Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Cincinnati NE - Red Bank Road by IHG

Staff was friendly upon check in. Disappointed room did not have tub and was even more so with the shower as it had long black hairs on the tile, recesses were not clean, had funky pink slime. Found a strange seed or type of husk within the sheets, just had the sense of what else is present but i havent seen. The hotel overall is fine, it was modern, pillows were very soft but the black hair in the shower did me dirty...as did being told by Medspace, room would be about $99 but it was signicantly much more.

Staff was slow, could not help in evening when "cleaning staff" was not onsite. Cleaning staff was helpful and friendly, front desk staff not so much. Fire alarm went off one night and they had no idea what to do.Bananas at breakfast were the greenest Bananas I have ever seen in my life.

room was for 6 people bathroom door broke it did not open and shut my key card did not open the pool room had to wait for staff to let us in and once in pool was dirty with an oil sustance floating in it wet dirty clothes in the pool room all night and morning and linen had stains on it
