We stayed two nights at the end of September. Our room was ready when we arrived. Room was clean. Water pressure in shower was great. We had a king sized bed in our room which was comfortable, although could have used an extra blanket. We didnt bother with room service for one night, but any of the staff we met in hallway were very friendly and asked if we needed anything. Lots of parking available and great location to mall with coffee shops and restaurants close by. There's a restaurant on site, but we didnt have a need to use it. Also available in lobby is a little shop with frozen meals available.

We decided to go as a stay-cation. The rooms were clean and easy to book. I appreciated the online ability to pick the room ( when you book from hotels.com though you need to contact Hilton directly via their website to add your reservation). The digital key was hit and miss so I would recommend still getting the physical key. Only complaint (and I would not even call it that) is that the hot tub jets seem to struggle and getting the water to bubble so at times it does feel like your taking a bath rather than a hot tub experience. Overall though it worked out well and we enjoyed our visit. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. As a resort feel to it it’s across the street from the outlet mall and Frankie‘s Italian restaurant, which is amazing.
