Very clean and well taken care of. The staff was excellent and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The view of the pyramids and Sphinx wasamazing.

Moses was very helpful, great view. The only issue was no Wifi. But everything else was great 👍

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Hamed, Ali and Moses. Myself and my 9 year old, spent 2 nights here and probably should have spent more my son didn't want to leave. If you want to wake up each morning and see a pyramid out your window it's worth the few extra pounds. Tip don't buy tickets for the light show as you get a better view from the roof top restaurant. Again just shkran from Stephen and Aiden

You cannot beat the view if you have a pyramid-view room. In the morning you can see camels in the street. It's a nice enough hotel...I would say it's a 3* hotel. It's dated but gives the experience of being in Egypt. The rooftop restaurant has the breathtaking view of the pyramids. Breakfasts are amazing. Food is very reasonably priced and the wait staff are great.

The location and the views of the pyramids was fantastic. The service was excellent. The rooftop dining was terrific. The only negative that I have is the lack of an elevator.

I recommend staying at Panorama Pyramids Inn. The staff is very welcoming and treat you sumptuously. Breakfast on the terrace is great and Hassan looks after you in every possible way. There’s no elevator but the staff members went above and beyond by carrying our luggage for us. We got offered free welcome drinks, bottles of water, free minibar and complementary souvenirs – all this was outstanding and proof of their great hospitality. You have an incredible view of the pyramids and can see the Sounds and Lights show in the evenings from the rooftop restaurant – prices for dinner meal are reasonable. Wi-Fi in the room was OK. At night you may hear noises, but this doesn’t change the fact that this place is really good value for money.

Les services de voitures à la journée était de qualité. La chambre était confortable et propre. La vie du rooftop est simplement exceptionnelle. This was such a great hotel! The view from our balcony was incredible. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. There’s no elevator and one of the staff members, Alibabba, carried our luggage for us and made sure we had everything we needed. On the rooftop Hassan took great care of us serving an incredible breakfast that was included in the stay. Our welcome drinks were also delicious. The Wi-Fi was down and staff even helped share hotspots for us. Everyone was amazing and very hospitable. Would stay here again!

Réservation pour 2 nuits -3 adultes . A l'arrivée chambre non prête. Chambre non conforme a la description Chambre sans fenêtres. Le personnel tres gentille. Mais l'état de lHotel ne change en rien, a éviter. Le menage n'est pas fait. Poubelles non vides. Serviettes en tres mauves etat

Total verdreckt, sehr sehr hellhörig!!! Jaulende Hunde die ganze Nacht, bis spät in die Nacht betrieb auf dem Rooftop sehr sehr laut, ein Handtuch für 2 Personen, total verdrecktes Bad, nicht mal ein Stuhl zum ablegen der Kleider!!!Pluspunkt bester Blick auf die Pyramiden vom eigen Balkon im Zimmer, man kann beim Dinner (Hamburger und Pommes kein Alkohol erhältlich) die light und soundshow der Pyramiden (kostet normal 25€ pro Person) kostenlos aus bester Lage genießen.

Meravigliosa vista sulle piramidi che ti ripaga dai dintorni. Hotel semplice, gestito da locali. Pulizia delle camere ottima così come il ristorante sul roof e il gentile cameriere Hassam. L’ascensore non c’è. Non vi aspettate dì più di un semplice posto dove dormire.

My experience at this hotel can only be described as an unmitigated disaster. Right from the start, things spiraled downhill. Despite confirming an early check-in, I was told on arrival it wasn’t possible and was forced to book an additional night in a disgracefully dirty room. The toiletries? Used. The bedding? Questionably stained. Having been promised a room move by noon the next day, the goalposts kept shifting. First, it was 3pm. Then, they had the audacity to suggest we might remain in that same dismal room, a far cry from what we’d actually paid for. The alternative? A subpar hotel that couldn’t hold a candle to our original booking in terms of view or quality. We graciously accepted, thinking it would be a temporary solution. Wrong. The runaround continued the next day with more broken promises. To add insult to injury, upon returning to the original hotel, they had the nerve to say our room wasn’t available AGAIN. The debacle was never-ending. In the end, we had to move to another hotel, costing us both time and money. The cherry on top? Their miserly refund offer of 2 nights out of a 6-night stay we NEVER experienced. And if the booking fiasco wasn’t enough, the state of the linens and the quality of the beds were absolutely appalling. To all prospective guests: steer clear. Save your money, time, and sanity. This hotel is not worth the ground it’s built on. And let me add: there are a plethora of other hotels around that are infinitely more deserving.

This is now the 5th different hotel I have stayed in across from the pyramids. This will be the only one I stay in from here on out! The staff was great and the rooms were clean and they didn’t try to up sale me on anything.

Als erstes: Das Personal war super freundlich und stets bemüht. Das kann allerdings den Gesamteindruck nicht aufwiegen. Der Putz kommt von der Decke, an den Fensterrahmen scheint das Licht durch und die Dusche ist windschief. Sicher darf man keinen westlichen Standard erwarten aber das war auch für ägyptische Verhältnisse fragwürdig. Die Polster auf der Terrasse waren fleckig, das gegrillte Hähnchen und das Schisch Kenap zäh. Der Zimmerkühlschrank war laut und die Steckdosen auf Höhe der Matratze hinter dem linken Bettteil verbaut. Das Zimmer war aber picobello sauber und die Kellner sehr aufmerksam.

Io ho prenotato camera tripla Deluxe per avere una camera un po' più spaziosa che costava circa 10 euro in più che la matrimoniale standard. Ma quando sono arrivata ci hanno messo nella standard. Quando ho detto che io ho prenotato la tripla Deluxe mi hanno detto che hotel è full. E che domani vedono se si libera qualcosa. Ho detto com'è possibile? Io la stanza l'ho prenotata 2 mesi fa. Da quel giorno doveva essere assegnata a me! Invece niente. Poi leggo le recensioni della gente a quale hanno fatto upgrade gratis! Quindi a quanto pare è meglio pagare la stanza base e magari dopo essere fortunati che ti fanno upgrade in una migliore. Che come me pagare di più ed essere messi in una peggiore. Un altra cosa che nessuno specifica:Le camere che non sono con piramides view,non hanno finestre. Solo una "finestra" che da verso corridoio del hotel. La nostra neanche era fissata, proprio stava su per miracolo con tutti i spifferi. Quindi dal corridoio senti tutto. Quindi non è solo che non hai il view,ma proprio non hai la finestra che da al esterno. Per poter ariegare la camera! Ma come si fa? Come si fa a proporre hotel con camere senza finestra? Per fortuna non abbiamo avuto la maledizione di Tutanchamone... Altrimenti non riesco ad immaginare il disagio del odore in stanza. Veramente inaccettabile. Unica cosa positiva,a parte la vista dalla terrazza sul tetto veramente spettacolare,erano i letti molto comodi e acqua in bottiglia a disposizione sempre.

No airport transfer as advertised. And surprise room, with no window, and only one double bed to share with my twenty year old son. Otherwise, good service and loads for food.

The hotel is situated very close to the pyramids which is great and the breakfast is also very big and tasty. We booked a room that didnt face the pyramids and there was no window in the room facing outside, just a small one facing the hallway. There is very insulation so you can hear other doors opening and closing that continued throughout the night. The room was also dated, with an old bathroom and decor. The price for food and the day trips were also a bit pricy.

A vista do roof top do hotel é incrível, as comidas disponíveis são ótimo e têm um bom preço. Hotel reformado recentemente com quartos novos e confortáveis. A localização vale pela vista, mas é um bairro que deixa uma sensação de insegurança muito grande, fica bem na saída do complexo das pirâmides. Distante do centro do Cairo, transporte é complicado, os modistas de Uber recusam corridas pagas por cartão de crédito e quando vc coloca a opção por dinheiro ficam tentando negociar o valor da corrida pelo chat, ou seja, a melhor opção é contratar um motorista pra ficar com vc o dia todo. A minha grande insatisfação fica pelo fato de que falaram que iriam fazer um upgrade do meu quarto e na verdade me mudaram de hotel, sem minha autorização para um quarto pior. Quando eu reclamei afirmaram que estava cheio. Achei desrespeitoso. O gerente tentou amenizar nos presenteando com souvenir, mas nada q compensasse a insatisfação criada.

Ok, so this hotel apparently ticks all the boxes. Right next to the sphinx, roof terrace with restaurant overlooking the pyramids, clean rooms, great breakfast etc. Thats until you notice THE NOISE. You see, in this hotel you can have either a standard back room, without window and a claustrophobic atmosphere. Or you can opt for a superior front room overlooking the pyramids. But then you also overlook the parking area for tour buses that are idling throughout the day. In the afternoon and at night the dogs take over, huge packs of dogs fight it out, barking and howling. Add to this constant honking and street chatter and top it all off with paper thin walls and windows that doesn´t close, and you have the noisiest hotel experience I´ve ever had. The solution is to opt for a cell-like back room without window. The staff do their best to try to compensate this by eagerly offering service, welcome drink, being helpful etc. But this ended up feeling a little pushy. I was also disappointed to find out that instead of giving me accurate information about the opening hours for the pyramids ticket office, the reception staff tried to convince me to join their tour. (The ticket office opens at 7, not 8 as he insisted). In the end, I ended up moving to a different hotel in central Cairo, as the whole experience of being in Giza and the pyramids felt like a total tourist trap. Sadly this important historical site has become a kind of Disneyland, just without the rides.

Room was terrible and did not match the property photos. Luckily the rooftop restaurant was decent with impeccable view and service! Would not recommend this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The terrace view was breath taking, especially when the sun was setting behind the pyramids! I’m definitely happy we stayed in Giza, and not in Cairo, which is way too busy for me. You are much closer to sights from there. As far as the hotel goes, breakfast was absolutely amazing. The amount of food we got was insane and really yummy. The room was ok. We are a family of 5 so when we got a room with no windows (!) I was a little bummed out but didn’t feel like I could ask for a different room, maybe I could have. The staff was very nice and welcoming! The bathroom (sink and shower) leaked, so there was water all over ….. but we saw an other room that didn’t seem to have that issue, so it might have just been our room. Either way, I think issues like that are somewhat normal there, so no big deal for us. We’d go back again mostly because it was so convenient, calm, the evening view amazing and the staff was all very nice!

This hotel ruined my cairo honeymoon. Booked and paid for the luxury suite months in advance. 3 night stay. Arrived after a long day of travel and touring and my room was "unavailable". They made me pay for the transfer from the airport which they previously told me it was covered due to staying 3 nights. 700 EGP Given free dinner as an apology and a guarantee my room would be ready in the morning. Room was so tiny there wasn't even enough room to pass through with a suitcase. Told to pack up all our things and the staff would move them while we were out on our tour. I found the email where they told me they would cover the transfer and got my money back. Dinner took almost 90 min after we ordered. Arrived back exhausted after another day of touring to the same apologies about the room Told it was expedias fault. Not true. Given a room in the hotel next door, still not as nice as what I had booked but slightly bigger. However it was under construction which started early in the morning. Power went out, constant banging etc etc That hotel then told me we had to leave as the room was booked, offered the same closet back at the panorama again. No apologies, nothing. Called expedia, got a refund and moved to yet another hotel. So my honeymoon was spent packing and moving around, arguing with staff that didn't care and not enjoying the view from the balcony that I had booked and planned for. In short, there's a ton of hotels with views, avoid this one

We booked a Luxury Suite room but when we reached the hotel we were told that the particular room was already booked and someone was occupying it already. They gave me a downgraded room without any compensation. When I questioned about how double booking is possible for one room, they said it's a mistake by the website which I definitely don't agree with. If it was overbooked they had all the possibility to cancel it well in advance as I had booked a month ago. Looking at the earlier reviews I just noticed that this hotel has scammed many other guests in the same way. So I strongly suggest you to stay out of this hotel. I'm also making an effort to delist this hotel from Hotels.com.

The hotel did not have our rooms available that we had bought months in advanced. Our rooms were suppose to have pyramid views. They then moved us to another hotel which was further from the pyramids and did not have any views

Booked and fully paid for a 1 night stay at this property months for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, 7 and 4 years old. Paid for the top room they have with a pyramid view and 4 double beds, the luxury suite, as we had 3 birthdays out there. As we arrived to the hotel after a morning at the pyramids, sphinx and other bits we were told they had given our booked room to someone else as they had wanted a longer booking than what we had booked for. Offered us a room with a 1 double bed or a room with no windows as a substitute, absolutely no where near what we booked or big enough. All of this after a 6am flight from Hurghada and 2 young children. They were not interested in trying to rectify the situation and just offered to drop us at our follwing days trip to the Grand Museum for free, saving us about £2 insteaf of an Uber. Lost out on the tickets we paid for the follwing day at the museum as we had to fly back the same night. AVOID. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR BOOKING AND EVEN ADMITTED THEY DO THIS IF SOMEONE WITH A LONGER BOOKING REQUESTS THE ROOM. They should be ashamed doing this to a family with kids.

Overall it eas nice only one incident iIwant to mention we arrived at 1 am and with reservation , they didn't ha a room for us and try to give us a room in a hotel next door, but that hotel was sketchy and room was dirty and smell bad so we run out of back to panorama pyramids and I said you give me a room here or my money back, they told me to wait 30 minutes to clea a room and upgrade us with a nicer one after tha incidents the staying was very good

The good: Staff extremely helpful and nice, breakfast at the rooftop with Pyramids view - outstanding. Breakfast staff exceptional. Pyramids view from room not as good but still very nice. Right beside side entrance to pyramids, you can observe morning hassle of hustlers on camels and horses rushing their way to start another day herrassing tourists. Very real experience. The bad: we were placed in hotel next door not the booked hotel. Very noisy, impossible to sleep, paper thin walls. We were moved to another, smaller room with only one bed while out from hotel without warning with some items left in drawers. Next night they tried to move us again to even worst room without balcony but fortunately we were at hotel. Looks like they overbook then juggle customers hoping all will work out. Dodgy neighborhood.

This review is a mixed review I will explain reservations via hotels.com went great arrival and check in went great as well . Reception greets you well and treats you nice but as soon as you get there their object is to sale you tours. Their prices are a bit higher than the ones you can find on Viator app which I also recommend . Anyways we had our tours already reserved and did not buy anything from them . We also requested to add dates to our stay at our hotel they said yes it will be ok but came back with a price of 250 a night when we booked it was only 112 and they where not offering the same room which we had a view to the pyramids they wanted to give another room with no view at a higher price. Well we decided to look at hotels .com once more and saw they had the same room and the additional dates available for the same price so we booked it online once more . The following day we went on our tour and when we came back at the lobby we started talking about our day I sent my kids up to the room and wife and I stayed to tell them the we had made the bookings online and not direct to them they asked to make sure we picked the same room because they had the room booked already but we stated tha it was the same room . Ok we will check they said. By the time I got upstairs they had cancelled my reservation and made all other rooms unavailable to book only what they wanted now this booking was made with over 30 hours of difference from the time we told them . Mafia tactic

El hotel es bonito, limpio, demasiado bien ubicado frente a la boletería de las pirámides. Tenía temor sobre el entorno por todos los comentarios que leí, pero en el contexto de lo que es Giza, está muy bien, es muy seguro, está lleno de comercio en la zona, locales. El personal es muy amable, intentan ayudar en todo. Solo tuvimos algunas confusiones con el precio de los tour que me ofrecieron. Me ofrecieron algo que no se cumplió con el Tur del Cairo, pero finalmente fue un buen precio. La comunicación previa con el hotel no fue buena, no me respondían, por lo mismo esperamos más de 1 hora el transfer que me ofrecieron y que nunca llegó, pero me reembolsaron lo que pagué en un taxi hasta el hotel. Y otro problema es que no me dieron la habitación que yo reservé, me dieron una que no tenía balcón. A pesar de todos esos inconvenientes, nos gustó el hotel y la amabilidad de su personal.

I was not sure about staying here due to some bad reviews. It turns out that once you are in, there is no way to go wrong. The location couldn’t be better. Right in front of the sphinx. You are accompanied by the 3 pyramids, 24 hours a day, get to watch The “light and sound” show, almost daily. Of course it comes with the disadvantages when you don’t want it. The food are excellent! The staff are warm, friendly, and extremely helpful especially Mohammad (Tuffy), Ahmad, and Mazen. It is so very uplifting to know that young person like Tuffy who studied medicine in England is here and will continue his education when he earns enough fundings. Clearly, Egypt is going throug tough time, (garbage everywhere) but with these wonderful young people, they will rebuild their country. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. very much.

Regarding this hotel, I can say that everything is good, especially the view of the pyramids if you want to stay close to them. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. However, please note that if you are looking to book a tour, the hotel does offer tours, but I recommend booking through a website before your flight. The prices at the hotel are quite high, and the guide was not experienced, so it felt like a waste of money.

We love the welcome, ay the reception the huy who served us, explained very well, se really apareciste Moses atención, he was always ok the lookout for ya, AND ok the terrace at the breakfast the Walter was very friendly AND attentive, we highly recommend that you come here!!!

The hotel room was lovely and we had a beautiful view of the pyramids from our pyramid view room booking. The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff who work there are very friendly and helpful especially Hassan at the rooftop restaurant, Moses, and Yassir the concierge. Yassir was very informative on the first day about the area and available tours during the free welcome drinks. Everyone at the hotel has a high level of hospitality. You have an incredible view of the pyramids and can see the pyramids sounds and lights show most evenings from the rooftop restaurant. My husband and I enjoyed our time there and it’s amazing proximity to the pyramids was a bonus. The only issue was outside the hotel, the stray dogs in the streets can be a little bit noisy at night but I was prepared with earplugs and recommend bringing some to any hotel in the area.

Staff were all lovely, from Ola making checking in easy, Hassan with the amazing breakfasts, Ali making sure everything was clean and tidy. The location is superb, a one min walk to the necropolis plateau. The rooftop dining area has amazing views of the pyramids and sphinx, and you get to see the light and sound show from there for free. The hotel also can arrange tours for you and they do not pressure you into buying. Food was lovely, milkshakes are freshly made and awesome, free bottled water (needed in the heat). All in all, recommend highly.

아침 조식준비가너무느림. 음식이 다 안나와서 언제나오냐고 물어보니 10분 걸린다해서 기다렸는데안나옴. 10분 넘어도 안나와서 물어보니 또15분기다리라해서 그냥 안먹고 옴. 일찍체크아웃하는사람들은 조식도 제대로 못먹음. 그냥 나오는데 미안하다는 말도없음.
