Overall not what I was expecting. On a bright day, the garden is really pretty however we came in November and with some rain our apartment had a consistent smell of damp. Breakfast was just 4 pieces of bread and some cheese. If you needed more coffee they came at a cost of 2.80 for 4 capsules. Overall wished I stayed in a proper hotel

The location of this property was pretty good. A bit out of the way if that is what you want. Parking was very easy, we liked that about the location. The room itself was fine, clean. The door was very old and having to use an old key to open and close it every day was a bit annoying as it kept getting stuck. We had an issue with our credit card on the day of check in, the property was not accepting payment from our Canadian Visas. We tried several times and many cards, we also confirmed from our banks that our cards were totally fine and it was an issue at the property. It was very stressful and the staff didn't offer much to compensate making us feel like it was our fault (when it was not). If you are a Canadian or even US checking into this property, be aware your card may not work. The pictures of the pool area were very deceiving in my opinion. It is very small and not many places to sit if there are multiple people or families outside. The back area was also a bit tired looking. All in all the stay was OK, however, I would not stay here again.

We spent 10 days at Dona Graca apartments & were delighted! it was the perfect place for our birthday getaway! Each morning we received fresh rolls & OJ.. our fridge was stocked with yogurts & delicious jellies. The staff was friendly & readily available to assist with questions The space was nicely designed & right outside was a lovely garden area & pool. Close to restaurants & groceries. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in our Dona Graca apartment. We picked it for the pool and garden as private outside space is a premium in Lisbon. The pool is shallow (0.8m) but good for paddling. The garden is nice with a good mix of shade and sun through the day. The apartment was lovely.

Lovely Appartement in a great part of town. Only thing I would add are smoke detectors as it’s an old house with wooden floors and kitchens everywhere. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Super nette Mitarbeiter, der Check In verlief super einfach, das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Wir waren dort als Paar mit Baby und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Die kleine konnte im Garten krabbeln und wir konnten dort gut entspannen, die Stadt erkunden und gemütlich kochen. Bitte geht unbedingt neben an im Plano Restaurant essen gehen. Wir waren dort freitags zum Lunch mit unserer kleinen und es war unglaublich entspannt und schön endlich wieder mit Kind (8 Monate) essen zu gehen. Die Kellner hatten sich sogar kurz um sie gekümmert, damit wir das tolle essen mit dem Geschmack tras-os-montes genießen konnten. Super nett ist die Ecke beim miraduoro Graca (Wein bei Vino vero), einkaufen kann man bei Lidl und auchan (15min zu Fuß auf und ab) oder den kleinen mercados ganz gut

En dejlig lejlighed direkte til haven. Modtaget fantastisk af ejer og blev anvist til gode restauranter og steder man skulle se. Lejligheden ligger i roligt kvarter med busser og sporvogn tæt på. Stor anbefaling fra vores side.

Great apartment, spacious enough for us and our baby. Apartment backed onto the pool which was perfect for us. Only thing we weren't aware of is that the garden and pool area is shared with a restaurant next door so in the evening there are restaurant diners in the garden. Although they say you can still use the area, we felt a bit uncomfortable going out there because it was a quiet dining atmosphere.

We enjoyed a quiet neighbourhood that was 20 minute walking distance from central Lisbon square. The property’s uniqueness of old and new architecture was appreciated and allowed us to instantly relax and immerse us into the Portuguese culture. The morning breakfast provided was more than enough food for a family of 4. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful and we will share this place with friends who visit Lisbon. Thank you for creating a memorable stay for us.

It was very stressful and the staff didn't offer much to compensate making us feel like it was our fault (when it was not). If you are a Canadian or even US checking into this property, be aware your card may not work. The pictures of the pool area were very deceiving in my opinion. It is very small and not many places to sit if there are multiple people or families outside. The back area was also a bit tired looking. All in all the stay was OK, however, I would not stay here again.
The location of this property was pretty good. A bit out of the way if that is what you want. Parking was very easy, we liked that about the location. The room itself was fine, clean. The door was very old and having to use an old key to open and close it every day was a bit annoying as it kept getting stuck. We had an issue with our credit card on the day of check in, the property was not accepting payment from our Canadian Visas. We tried several times and many cards, we also confirmed from our banks that our cards were totally fine and it was an issue at the property. We spent 10 days at Dona Graca apartments & were delighted! it was the perfect place for our birthday getaway! Each morning we received fresh rolls & OJ.. our fridge was stocked with yogurts & delicious jellies. The staff was friendly & readily available to assist with questions The space was nicely designed & right outside was a lovely garden area & pool. Close to restaurants & groceries. Highly recommend!

Lovely Appartement in a great part of town. Only thing I would add are smoke detectors as it’s an old house with wooden floors and kitchens everywhere. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

The property’s uniqueness of old and new architecture was appreciated and allowed us to instantly relax and immerse us into the Portuguese culture. The morning breakfast provided was more than enough food for a family of 4. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful and we will share this place with friends who visit Lisbon. Overall not what I was expecting. On a bright day, the garden is really pretty however we came in November and with some rain our apartment had a consistent smell of damp. Breakfast was just 4 pieces of bread and some cheese. If you needed more coffee they came at a cost of 2.80 for 4 capsules. Overall wished I stayed in a proper hotel

Super nette Mitarbeiter, der Check In verlief super einfach, das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Wir waren dort als Paar mit Baby und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Die kleine konnte im Garten krabbeln und wir konnten dort gut entspannen, die Stadt erkunden und gemütlich kochen. Bitte geht unbedingt neben an im Plano Restaurant essen gehen. Wir waren dort freitags zum Lunch mit unserer kleinen und es war unglaublich entspannt und schön endlich wieder mit Kind (8 Monate) essen zu gehen. Die Kellner hatten sich sogar kurz um sie gekümmert, damit wir das tolle essen mit dem Geschmack tras-os-montes genießen konnten. Super nett ist die Ecke beim miraduoro Graca (Wein bei Vino vero), einkaufen kann man bei Lidl und auchan (15min zu Fuß auf und ab) oder den kleinen mercados ganz gut

Our apartment was very spacious and stylishly decorated, with direct access to the garden and pool. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. It’s out of the very centre of Lisbon, but it is located just 10/15 minutes walk away from the old area of Lisbon.

Our stay was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dona Graca. The staff was warm and inviting. The breakfast was delicious and the apartment style room was charming. We would love to visit again and stay at Dona Graca. We felt very at home and the customer service was top notch. Lisbon was a beautiful city to visit.

This property is very well kept. The rooms are very clean and spacious for our family of four. The front desk members are very kind and helpful.
