Bemötande vid incheckningen var fantastik och vi fick en fint mottagande och samma sak vid frukosten. Personalen var serviceinriktade, dock behöver några av serveringspersonalen från skybaren lite upplärning i service. Rekommenderar detta hotell och skulle återvända hit igen om jag besöker Budapest fler gånger.

Hotel Clark Budapest exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding service. A special thank you to Petra, Matyas and Julia, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. The hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere with beautifully designed interiors that instantly make you relax. Our Danube View room was stylish, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, with an incredibly comfortable bed, blackout curtains, luxurious Balmain Paris toiletries, robes, a rainfall shower, and stunning views of the Chain Bridge and Danube. The location is perfect — right by the Chain Bridge, within walking distance of both Buda Castle and the restaurants, cafés, and shopping streets on the Pest side. Breakfast was excellent, with both buffet and à la carte options, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. We also highly recommend Leo Rooftop Bar for its spectacular panoramic views over Budapest. Spotless, vibrant, adults-only, and beautifully maintained throughout, this hotel feels like much more than just a place to stay. We would happily return anytime. Highly recommended — 10/10.
