The Griile and Sparrow were closed that was disappointing. Also the elevators were quirky/weird. Until everyone figured out that the first number on top was the floor and the lower number was which elevator to expect. Sometimes it took quite a while for an elevator to arrive. Also not having a normal call button was odd. We were not the only ones who found the elevators difficult. As we all stood waiting for the same elevator the same complaint whether younger or older the elevators were weird to operate and seemed to take a long time. The day we were leaving elevators operating more quickly. In our room 1118, the sliding door to the bathroom appeared to be stuck. You should def fix that. Also no bathmat in shower. Some might not mind but I am of an age where slipping is to be avoided. Finally only two each of towels. I said two people in room so maybe be a little freer w towels, or ask at check in if someone might need extra towels. We were there for two nights but slept in the next day and when cleaning crew came by I asked them to make bed, I guess they did not understand and we t on and disappeared. The people at front desk were nice but when I asked a young lady @ getting a cab to cruise port she said the hotel didn’t do that and we should call Uber. If she had mentioned talking to the bellmen or people at front of hotel door it would have been much easier. After we arranged for a car the guys and gal at front door were happy to help. Seems like growing pains
