 there’s no eating options so they have to wait for the morning breakfast! The downstairs lobby had free coffee from 5PM to 11AM but both machines were empty of water. If you use the shuttle to go to Haneda and return to the hotel take a photo of the times as there is no information elsewhere. At Haneda Terminal3 you have to go to the charted bus area, but there’s no signage about pickup times.

The hotel was impeccable, room was comfy and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even had essentials available of all sorts if you forgot something (hair tie, brush, toothpaste..). Very thoughtful establishment! Loved the E-bike rental opportunity too-it was fun! I will say the only drawback was location to Tokyo where most ventures and tourist activities were; Ubers were about 30 minute trips and train was about 60 minutes to get there.

Very close to the airport, even walking distance from Terminal 3 though I did not try due to rain. However it is kind of a corporate park with little charm to the area. It is nice to be on a river, even if it is an industrial river. It was perfect for my needs, which was a quick overnight between international flights. I would definitely stay there again, though the lack of dining options were a concern. There is a 7-11 almost next door.

In an industrial part of Kawasaki, but was good for their shuttle bus to Haneda airport departures.

Perfect location if arriving very late to Tokyo or if leaving very early in the morning. Property is located in a Business Park. Location is just 5 minutes drive by taxi from Terminal 3 or about 15 minutes drive to Terminal 2. There is also a train station about 16 min walking from the hotel. From there to Yokohama takes approx 36 to 45 minutes depending on train route (cost is about Y300). There are also 2 7/11 walking distance from the hotel.

Overall a comfortable stay but the lack of restaurant and food options because we arrived around 10pm was a big let down.

Breakfast was great

The front desk staff and the wait staff on the 5th floor restaurant was very unpleasant. They were unkind and NOT helpful at all. There's limited dining that only serves mostley american food. I would think they would serve a lot more Japanese food.

Airport shuttle was right outside the hotel! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Walls are a bit thin, but I still slept soundly through the night. Would recommend this hotel the most for the dining options! TREX Restaurant is superb.

A marvelous hotel not far from Haneda Airport with a beautiful; view. There's a shuttle that goes to and from the airport making it easy to get to. My stay was short but very relaxing. The rooms are a bit more spacious than the previous hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The breakfast buffet is a great spread with plenty of choices. I hope to try the onsen next time I stay!

Hotel and room were very clean, spacious and modern. The shuttle to Kawasaki station and airport are a plus. Quality restaurant food. Pizza was true Italian quality. Got Mt. Fuji view from the river side of the hotel. Bicycle and fishing gear rental are a plus. Good hotel amenities. Would definitely stay there again.
