Das Mobiliar ist alt und abgewohnt, aber sauber Das Bad müsste renoviert werden (Badewanne mit Duschvorhang) Der Garten wurde schon sehr lange nicht gepflegt. Die Treppe zum Pool wurde von langen Zweigen bewachsen

Nous avons vraiment apprécie nos vacances dans cette maison avec une vue incroyable. La cuisine extérieure, la grande piscine, le quartier tout était réunis. L'extérieur de cette maison est un vrai plus, la maison est également bien équipée. a l'intérieur cela demanderait un petit coup de rafraîchissement de style

We enjoyed our stay in this villa, it has incredible views and is in a quiet, hillside location surrounded by other villas only a short 5 minute drive to the coast, supermarket etc and less than 10 minutes to Moraira. A car is definitely needed to get around. The outside space of the villa is great however the inside does need some work. It's getting quite old now and needs some updating - there is no heating or cooling other than an open fireplace but no wood was provided. It was really cold in the house in Jan/Feb so we bought 2 heaters. The lamp stopped working in the living room one night. The hot water wasn't very hot and didn't even last long enough for one person to shower so we showered in the outside shower which had very hot water. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay, the Benissa coastline is stunning and we enjoyed some hikes in the area. The sunsets and ocean views from the apartment are what makes it!
