Overall I Really Enjoyed My Stay. My check in process did cause some irritation. My reservation was not set up properly & I was assigned the wrong type of room. However, the STAFF was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. Everyone was so welcoming & willing to help. The hotel is beautiful. I picked the hotel due to the artsy look of it. In person, it was even better. I love all the art work throughout the hotel. I appreciate the fact that they have transportation available if you are going within a certain distance & the gentleman that drove us was so sweet. One of my favorite parts was also that across the street is an eatery that has a nice variety of options..They also had live entertainment this weekend. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. If I had to give any type of feedback, it would be that with all the space that is available, they should consider adding a pool. I would also suggest to consider adding a small laundry facility for the guest. I also LOVE the designated scent for this hotel. I am really big on how a hotel smells. The Summit picked the perfect scent. I'm happy I picked this place to spend my birthday weekend.

Everything is great but the parking lot is poorly designed. Everyone seems to have difficulty maneuvering the poles and navigating how to line up with adjacent cars! Not your fault just poor engineering/architectural design!

The Summit was immaculate and had multiple side rooms (Library, Billiards, Art Gallery, meeting rooms). I would definitely stay there again. The rooftop bar and adjacent restaurant was also fantastic.

What a quiet place to stay! It often felt like we were the only ones there! There was apparently an event on one of the days- the valet warned me about parking- but it was not an issue at all. The parking garage is set up a bit strangely- lots of poles and parallel spots. We didn't use the fitness center but appreciated that there was a water bottle filler and ice machine. Restaurant prices were high so we dined off site. Also, VIP perk of $22 in items from their convenience shop was tough to spend- wasn't a ton of options. Would have loved to be able to use that voucher towards a meal at the restaurant. Super comfy beds!

We stayed 1 night. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The only problem we ran into is parking. Parking garge only held a small amount of cars which was full when we arrived. Our options were to valet for $20.00, park on 1 side of the road or get towed or park down a hill. With the size of the hotel they need more parking.

Looks like new, beautiful hotel, limited dining and the hotel doesn't have enough parking, we stayed on weekend, so we used the parking lot of the offices next door, I think weekday is a big issue ... or you can pay valet parking $20 dlls

They offered shuttle service to and from the Taylor Swift concert which came in SO handy! Beds were super comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.

We did not have a top sheet on one bed. We did not have coffee pods in the room, we did not have an ice bucket bag. We did not get breakfast we paid $235 to stay in an empty hotel. Several staff members did not speak English?

I stayed here a few times when they first opened and it seems the polish has worn off. The staff was friendly and professional, no complaints there. The room however is another story. The duvet had several rips and the mattress was uncomfortable. There was no fitted sheet on the mattress or cover, just a top sheet. I could clearly see stains on the mattress through the thin top sheet covering it. The glasses provided in the room were dirty, I had to wash them myself. The shower needed some serious attention. There was orange mold in the grout between the tiles on the walls. The water temperature seemed to fluctuate while I was showering. The 11AM checkout time in reality is a 9:30AM knock on the door by housekeeping. Very disappointed in what use to be a very nice facility.

Went for one night. I would stay again. Hotel was quiet. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Only things I didn’t like was the extremely low shower pressure in the shower head and the small bath towels. Did not use the restaurant to comment on that.

Great experience. The building is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave and a regular (non-keurig) coffee maker. I thought the hotel was empty, but on the day I left, I saw that there were several people on either side of me. Super quiet. And their pet friendly.

Nice stay away from the city, so you need a car. Parking easy. Room is spacious and comfortable. Only design flaw is there is no counter or drawer space in the rather large bathroom.

I’ve stayed at The Summit numerous times and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and service is typically above average. I gave them a low rating this time because of the rooms I was offered. When I first arrived I was given a corner room which was so ridiculously small it felt like a box. I went back down to the front desk to request another room. The front desk person, Rodney, seemed to be a little irritated of my request. He called over a man from Guest Services who was very nice. Rodney informed him that I wanted a different room. He stated, “We are almost fully booked”. It was a Wednesday. Yeah, ok Rodney. I was given another room. This room was MUCH better as far as size goes. My only complaint is that the shower was old and resembled an old gym locker room shower with the tiles and shower head. Not sure if they save the subpar rooms for those who choose to book through 3rd party sites or what. If I wasn’t a regular patron of the hotel I wouldn’t have known any better. Nonetheless, the next time I come to the Cincinnati area, I’ll take my business to the AC Marriott in Liberty. The Smit left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wifi was terrible. You should have a secured network. With a party that was going on, I'm sure the network was crowded. Wasn't able to get any work done and for a "conference forward hotel" you would think you have better internet connections. Room service menu was very limited. Your small cafe should be open in the evenings as well.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was consistently warm and welcoming. The property itself was spotless, and parking was convenient and stress-free. With great dining options both on-site and just across the street, our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

They host out of town teams, the Browns during our stay, and they have no qualms about kicking us regular folks out of our rooms in order to properly greet said teams. While going to our new, less impressive room, we were told by security that we couldn’t access our floor while the new team checked in. Terrible experience and it’s not in a convenient location. Save yourself the hassle and book within Cincinnati city limits.

The stay was great, except for the water main break, which left us without water for more than 10 hours the second night. We were told that they would give us some compensation for the inconvenience, but since we booked through a third party we had to work with the third party. It would have been nice if they would have settled things with us, and then settle things on the back end with the third-party. That would have been an opportunity to "wow" their guest. Now, I guess we will see whether the booking site will make this difficult or will be easy to work with themselves. Buyer beware. I've never had a situation like this before and I use this third-party site all the time. Stay tuned.

The staff did not honor a courtesy 12 30 check out. The plumbing stopped working the entire 2nd day stay. Missed my business meeting due to poor property condition. This is unacceptable!!!

One staff member was not helpful. He was just odd. Said his computer could not check me in and asked me To give my credit card info on a piece of paper. I said no. He just stared at me. Girl at desk next to him got me checked in right away with no problem. She was nice. No idea if that was a scam attempt? Property itself didn’t seem very inviting. Very sterile, industrial, cold. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. But don’t think we will be back / not our vibe. No cozy gathering spaces to chat etc.

The room is spacious and covered parki g is great. My bathtub’s drain was broken, and the shower made a high pitch scream the entire time. The coffee mate creamer in the room was spoiled and came out chunky. I was given a voucher for $22 on checkin. The front desk person said it would be used at the markets in the lobby. This did not include the restaurant actually called the Market Restaurant. I had to pay $6 for a large black coffee that was burnt, and tasted awful. The only place the voucher is good at is the convenience area where you can buy Tylenol. The woman at the front desk was unhelpful and curt.

The Summit Hotel was amazing! So beautiful and clean! Very unique design. There is a Starbucks downstairs past the lobby for morning coffee and muffins, etc. They have a large buffet in the Market on the 4th floor for breakfast & a restaurant for lunch/dinner on the 4th floor as well.

Beautiful hotel that is VERY clean with friendly and welcoming staff. I was a little disappointed with the restaurant, we ordered drinks and an appetizer and got the appetizer first, then one drink came ,10 minutes later, after finishing the appetizer my drink came.
