Everything was great. Comfortable bed nice pool, great breakfast.

During our stay, we experienced wonderful hospitality from the friendly staff, especially those at the front desk, housekeeping, and in the kitchen, which truly made us feel welcomed. While we initially enjoyed the amenities, we encountered a small challenge with the Keurig machine, as it couldn't reach the boiling heat and shut down quickly, making it difficult for us to have coffee in our room. We ended up going outside to enjoy our coffee instead. One memorable moment was Saturday night when we heard some boys running on the third floor and gently knocking on our door. We contacted the front desk twice, and the noise stopped after they checked out the next day. We hope that in the future, families can instill respect and consideration for others, as the hotel is a peaceful place meant for relaxation. Overall, the Holiday Inn is a lovely place, and we appreciate the comfort and service it offers.We look forward to visiting again.
