Easy check in , friendly staff, good location! Very pretty property.

La estancia fue genial!!! Tuvimos un recibiendo sumamente amable, las instalaciones limpias, el cuarto genial y la ubicación es muy buena! Hay lugares para comprar cosas alrededor (supermercado, tiendas, café) El lugar super limpio, todo olía a jabón y lucia genial! Lástima que solo me quede por un día, me hubiera encantado quedarme más! Ampliamente recomendado

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte hier und da mal wieder renoviert und repariert werden. Sauberkeit der Zimmer in Ordnung.Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein beim Check in .

Beware, this place is not at all as described or as in the pictures! This is not a hotel or B&B directly on the lake. There is no reception and you have to call a random lady to check-in. This is an apartment with businesses within it (a massage parlour) and with random rooms rented out to travellers. Therefore, some people actually live here full time. It is also situated in a noisy neighborhood and constantly had cars and motorcycles racing by as well as people screaming early in the morning. We reserved 2 rooms 6 months in advance and upon our arrival only 1 room was mysteriously available. Two elderly members of our party were given the choice of a room in the attic during a heat wave or a small room in the massage parlour. These rooms were definitely not meant to be rented out. In the standard room that we did get, the amenities listed were not provided: the wifi was not working, there was no coffee machine and the kettle had old water from prior to our visit. There were also flies coming up from the drain pipes in the bathroom. We tried to reach out to the property manager but did not receive any response during our stay. We chose to stay one night regardless as it was too late to find anything else available last minute in the area. The only decent part was a friendly maid that hurried to try to get the rooms ready and a man that said he was “friends” with the property manager who helped us get our rooms.

Spacious room and access to kitchen facilities. Very handy to transport- buses, trains and ferry. Great cafe and food store nearby. Minimally furnished and only one towel for 4 days. Bedding smelt of tobacco smoke and not sure how clean the bedlinen was especially duvet and pillow. No response to my messages.
